Abstract

"SAPATA DE PRENSAGEM". Descreve-se uma sapata de prensagem (24) de uma unidade de prensa a sapata, que forma junto com uma contra-área uma fenda de prensagem (28), pela qual é conduzida uma folha de material a ser formada ou tratada, especialmente, uma folha tissue. A Sapata de Prensagem (24) possui nas suas duas zonas marginais laterais (R) vizinhas às margens de folha, pelo menos de maneira setorial, uma menor resistência à flexão do que no seu setor central (M), situado entre as zonas marginais. Descreve-se, outrossim, uma máquina de fabricação de uma folha tissue com uma sapata de prensagem (24), onde uma tal sapata de prensagem (24) está associada a um cilíndro secador (22), para formar uma fenda de prensagem (28) e pode ser imprensada contra o cilindro secador (22) através de vários elementos de pressão (26).
