Claims (11)
- Wasserspülungsmechanismus, der in einen Wasserspülungsbehälter (R) für ein WC montiert wird und folgendes umfaßt:- ein röhrenförmiges Gehäuse (4), dessen unterer Sockel (4c) von der Entleerungsöffnung durchquert wird und mit besagtem Wasserspülungsbehälter (R) durch breite Schlitze (4a) verbunden und auf dem Boden (ka) befestigt ist.- einem zylindrischen hohlen Schwimmer (3), der in besagtem Gehäuse (4) gleitet. Der Schwimmer besteht aus einem oberen Teil (3a) mit großem Durchmesser und einem unteren Teil oder Appendix (3b-3c) mit kleinerem Durchmesser.- einem Dichtheitsventil, das die Entleerung schließt, dessen Klappe aus einer Dichtung (6) besteht, die vom unteren Teil des Schwimmers getragen wird, und deren Sitz aus einem Wulst (4d) besteht, der den Rand der Entleerungsöffnung umgibt, der sich auf dem unteren Sockel (5c) des röhrenförmigen Gehäuses befindet.- einem Gestänge (13) zum Heben des Schwimmers (3) zwischen seiner Tiefstellung und seiner Hochstellung und der das Öffnen des Ventils über einen Bedienknopf (1) ermöglicht, wobei der untere innere Gehauseteil (4) einen ringförmigen inneren Vorsprung (4e) auf einer Hohe knapp über der des unteren Teils der Schlitze (4a) aufweist. Dieser Vorsprung laßt unter sanftem Reiben den Appendix (3c) vorbei und, andererseits die Dichtung (6), die das Ventil in Tiefstellung des Schwimmers verschließt, wodurch auch die Abdichtung, gewährleistet wird, indem die Dichtung bei Hochstellung des Schwimmers auf einen Wulst (4g) auf der unteren Seite des Ringvorsprungs drückt.
- Mechanismus gemäß Anspruch 1, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß der Ringraum (B) zwischen der Schwimmeraußenwand (3) und der Gehäuseinnenwand (4) möglichst gering ist.
- Mechanismus gemaß den vorstehenden Ansprüchen, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß der Wasserbehälter (R) mit dem Gehäuse (4) über Öffnungen verbunden ist, die bei der tiefsten Stellung des Schwimmers unter der Ebene seiner Öffnungen im oberen offenen Teil liegen.
- Mechanismus gemäß Anspruch 2, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß der Wulst (4g) des Ringvorsprungs (4e) eine Kerbe (4h) mit geeichten Maßen aufweist, die bei der tiefsten Schwimmerstellung das zeitlich eingeteilte Entleeren des Ringraums (B) erlaubt.
- Mechanismus gemaß einem der o.g. Ansprüche, bei dem der Bedienknopf (1) des Gestänges ein Druckknopf ist. Das Gestänge enthält eine Umkehrvorrichtung (2), die die Abstiegsbewegung des Druckknopfes in eine aufsteigende Bewegung des Schwimmers umwandelt und sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß dieser Umkehrer (2) einen nach oben beweglichen Körper (8) besitzt, in dem eine Hülse (14) mit einem Körperantriebsanschlag gleitet. Diese Hülse ist auf das Gewindeschnittende des Schafts (13) geschraubt, dessen zweites Ende einen Kreuzquerschnitt oder ähnlichen Querschnitt aufweist und in den Drücker (1) eingefügt ist und das Absinken durch Gegenwirkung einer Feder (16) steuert.
- Mechanismus gemäß Anspruch 5, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß auf den Seiten des Körpers (8) Hebel (9-10) beweglich angebracht sind, die in einem stationären Teil verzapft sind, zum Beispiel einer Haube (11) des Gehäuses (4), und zwar mit den Zapfen (12) zwischen den beiden Enden.
- Mechanismus gemäß einem der o. g. Ansprüche, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß der Schwimmer (3) mit einer durchbohrten Kappe (7) versehen ist, die zwei vertikale, einander gegenüberliegende Ösen (7a) trägt, die jeweils einen senkrechten Schlitz (7b) haben.
- Mechanismus gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß die freien Enden der Hebel (9-10) in Haken (9a-10a) umgebogen und in die Schlitze (7b) eingefügt sind.
- Mechanismus gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß der bewegliche Körper (8) und die Hebel (9-10) aus einem Formstück aus Kunststoff bestehen, wobei die Hebel durch eine eingefügte Verstärkung versteift werden können. Die Biegungen erzielt man durch Verringerung der Werkstoffstärke.
- Mechanismus nach einem der o. g. Ansprüche, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß im Moment, in dem das Schwimmen im Raum (B) das Aufsteigen des Schwimmers (3) bewirkt wird, ein Element des oberen Schwimmerendes auf den Steuerschaft (13) oder ein mit ihm verbundenes Teil trifft, so daß das Aufsteigen des Schwimmers von dem des Drückers (1) begleitet wird.
- Mechanismus gemäß einem der o. g. Ansprüche, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß die Haube (11) des Gehäuses (4) mit dem Deckel (Rc) des Behälters (k) durch ein Gewinde-Abstandsstück für die Höhenregelung (15) verbunden ist, das das Einstellen des Gestänges durch Auf- oder Zuschrauben in der Mutter (14) bewirkt.
