Definitions
- the invention relates to a press shoe of a shoe press unit forms a press nip together with a counter surface through which one material web to be formed or treated, in particular tissue web, is passed through. It also relates to a tissue machine with at least one such a drying cylinder, especially a Yankee cylinder, assigned press shoe.
- the hitherto usual press shoes have a width across Web running direction constant thickness.
- the press shoe is relative is thin and therefore a relative compared to a suction pressure roller has small bending moment of inertia, it sets a respective bending moment too much resistance. As a result, the pressure exerted on the edges of the tissue web is greater than in the Web center.
- attempts have already been made to To reduce the thickness of the press shoe evenly across the width to achieve a smaller bending moment of inertia or section modulus. However, this measure does not take place for manufacturing reasons to the desired result. Also through a different contact pressure in the border area the problem could not be completely solved, because the contact forces of adjacent contact elements and accordingly the Residual errors were too large.
- the aim of the invention is a press shoe and a tissue machine to create of the type mentioned with which the aforementioned Problems are eliminated.
- This object is achieved according to the invention with regard to the press shoe solved that this in its two side, the web edges adjacent edge areas, at least in sections, a smaller one Bending stiffness has as in its intermediate range.
- the lower bending stiffness in question for example can be achieved in that the press shoe in the edge areas has a smaller thickness than in the area in between and / or the material of the press shoe is selected accordingly.
- a basic idea of the invention is therefore the bending stiffness in the edge area of the shoe to reduce the desired one To be able to adjust the pressure profile.
- the press shoe thickness becomes, for example only reduced in the peripheral areas.
- Press shoes have a respective edge area of lower bending stiffness a width across the machine direction of at most about 1000 mm, in particular at most about 700 mm and preferably at most about 500 mm.
- the width of each The edge area can, for example, preferably over two pressing elements via three pressure elements and in particular via four pressure elements extend.
- the thickness in a particular Edge area towards the shoe edge concerned increasingly smaller becomes.
- the thickness can be in a respective edge area in relation to the relevant one The edge of the shoe gradually becomes smaller, for example.
- transition between the individual stages can be continuous respectively.
- such an embodiment is also conceivable in which the thickness in a respective edge area to the relevant The edge of the shoe is getting smaller or smaller continuously.
- the press shoe has a plurality of local material cutouts in a respective edge region on. These can be particularly through incisions or the like are formed, which are at least partially in particular Can extend in the transverse direction or in the direction of web travel.
- the material cutouts can be of the same size, for example have.
- the material recesses can be cut through Incisions of constant depth must be formed.
- the material cutouts can also be made by Incisions of variable depth can be formed.
- Incisions of variable depth can be formed.
- the incisions are at least partially extend in the transverse direction and the incisions one each have increasing depth towards the relevant shoe edge.
- the material cutouts can also be at least partially one have different sizes.
- for example be formed by cuts of different depths.
- the Depth of cuts extending transversely to the relevant one The edge of the shoe is getting bigger.
- the material cutouts for example formed by incisions can be at the same distance or at a different distance be arranged from each other. In the latter case, the material cutouts for example closer to the shoe edge in question be arranged.
- Press shoe is only on the side facing away from the press nip a corresponding reduction in thickness is provided for the press shoe.
- both on the side facing away from the press nip as well as on the side of the press nip facing side of the press shoe each have a thickness reduction is provided.
- the thickness reduction provided in a respective edge region is preferred chosen so that the bending stiffness of the press shoe to relevant shoe edge decreases.
- the press shoe can be made in one part or in several parts.
- the press shoe can in particular also be made of different materials.
- the press shoe in the edge areas for example at least partially made of a more flexible material exist than in the middle range.
- a machine for producing a tissue web with an inventive Press shoe that one to form a press nip Drying cylinders, especially Yankee cylinders, assigned and over several pressing elements can be pressed against the drying cylinder, which in at least one row extending transversely to the web running direction are arranged.
- Tissue machine are at least the two edge areas of the Pressing element associated pressing shoe at least partially separated actable or controllable.
- FIG. 1 shows a drying cylinder in a schematic longitudinal section 10, especially Yankee cylinders, with associated conventional Press shoe 12 comprehensive shoe press 14 in the unloaded Status.
