Claims (12)
- Spülmechanismus für einen Toilettenspülkasten (10) (WC), der darauf eingerichtet ist, das Abfließen von zwei unterschiedlichen Wasservolumina aus dem zuvor gefüllten Spülkasten (10) durch Einwirkung auf mindestens einen Betätigungsknopf (12) zu ermöglichen, wobei der Mechanismus von einer Verkleidung (2) umgeben ist und ein Überlaufrohr (1) aufweist, das an seinem unteren Ende mit einem Abdichtventil (3, 4) versehen ist, das mit einer in dem Boden des Spülkastens (10) gebildeten Abflussöffnung (5') zusammenwirkt, wobei das Überlaufrohr (1) darauf eingerichtet ist, mindestens drei axiale Stellungen einzunehmen , nämlich eine untere Stellung für das Schließen der Abflussöffnung (5'), eine dazwischen liegende so genannte Sparspülstellung, die das Abfließen eines ersten Wasservolumens ermöglicht, und eine obere, so genannte Normalspülstellung, die das Abfließen eines zweiten Wasservolumens, das größer ist als das erste Wasservolumen, ermöglicht, wobei Betätigungsmittel (12, 16, 17, 21, 22) die axiale Verschiebung des Überlaufrohrs (1) von seiner unteren Stellung bis zu der Zwischenstellung oder bis zu der oberen Stellung sicherstellt, wobei der Mechanismus ferner einen ersten so genannten Sparspülschwimmer (30), welcher an einer Höheneinstellschraube (31) montiert ist, und einen zweiten so genannten Normalspülschwimmer (40), welcher um eine in Bezug auf die Verkleidung (2) feste Achse (41) schwenkbar montiert ist, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellschraube (31) in der Nähe ihres unteren Endes an einem Ende eines Hebels (34) angelenkt montiert ist, wobei der Hebel (34) mit einer Nase (36) versehen ist, die im Laufe der Verschiebung des Überlaufrohrs (1) von seiner unteren Stellung bis zu seiner Zwischenstellung mit einem ersten, von der Außenseite des Überlaufrohrs (1) getragenen Verriegelungsnocken (37) zusammenwirkt, wobei der zweite Schwimmer (40) mit einer Nase (42) versehen ist, die im Laufe der Verschiebung des Überlaufrohrs (1) zwischen seiner Zwischenstellung und seiner oberen Stellung mit einem zweiten, von dem Überlaufrohr (1) getragenen Verriegelungsnocken (43) zusammenwirkt, wobei der zweite Nocken (43) von dem Dichtungsventil weiter entfernt ist als der erste Nocken (37), wobei die Verkleidung (2) aus einem Teil mit zwei Abschnitten besteht, die mittels eines parallel zu der Achse des Überlaufrohrs (1) verlaufendes Scharnier (60) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind.
- Spülmechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Überlaufrohr (1) einen seitlichen Absatz (20) aufweist, der mit einem Hebel (21, 22) zusammenwirkt, der um eine senkrecht zu der Verschieberichtung des Überlaufrohrs (1) verlaufende Achse (23) schwenkbar ist, wobei der Hebel (21, 22) durch ein mit einem Mantel (16) umhülltes Kabel (17) drehgesteuert ist, dessen eines Ende an dem Hebel (21, 22) und dessen anderes Ende an einem Schieber (56) befestigt ist, der gemäß zwei verschiedenen Wegen durch einen Betätigungsknopf (12) mit zwei Stellungen betätigt wird.
- Spülmechanismus nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsknopf (12) zwei verschiebbare Drücker (50, 51) umfasst, die nach außen durch Federn (52, 53) zurückgeholt werden, wobei die Drücker (50, 51) axiale Verlängerungen (54, 55) aufweisen, die beidseitig des Schiebers (56) angeordnet sind und jeweils auf einer Seitenstütze (57, 58) des Schiebers (56) abgestützt zusammenwirken.
- Spülmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (34) der Einstellschraube (31) ein anderes Ende hat, das um eine in Bezug auf die Verkleidung (2) feste Achse (35) angelenkt ist.
- Spülmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein auf dem Boden des Spülkastens (10) montierter Sockel (5) keinen hervorstehenden Sitz besitzt und eine tulpenförmige Innenform (5') aufweist, an der der Radius anliegt , der sich auf dem Außendurchmesser einer Flachdichtung (4) befindet, die zusammen mit einem Kopf (3) das Dichtungsventil bildet.
- Spülmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verkleidung (2) Öffnungen (63) aufweist, die eine Wasserrückhaltewanne auf dem Boden der Verkleidung (2) begrenzen.
- Spülmechanismus nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Klappe mit Gleitführung (61) gleitend auf einer seitlichen Öffnung (61') montiert ist, die in dem Abschnitt der Verkleidung (2) gebildet ist, der eine Rückhaltewanne bildet, um eine Regelung des Wasserrestpegels zu ermöglichen.
- Spülmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Überlaufrohr (1) in seinem unteren Teil einen Gang (62) aufweist, der in der Sparspülstellung einen Wasserabflussdurchgang zwischen dem Überlaufrohr (1) und der Verkleidung (2) bildet.
- Spülmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellschraube (31) aus einem flexiblen Material besteht, das das Eintreiben des Sparspülschwimmers (30) ermöglicht, der einen mit der Einstellschraube (31) zusammenwirkende Raste (30') aufweist.
- Spülmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bügel (A) zwischen dem Gehäuse (15) und dem Deckel (11) des Spülkastens (10) befestigt ist und zwei Arme aufweist, die mit Rasten (B) versehen sind, die jeweils mit einer flexiblen, mit der Verkleidung (2) des Mechanismus fest verbundenen Befestigung (C) zusammenwirken.
- Spülmechanismus nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügel (A) mit elastischen Laschen (70) zum Abstützen des Deckels (11) und mit Rasten (72) zur Fixierung eines Gehäuses (15) versehen ist, das darauf eingerichtet ist, an dem Ende eines mit einem Gewinde versehenen Vorsprungs (14) einer Knöpfe (12) tragenden Rosette (13) befestigt zu werden, wobei der mit einem Gewinde versehene Vorsprung (14) mit einer Mutter (73) zusammenwirkt, die in dem Bügel (A) eingeschlossen ist, wobei das Gehäuse (15) einen kreisrunden Vorsprung (77) aufweist, der mit einer Kehle (76) des mit einem Gewinde versehenen Vorsprungs (14) zusammenwirkt, wobei der mit einem Gewinde versehene Vorsprung (14) ein konisches Ende (74) aufweist, das mit einem entsprechenden konischen Hohlteil (75) des Gehäuses (15) zusammenwirkt.
- Spülmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Markierung (65) aufweist, die in dem oberen Teil des Sparspülschwimmers (30) angeordnet ist und ein vorbestimmtes Mindestabflussvolumen sicherstellt.
