- Die in Zusammenhang mit der Erfindung stehenden Teile einer ohne Gehäuse dargestellten Kettensäge in Seitenansicht, wobei die Kettensäge ausgeschaltet ist (in diesem Zustand ist die Auslauf-Betätigungseinrichtung wirksam, so dass der Bremsbandhebel seine Bremsstellung einnimmt; die RückschlagBetätigungseinrichtung ist dagegen unwirksam, da der Handschutzschild seine Ausgangsstellung einnimmt),

- die Anordnung nach Figur 1, wobei die Kettensäge jedoch eingeschaltet ist, so dass auch die AuslaufBetätigungseinrichtung unwirksam ist und der Bremsbandhebel sich in seiner Lösestellung befindet,

- wiederum die gleiche Anordnung, wobei der Bremsschutzschild jedoch betätigt worden ist, so dass die Rückschlag-Betätigungseinrichtung den Bremsbandhebel in seine Bremsstellung verstellt hat (außerdem befindet sich das Bedienelement, mit dem die Kettensäge in Betrieb genommen werden kann, in seiner Aus-Stellung, so dass der Motor der Kettensäge ausgeschaltet ist) und

Claims (9)
- Motorbetriebene Kettensäge, mit einer Kettenbremseinrichtung, die eine drehfest mit einem Kettenrad verbundene Bremstrommel (16), ein die Bremstrommel (16) umschlingendes Bremsband (17) und einen dem Bremsband (17) zugeordneten, zwischen einer das Bremsband (17) zumindest im Wesentlichen nicht belastenden Lösestellung und einer eine Zugkraft auf das Bremsband (17) ausübenden Bremsstellung schwenkbaren Bremsbandhebel (18) aufweist, und mit zwei dem Bremsbandhebel (18) zugeordneten Betätigungseinrichtungen, nämlich einer Rückschlag-Betätigungseinrichtung (23) und einer Auslauf-Betätigungseinrichtung (24), wobei die Rückschlag-Betätigungseinrichtung (23) einen durch eine Rückschlag-Federeinrichtung (37) belasteten, um eine gehäusefeste Schwenkachse (22) schwenkbaren Stellhebel (36) enthält, der in der Ausgangsstellung eines außen an der Kettensäge angeordneten Handschutzschildes (3) eine unwirksame Stellung einnimmt und durch Betätigung des Handschutzschildes (3) freikommt und unter der Wirkung der Rückschlag-Federeinrichtung (37) um die Schwenkachse 22 schwenkt und den Bremsbandhebel (18) in seine Bremsstellung überführt, und wobei die Auslauf-Betätigungseinrichtung (24) ein mit einem Bedienelement (4) zur Inbetriebnahme der Kettensäge verbundenes Übertragungsglied (8) und eine dem Bremsbandhebel (18) zugeordnete Auslauf-Federeinrichtung (25) aufweist, derart, dass der Bremsbandhebel (18) bei unbetätigtem Bedienelement (4) unter der Kraft der Auslauf-Federeinrichtung (25) seine Bremsstellung einnimmt und beim gegen die Kraft der Auslauf-Federeinrichtung (25) erfolgenden Betätigen des Bedienelements (4) sich in seine Lösestellung verstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der gehäusefesten Schwenkachse (22) sowohl der Stellhebel (36) als auch der Bremsbandhebel (18) schwenkbar gelagert sind, dass der Bremsbandhebel (18) ein zweiarmiger Hebel mit einem ersten, der Auslauf-Federeinrichtung (25) zugewandten Hebelarm (26) und einem zweiten, am Bremsband (17) angreifenden Hebelarm (27) bildet und dass sich der Stellhebel (36) von der gehäusefesten Schwenkachse (22) aus dem zweiten Hebelarm (27) des Bremsbandhebels (18) entlang erstreckt und einen Mitnahmeanschlag (43) aufweist, der mit einer Anschlagfläche (44) am Bremsbandhebel (18) zusammenwirkt, derart, dass der durch Betätigung des Handschutzschildes (3) frei gekommene Stellhebel (36) unter der Wirkung der Rückschlag-Federeinrichtung (37) den Bremsbandhebel (18) mitnimmt und dabei in die Bremsstellung verschwenkt.
- Kettensäge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Hebelarm (27) des Bremsbandhebels (18) am Bremsband (17) eingehängt ist und der Stellhebel (36) am Bremsband (17) vorbei verläuft.
- Kettensäge nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bremsbandhebel (18) und der Stellhebel (36) zwischen der gehäusefesten Schwenkachse (22) und dem Bremsband (17) über einen Überlappungsbereich hinweg nebeneinander verlaufen und dass sich der Bremsbandhebel (18) einerseits des Überlappungsbereichs mit seinem ersten Hebelarm (26) fortsetzt und der Stellhebel (36) andererseits des Überlappungsbereichs fortgesetzt ist und dort durch die Rückschlag-Federeinrichtung (37) belastet ist.
- Kettensäge nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Hebelarm (27) des Bremsbandhebels (18) in der Bremsstellung in Richtung von der Bremstrommel (16) weggeschwenkt ist und dass der Mitnahmeanschlag (43) des Stellhebels (36) zwischen der Bremstrommel (16) und dem zweiten Hebelarm (27) des Bremsbandhebels (18) im Schwenkweg des Bremsbandhebels (18) angeordnet ist.
- Kettensäge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslauf-Federeinrichtung (25) einseitig am ersten Hebelarm (26) des Bremsbandhebels (18) angreift und beim Betätigen des Bedienelements (4) durch das Übertragungsglied (8) in Richtung vom ersten Hebelarm (26) des Bremsbandhebels (18) weg bewegt wird.
- Kettensäge nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslauf-Federeinrichtung 25 nebeneinander angeordnete Partien (29, 30) des Übertragungsgliedes (8) und des ersten Hebelarms (26) des Bremsbandhebels (18) einseitig übergreift.
- Kettensäge nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslauf-Federeinrichtung (25) von einer Schenkelfeder gebildet wird.
- Kettensäge nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bedienelement (4) und das Übertragungsglied (8) zumindest im Wesentlichen schwenkfest miteinander verbunden sind und zusammen einen an einer gehäusefesten Anlenkachse (6) angelenkten zweiarmigen Hebel bildet, wobei der eine Hebelarm das Bedienelement (4) und der andere Hebelarm das Übertragungsglied (8) bildet und das Bedienelement (4) zur Inbetriebnahme der Kettensäge entgegen der Kraft der sich dabei vom ersten Hebelarm (26) des Bremsbandhebels (16) weg bewegenden Auslauf-Federeinrichtung (25) verschwenkbar ist.
- Kettensäge nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am anderen Hebelarm ein dem Schaltknopf (10) eines Ein/Aus-Schalters (11) der Kettensäge zugeordneter Schaltvorsprung (9) angeordnet ist und dass mit dem Handschutzschild (3) ein zum Ein/Aus-Schalter (11) verlaufender Schaltstab (12) verbunden ist, dessen freier Endbereich (13) bei in seiner Ausgangsstellung befindlichem Handschutzschild (3) auf dem Schaltknopf (10) angeordnet ist, so dass der Schaltvorsprung (9) beim Betätigen des Bedienelements (4) den Schaltknopf (10) über den Schaltstab (12) betätigt, und bei betätigtem Handschutzschild (3) neben dem Schaltknopf (10) so angeordnet ist, dass er beim Betätigen des Bedienelements (4) den Schaltvorsprung (9) im Abstand zum Schaltknopf (10) hält.
