Claims (12)
- Gargerät mit einem Garraum (10), der zumindest eine Wrasenöffnung (11) aufweist, an die ein Kanal (21) angeschlossen ist über die mit einem Fördermittel (12) im Betrieb enstehender Wrasen (13) aus dem Garraum (10) als Wrasenstrom förderbar ist, und mit wenigstens einer Öffnung (14, 16), über die Fremdluft (17), insbesondere mit dem Fördermittel (12), ansaugbar ist, wobei über eine Vorrichtung (18, 19, 20) die Fremdluftmenge und über die Fremdluftmenge der Wrasenstrom aus dem Garraum (10) einstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (14, 16) im Kanal (21) strömungstechnisch zwischen der Wrasenöffnung (11) und dem Fördermittel (12) angeordnet ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (14, 16) strömungstechnisch vor dem Fördermittel (12) angeordnet ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (14, 16) außerhalb dem Wrasenstrom in einen Totraum (22) des Kanals (21) angeordnet ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Führungselement (23, 24, 37, 38, 39, 40) eines bewegbaren Mittels (26, 27, 28) der Vorrichtung (18, 19, 20) außerhalb vom Kanal (21) angeordnet ist.
- Gargerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (21) zumindest eine Strömungsumlenkung (29) aufweist, und die Öffnung (14, 16) im Bereich der Strömungsumlenkung (29) in einer nach der Strömungsumlenkung (29) der Strömungsrichtung entgegengesetzten Richtung angeordnet ist.
- Gargerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Strömungsrichtung der Fremdluft (17) vor der Öffnung (16) im Kanal (21) ein weiteres Kanalelement (30) angeordnet ist, und ein bewegbares Mittel (28) der Vorrichtung (20) in Strömungsrichtung der Fremdluft (17) vor dem Kanalelement (30) angeordnet ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kanalelement (30) von einem vom Kanal (21) getrennten Bauteil gebildet ist.
- Gargerät nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (21) ein Labyrinth aufweist.
- Gargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (20) zumindest ein translatorisch verschiebbar geführtes Verschlussmittel (28) aufweist.
- Gargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (20) zumindest einen Aktuator (31) aufweist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über eine Sensoreinheit zumindest ein Betriebsparameter erfassbar und mit einer Einheit der Wrasenstrom selbsttätig, abhängig von dem Betriebsparameter einstellbar ist.
- Gargerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Kanal (21) im Bereich der Wrasenöffnung (11) ein Katalysator angeordnet ist.
