Claims (5)
- Zyklonabscheider, insbesondere für die direkte Wärmeübertragung von den heißen Abgasen einer Drehrohrofen-Zyklonschwebegas-Wärmetauscher-Anlage zur Herstellung von Zementklinker aus Zementrohmehl, mit tangentialer Zuführung von Gas und Rohmehl, Gutaustrag im unteren Zyklonbereich und mit von oben in den Zyklonabscheider hineinragenden, an der Zyklondecke (10) mittels Schraubenbolzen (21) lösbar aufgehängten und zu einem zentralen Tauchrohr für die Gasabführung zusammensetzbaren Tauchrohrsegmenten (12, 13, 14, 15),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der Oberseite und/oder Unterseite der an sich glatten Tauchrohrsegmente (12) eine im Querschnitt jeweils ein U-Profil aufweisende Winkelschiene (18 bzw. 28) lösbar verbunden ist, deren Schenkel die Oberseite und/oder Unterseite der Tauchrohrsegmente hakenförmig umgreifen. - Zyklonabscheider nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tauchrohrsegmente (12, 13) aus einem hitzebeständigen Metallblech und die Winkelschienen (18 bzw. 28) aus Stahlguss bestehen. - Zyklonabscheider nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tauchrohrsegmente (12) als Verbundkörper ausgebildet sind, indem wenigstens die Tauchrohrsegment-Außenseite, auf welche die in den Zyklonabscheider einströmende abrasive Heißgas-Feststoff-Suspension zuströmt, beschichtet ist insbesondere in der Weise, dass auf dem Metallblech (12) Stege eines metallischen gitterförmigen Rostes angeordnet sind, dessen Öffnungen mit einer hitzebeständigen Keramikmasse (30) ausgefüllt sind. - Zyklonabscheider nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die winkelschienenförmigen Gusshaken (18), die an der Oberseite der obersten um den Tauchrohrumfang verteilten Reihe von Tauchrohrsegmenten angeordnet sind, vermittels der Schraubenbolzen (21) an die Innenoberflächen der Tauchrohrsegment-Oberseiten gespannt sind. - Zyklonabscheider nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseiten der um den Tauchrohrumfang verteilten untersten Reihe der Tauchrohrsegmente (14, 15) durch die von unten aufgeschobenen Winkelschienen (28) verschleißgeschützt sind.