- the jacket 16 of the drying cylinder 10 is in the present So the case is not bent.
- the press shoe 12 is formed by at least one row of pressing elements 18 pressed against the drying cylinder 10.
- the press shoe 12 forms with the drying cylinder 16 the press nip 20 through which the tissue web together with at least one carrier tape (not shown) to be led.
- the tissue web preferably runs together with one waterproof press jacket and a felt (water absorbing) through this press nip or nip 20.
- FIG. 2 shows an illustration of FIG. 1 that is comparable to that of FIG Shoe press 14 in the loaded condition, i.e. in the operating state.
- the contour of the drying cylinder 10 is deformed the internal cylinder pressure (steam) and a greater expansion of the Front cover of the drying cylinder due to the steam temperature as well by other design factors.
- the Contour of the drying or Yankee cylinder 10 in particular in the area of press nip 20 by different press pressures or line forces affected.
- the jacket 16 of the drying cylinder 22 is therefore bent here.
- FIG. 2 there is a corresponding one Deflection also with the press shoe 12.
- the conventional press shoe 12 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a constant thickness across the width.
- Figure 3 shows a schematic longitudinal sectional view of an inventive Shoe press 21 with a drying cylinder 22, in particular Yankee cylinder, and an associated with this invention Press shoe 24 with associated pressing elements 26, which in at least a row extending transversely to the web running direction and via which the press shoe 24 against the drying cylinder 22 can be pressed.
- the press shoe 24 can be made in one piece or in multiple pieces his.
- the shoe press 22 is in the operating state shown.
- the press shoe 24 forms with the drying cylinder 22 the press nip 28, through which the tissue web together with at least one carrier tape (not shown) is performed.
- the tissue web is preferably running again together with a waterproof press jacket and a felt (water absorbing) through this press nip or nip 28.
- the jacket 30 of the drying cylinder 22 is in the operating state shown flexed. As can be seen from FIG. 3, this results a corresponding deflection again with the press shoe 24.
- the two lateral edge areas R of the press shoe 24 are each assigned a plurality, for example three, pressure elements 26 1 - 26 3 here .
- Pressure elements 26 z can be assigned to the central area (cf. FIGS. 4 and 6).
- the press shoe 24 in its two lateral edge areas adjacent to the web edges R at least in sections, a smaller thickness d than in its in between lying central area M.
- each edge region R also an at least essentially continuous one Thickness reduction 34 may be provided.
- This reduction in thickness 34 is also in the present case e.g. again on the press nip 28 opposite side of the press shoe 24 is provided.
- the transition from the central region M to the reduced thickness Edge area R for example, run continuously.
- At least the pressing elements 26 assigned to the two edge regions R of the press shoe 24 can be acted upon or controlled at least partially separately.
- the hydraulic pressure elements 26 i -26 3 in particular, can thus be acted upon in particular with different pressures, as a result of which different pressure forces are generated.
- the pressing elements can be acted upon and / or controlled in such a way that an at least substantially uniform pressing pressure cross profile or line force profile results in the pressing gap 28.
- corresponding pressing elements 26 z (see FIGS. 4 and 5) can also be assigned to the central region M. These middle pressing elements 26 z can in principle at least partially be acted upon or controlled separately.
- a respective edge area R of smaller thickness d can be, for example width measured at most about the machine direction of at most about 1000 mm, in particular of at most about 700 mm and preferably of at most about 500 mm.
- FIG. 4 shows a further embodiment in a schematic partial representation of the press shoe 24 according to the invention, in which again only on a corresponding reduction in thickness on the side facing away from the press nip 34 is provided.
- the thickness is in one respective edge area R to the relevant shoe edge R 'in stages smaller.
- the individual stages 34 ' as shown, for example, there is a continuous transition.
- a respective correspondingly reduced edge area R can in particular be assigned pressure elements 26 1 , 26 2 which can be acted upon or controlled separately.
- two such pressing elements 26 1 , 26 2 are assigned to a respective edge area R, for example.
- the middle area M of the press shoe can be acted upon by pressing elements 26 z , which can also be at least partially separately controlled or acted upon again.
