Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wärmedämmenden Isolier- und Verbindungssteges (6) für die Verbindung einer Außenschale (4) und einer Innenschale (3) eines wärmegedämmten Profiles, wobei der Isolier- und Verbindungssteg (6) aus einem Kunststoffprofil (7) und einer damit verbundenen Dämmleiste (8) aus einem wärmedämmenden Isolierschaum besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zunächst das Kunststoffprofil (7) als im Querschnitt wannenförmiges Kunststoffprofil (7) extrudiert und danach in den wannenförmigen Bereich (10) ein Isolierschaum im flüssigen Zustand eingebracht und anschließend unter gleichzeitiger Verbindung mit dem Kunststoffprofil (7) zu einer über den wannenförmigen Bereich (10) hinaus vorstehenden Dämmleiste (8) aufgeschäumt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Extrudieren des Kunststoffprofiles (7) den wannenförmigen Bereich (10) seitlich begrenzende und über den übrigen Bereich des Kunststoffprofiles (7) hinaus vorstehende Führungsstege (11) angeformt werden, über die die aufgeschäumte Dämmleiste (8) nach oben hinaus vorsteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die einander zugewandten Flanken der Führungsstege (11) vorspringende Halte- oder Ankerstege (12) angeformt werden, die formschlüssig in die Seitenflanken der Dämmleiste (8) hineinragen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im mittleren Bereich des Kunststoffprofiles (7) eine die Wandstärke des Kunststoffprofiles (7) verringernde Einziehung oder Einkerbung (13) angebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Bildung der Dämmleiste (8) ein Weichschaum verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bildung der Dämmleiste (8) ein Hartschaum verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Bildung der Dämmleiste (8) ein Polyurethan-Schaum verwendet wird.
- Nach dem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der folgenden Ansprüche hergestellter Isolier- und Verbindungssteg (6) für die Verbindung einer Außenschale (4) und einer Innenschale (3) eines wärmegedämmten Profiles, wobei der Isolier- und Verbindungssteg (6) aus einem Kunststoffprofil (7) und einer damit verbundenen Dämmleiste (8) aus einem wärmedämmenden Isolierschaum besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffprofil (7) im Querschnitt wannenförmig ausgebildet ist und dass die Dämmleiste (8) in den wannenförmigen Bereich (10) selbsthaftend eingeschäumt ist und frei über den wannenförmigen Bereich hinaus vorsteht.
- Isolier- und Verbindungssteg nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wannenförmige Bereich (10) seitlich durch über das Kunststoffprofil (7) hinaus vorstehende Führungsstege (11) begrenzt ist.
- Isolier- und Verbindungssteg nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsstege (11) an ihren einander zugewandten Flanken mit in die Dämmleiste (8) eingreifenden Halte- oder Ankerstegen (12) versehenen sind.
- Isolier- und Verbindungssteg nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämmleiste (8) aus einem Hartschaum besteht.
- Isolier- und Verbindungssteg nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämmleiste (8) aus einem Weichschaum besteht.
- Isolier- und Verbindungssteg nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämmleiste (8) aus Polyurethanschaum besteht.
- Isolier- und Verbindungssteg nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffprofil (7) in seinem mittleren Bereich mit einer Einziehung oder Einkerbung (13) versehen ist.
