Claims (23)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Druckpackung, beinhaltend die Schritte:a) Bereitstellen, insbesondere Herstellen, eines Druckpackungsrohlings (2, 4) von in wesentlichem zylindrischer Form mit einem ersten Durchmesser (D1) und mit einem mit einer Öffnung (14) versehenen offenen Ende (12) undb) Ausformen des offenen Endes (12) zu einem sich verjüngenden durch ein Druckventil dichtend verschließbaren Mundstück (22) durch Einziehen und Umbördeln des die Öffnung (14) berandenden Randes (18, 20) des Druckpackungsrohlings (2, 4), wobei der Durchmesser der Öffnung ausgehend von dem ersten Durchmesser (D1) auf einen kleineren zweiten Durchmesser (D2) verkleinert wird,
gekennzeichnet durch den nach dem Schritt b) erfolgenden Schrittc) Beschichten des die Öffnung (14) umgebenden zu einem Bördel (24) geformten Randes (18) an einem zum abdichtenden Erfassen des Druckventils bestimmten Oberflächenbereich (26) mit einem Lack. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bördel (24) mit einem Lack (28) mit so geringer Aushärtzeit und in solch geringer Dicke beschichtet wird, dass die Aushärtzeit der aufgetragenen Lackschicht (30) gleich oder kleiner als 1 Sekunde, vorzugsweise ca. 0,5 s oder weniger beträgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Lack ein UV-Lack (28) verwendet wird, der nach dem Auftragen auf den Bördel (24) einer UV-Strahlung ausgesetzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein auf Basis UV-vernetzter Acrylatharze aufgebauter Lack (28) verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Lack (28) mit einer nach DIN 53211 mit dem DIN-Becher 4 mm gemessenen Viskosität von 15 bis 40 s, vorzugsweise ca. 25 s, verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lack (28) mit einer Schichtdicke von ca. 1 bis 10 µm, insbesondere 2 bis 3 µm, aufgetragen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lack (28) durch Sprühen, Rollen, Tauchen, Streichen oder vorzugsweise durch Kontaktieren des Bördels (24) mit einem mit Lack benetzten Material, insbesondere Filz, Schaumstoff oder Gummi, auf den Bördel (24) aufgetragen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit Lack benetzte Material und die dieses kontaktierende Druckpackung während des Kontakts relativ zueinander bewegt, insbesondere relativ zueinander gedreht werden. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bördel (24) vor dem Lackauftrag angefräst wird. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt b) die Öffnung (14) des offenen Endes (12) von einem ersten Durchmesser (D1) von größer oder gleich 45 mm, insbesondere von ca. 50 mm, auf einen zweiten Durchmesser (D2) von ca. 25,4 mm verkleinert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt a) oder b) ein Innenbehälter (16) in einen Außenbehälter (6) des Druckkammerrohlings (4) eingesetzt und im Bereich des Randes (18) der Öffnung (14) mit diesem verbunden wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt b) die im Bereich des Randes (18) der Öffnung (14)- vorzugsweise mittels Kleber - miteinander verbundenen Ränder des Außenbehälters (6) und des in den Außenbehälter (6) eingesetzten Innenbehälters (16) eingezogen und umgebördelt werden. - Vorrichtung (74) zum Herstellen einer Druckpackung, miteiner Bereitstelleinrichtung (76) zum Bereitstellen eines im wesentlichen zylinderförmigen Druckkammerrohlings (2, 4), der an einem offenen Ende (12) mit einer Öffnung (14) mit einem ersten Durchmesser (D1) versehen ist,einer Einzieh- und Umbördeleinrichtung (78) zum Einziehen und Umbördeln des offenen Endes (12) des Druckammerrohlings (2, 4) zu einem sich verjüngenden Mundstück (22),eine Lackauftrageinrichtung (40) zum Auftragen von Lack auf den durch die Einzieh- und Umbördeleinrichtung (78) zu einem Bördel (24) geformten Rand (18).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine UV-Lampe (98) zum Aushärten eines durch die Lackauftrageinrichtung (40) aufgetragenen UV-Lackes (28). - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lackauftrageinrichtung (40) einen mit Lack (28) benetzten, mit dem Bördel (24) in Eingriff bringbaren Körper (68) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (68) aus saugfähigem und/oder elastischem Material wie Filz oder Schaumstoff oder aus Gummi gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Dreheinrichtung (44) zum Drehen des Körpers (68) relativ zu den mit Lack (28) zu benetzenden Druckpackungen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lackauftragseinrichtung (40) eine insbesondere mittels eines Ventils (94) sperrbare Lackzuführeinrichtung (46) zum kontinuierlichen Zuführen des Lackes (28) zu dem Körper (68) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lackauftrageeinrichtung (40) Bestandteil der Einzieh- und Umbördeleinrichtung (78) ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einzieh- und Umbördeleinrichtung (78) einen Werkzeugträger (80) mit einer Reihe von Einziehwerkzeugen (82) zum sukzessiven Einziehen und Umbördeln des Randes (18) aufweist,
dass der Werkzeugträger (80) und eine Halte- und Fördereinrichtung (84) zum Halten und Fördern einer Reihe von Druckpackungsrohlingen (2, 4) aufeinander zu und voneinander weg relativbeweglich sind, um die Einziehwerkzeuge (82) nacheinander mit den einzelnen durch die Halte- und Fördereinrichtung (84) gehaltenen und geförderten Druckpackungsrohlingen (2, 4) in Eingriff zu bringen, und
dass die Lackauftragseinrichtung (40) wie ein zusätzliches Werkzeug anschließend an die Reihe von Einziehwerkzeugen (82) auf dem Werkzeugträger (80) gehalten ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lackauftragseinrichtung (40)ein vorzugsweise über eine Positionseinrichtung (52), insbesondere mit Stellschrauben oder Stellmuttern, in seiner Position einstellbar befestigbares - Gehäuse (42) undeine relativ zu dem Gehäuse (42) mittels eines Motors (62) mit 30- 300 U/min drehbare Lackauftragscheibe (48) - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (42) an seinem den Druckpackungsrohlingen (2, 4) zuzuwendenden Ende (56) die Lackauftragscheibe 848) an deren Rand übergreift und mit einer konisch zulaufenden, zentrierenden Einfuhröffnung (60) zum positionsgenauen Aufnehmen der zu lackierenden Mundstücke (22) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21 oder 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die mit saugfähigem Material versehene Lackauftragscheibe (48) um eine horizontale Drehachse (70) dreht und
dass oberhalb des saugfähigen Materials am Gehäuse (48) eine Lackzuführeinrichtung (46), die Lack (28) von einer Dosiereinheit (90) zuführt, und unterhalb des saugfähigen Materials eine Ablaufeinrichtung (50) für überflüssigen, von dem saugfähigen Material abtropfenden Lack (28) vorgesehen ist.
