Claims (10)

  1. Denture de roue dentée constituée de têtes de dent et de pieds de dent qui sont formés par des courbes de deuxième ordre ou d'ordre supérieur, les courbes étant dirigées les unes vers les autres tangentiellement à leurs extrémités et les têtes de dent (3k) ou les flancs des têtes de dent (3k) étant formés par des arcs d'une ellipse ou d'une courbe de Cassini dans leur forme semblable à une ellipse, caractérisée en ce que les pieds de dent (3f) ou les flancs des pieds de dent (3f) sont formés par des arcs de cercle.
  2. Denture de roue dentée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un contour de profil de dent, formé par les courbes, est différenciable en continu, de préférence différenciable en continu deux fois au moins par endroits.
  3. Denture de roue dentée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la denture présente des échancrures dans les pieds de dent (3f), et les courbes forment, à l'exception des échancrures, un contour de profil de dent qui est différenciable en continu, de préférence différenciable en continu deux fois au moins par endroits.
  4. Ensemble de roues dentées pour une machine à engrenages (pompe ou moteur) lequel comprend:
    a) une première roue dentée (3) avec une première denture (3i),
    b) et au moins une deuxième roue dentée (4) avec une deuxième denture (4a) qui engrène avec la première denture (3i) ou peut être amenée en engrènement,
    c) au moins l'une des dentures (3i, 4a) comportant des pieds de dent (3f, 4f) qui sont formés de manière à former une cavité (H1 ; H2 ; H3) lorsqu'ils sont en engrènement le plus profond avec une tête de dent (3k ; 4k) de l'autre des dentures (3i, 4a),
    caractérisé en ce que
    e) la première denture (3i) est une denture selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
  5. Ensemble de roues dentées selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième denture (4a) présente pour un roulement des dentures (3i, 4a), des pieds de dent (4f) qui sont formés par dérivation cinématique de la première denture (3i) selon la loi des dentures.
  6. Ensemble de roues dentées selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contour de profil des têtes de dent (4k) de la deuxième denture (4a) est obtenu à partir de coupes d'enveloppe du contour de profil des têtes de dent (3k) de la première denture (3i).
  7. Ensemble de roues dentées selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contour de profil des têtes de dent (4k) et/ou des pieds de dent (4f) de la deuxième denture (4a) est formé par des fonctions spline au moins de degré trois, de préférence précisément de degré trois.
  8. Ensemble de roues dentées selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième denture (4a) présente dans chacun de ses pieds de dent (4f) une échancrure pour former la cavité (H2).
  9. Ensemble de roues dentées selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première roue dentée (3) est un rotor ou stator extérieur, la première denture (3i) une denture inférieure, la deuxième roue dentée (4) un rotor intérieur et la deuxième denture (4a) une denture extérieure de l'ensemble de roues dentées d'axe intérieur.
  10. Machine à engrenages (pompe ou moteur) comprenant :
    a) un carter (1) qui contient une chambre à engrenages laquelle présente au moins une ouverture d'arrivée (10) et au moins une ouverture d'écoulement (11) pour un fluide de travail,
    b) un rotor ou stator extérieur (3) logé dans la chambre à engrenages, qui présente un axe de cercle primitif (5) et une denture intérieure (3i) autour de l'axe de cercle primitif (5),
    c) un rotor intérieur logé dans la chambre à engrenages, qui est monté de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (6) excentré par rapport à l'axe de cercle primitif (5) du rotor ou stator extérieur (3), et comporte une denture extérieure (4a) qui est en engrènement avec la denture intérieure (3i),
    d) la denture intérieure (3i) comportant au moins une dent de plus que la denture extérieure (4a), et lors d'un mouvement de rotation, le rotor intérieur (4) exécute par rapport au rotor ou stator extérieur (3), la denture intérieure (3i) et la denture extérieure (4a) formant des cellules de refoulement, se dilatant et se comprimant, qui guident un fluide de la au moins une ouverture d'arrivée (10) vers la au moins une ouverture d'écoulement (11),
    e) et au moins l'une des dentures (3i, 4a) comportant des pieds de dent (3f ; 4f) qui sont formés de manière à former chacun une cavité (H1; H2 ; H3) lorsqu'ils sont en engrènement le plus profond avec une tête de dent (3k ; 4k) de l'autre des dentures (3i, 4a),
    caractérisée en ce que
    f) l'une parmi la denture intérieure (3i) et la denture extérieure (4a), est une denture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3.
