Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Auslage von Falzprodukten auf eine Transporteinrichtung (02), wobei ein erstes Falzprodukt (A) und ein zweites Falzprodukt (B) quer zur Transportrichtung (D) versetzt ausgelegt werden, wobei jedes Falzprodukt rechts oder links quer zur Transportrichtung (D) versetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzprodukte (A; B) alternierend versetzt ausgelegt werden..
- Vorrichtung zur Auslage von Falzprodukten mit einem Schaufelrad (01) und einer Transporteinrichtung (02), wobei mindestens ein quer zur Transportrichtung (D) auf die Falzprodukte (A; B) wirkendes Verschiebemittel (14; 16; 24; 26; 32; 35; 41; 42) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils mindestens ein Verschiebemittel (14; 16; 24; 26; 32; 35; 41; 42) im Bereich beider Seiten des Schaufelrades (01) angeordnet ist
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschiebemittel (14; 16; 24; 26; 32; 35; 41; 42) fernsteuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschiebemittel (14; 16; 24; 26; 32; 35; 41; 42) seitengestellfest angeordnet ist
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschiebemittel (41; 42) als zumindest aus auf einer Seite einer Schaufeltasche (43) befindlichen, auf die außenliegende Kante (22 oder 23) des Falzproduktes (A oder B) wirkenden schwenkbaren Leitblech (41 oder 42) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschiebemittel (14; 16) als angeordneter hubartig bewegbarer Schieber (14; 16) ausgebildet ist
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschiebemittel (24; 26) als Kurvenscheibe (24; 26) mit mehreren Steuerkurven (27) ausgebildet
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschiebemittel (32; 35) als Nockenscheibe (32; 35) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nockenscheibe (35) einen ausfahrbaren Nocken (36) aufweist
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Auseinanderziehstation nachgeordnet ist
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Betrag eines Verschiebeweges (x) infolge des Verschiebemittels (14; 16; 24; 26; 32; 35; 41; 42) größer als 10 mm ist.
