Fig. 1 zeigt einen schematisch dargestellten Backofen mit einem in einem Gehäuse 36 angeordneten Garraum 10, der eine Wrasenöffnung 11 aufweist, über die mit einem Lüfter 12 im Backbetrieb Wrasen 13 aus dem Garraum 10 in einen Kanal 21 und vom Kanal 21 über nicht näher dargestellte Öffnungen einer Backofentür nach außen förderbar ist. Der Kanal 21 wird von zwei wannenförmigen Blechplatten 32, 33, einer Grundblechplatte 34 und einem oberen Kanalelement 35 aus Blech gebildet (Fig. 2). In Fig. 2 ist die Grundblechplatte 34 nicht dargestellt. Die untere Blechplatte 32 ist zur Wrasenöffnung 11 trichterförmig ausgebildet und ist mit ihrer Deckseite an der Grundblechplatte 34 befestigt. Die zweite Blechplatte 33 ist innerhalb dem wannenförmigen Bereich der ersten Blechplatte 32 angeordnet, ist auf seiner vom Lüfter 12 abgewandten, in Längsrichtung weisenden Stirnseite offen ausgeführt und ist mit einer Deckseite an der Grundblechplatte 34, unterhalb einer Öffnung 25 der Grundblechplatte 34 befestigt. Die zweite Blechplatte 33 bildet eine Art Labyrinth im Kanal 21. Claims (12)

  1.   12. Cooking appliance according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that a catalyser is arranged in the channel (21) in the region of the fume opening (11).
