Claims (21)
- Hülse für den Flexodruck, mit einem Hülsenkörper (2) aus wenigstens teilweise elektrisch nicht leitfähigen Material, der mit seiner Innenseite (4) auf einer als Luftzylinder ausgeführten, an der Walzenaußenwand (7) elektrisch leitfähigen Tragwalze (1) einer Druckmaschine montierbar ist und wenigstens eine Kontaktzone mit der Tragwalze (1) aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch eine elektrisch leitfähige Oberfläche (6), die mit der Kontaktzone über wenigstens ein elektrisch leitfähiges, im Hülsenkörper (2) angeordnetes Element (20) zur Ableitung elektrostatischer Aufladungen in die Walzenaußenwand (7) der Tragwalze (1) verbunden ist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hülsenkörper (2) an seiner Außenfläche mit einem die Oberfläche (6) der Hülse (10) bildenden leitfähigen Lack versehen ist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche aus einer leitfähigen Kunststoffschicht, insbesondere einer leitfähigen Polyurethanschicht, besteht.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffschicht aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff (GFK) mit einer leitfähigen Matrix oder aus kohlenfaserverstärktem Kunststoff (CFK) besteht.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hülsenkörper an seiner Außenfläche mit einer die Oberfläche der Hülse bildenden metallischen Beschichtung versehen ist.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hülsenkörper aus einem Verbundwerkstoff mit elektrisch leitfähigen, die Elemente zur Ableitung der elektrostatischen Aufladung bildenden Einlagen besteht.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hülsenkörper aus einem kohlenfaserverstärkten Kunststoff (CFK) besteht.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hülsenkörper wenigstens eine Schicht aus nicht leitendem Material aufweist, die von dem Element (20) radial durchgriffen ist.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (20) in einer radial sich erstreckenden Ausnehmung (23) im Hülsenkörper (2) angeordnet ist.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (20) seine Länge in Radialrichtung ändern kann.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (20) einen federbelasteten Kontaktkörper aufweist.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element einen Kontaktkörper aufweist, der vor der Montage über die Innenseite (4) des Hülsenkörpers (2) hinausragt.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktkörper eine Kugel (21) ist oder ein halbkugelförmiges Kontaktende aufweist.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element ein Gehäuse aufweist, das die Feder und den Kontaktkörper aufnimmt und mit seinem Gehäuseboden mit der leitfähigen Oberfläche verbunden ist.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Hülsenkörper aus nicht leitendem Material nachträglich mit wenigstens einer radialen Durchgangsbohrung versehen ist, in die ein Element zur elektrostatischen Ableitung vor dem Auftragen der leitfähigen Oberfläche eingesetzt ist.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element in die zugehörige Ausnehmung eingeschraubt oder eingeklebt ist.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung oder Radialbohrung von innen mit einer Senkung versehen ist.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, gekennzeichnet durch mehrere, insbesondere rotationssymmetrisch angeordnete Elemente zur Ableitung der elektrostatischen Aufladung.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktzone Bestandteil einer Zentrieraussparung ist, mit der sich die Hülse an einem Zentriervorsprung der Tragwalze für die Registereinstellung zentrieren läßt.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hülsenkörper als Element für die elektrostatische Ableitung wenigstens eine Sehne aus leitfähigem Material, insbesondere aus Metall, aufweist.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse eine Adapterhülse ist, oder daß die Hülse unter Zwischenlage einer Adapterhülse auf der Tragwalze montierbar ist.
