Claims (17)
- Stützeinrichtung (10) für eine Materialbahn (5), insbesondere Papierbahn, für eine Schneidvorrichtung (2) der Materialbahn (5), insbesondere an einer Längsschneidvorrichtung einer Maschine der papierverarbeitenden Industrie die wenigstens eine Stützwelle (11) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtung (10) mittels wenigstens einem Lagermittel (18, 12) zur drehbaren Lagerung der Stützwelle (11) außerhalb der Rotationsachse der Stützwelle (11) ausgebildet ist.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lagermittel (18, 12) als wenigstens eine, vorzugsweise entlang der Stützwelle angeordnete, Lagereinrichtung (18) ausgebildet ist.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagereinrichtung (18) wenigstens zwei Lagerelemente (12) aufweist.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagereinrichtung (18) oder die Lagerelemente (12) drehbar sind.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagereinrichtung (18) oder die Lagerelemente (12) wenigstens in berührendem Kontakt mit der Stützwelle (11) sind.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerelemente (12) als, vorzugsweise zylindrische, Rotationskörper ausgebildet sind.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerelemente (12) als Scheibenkörper oder als Kugellager ausgebildet sind.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagereinrichtung (18) und/oder die Lagerelemente (12) axial parallel zur Stützwelle (11), vorzugsweise in vorbestimmten Abständen, angeordnet sind.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Halteeinrichtung (13) für die Stützwelle (11) vorgesehen ist.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteeinrichtung (13) berührungslos die Stützwelle (11) hält.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteeinrichtung (13) mittels wenigstens eines Magneten (13) ausgebildet ist.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Halteeinrichtungen (13) und/oder die Magnete (13) in vorbestimmten Abständen entlang der Stützwelle (11) angeordnet sind.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8 und einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei Lagereinrichtungen (18) wenigstens eine Halteeinrichtung (13) oder zwischen zwei Halteeinrichtungen (13) wenigstens eine Lagereinrichtung (18) angeordnet ist.
- Stützeinrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Trageinrichtung (15) für die Lagereinrichtung (18) und/oder die Halteeinrichtung (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Verwendung einer Stützeinrichtung (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 in einer Maschine der papierverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere im Einlauf- und/oder Auslaufbereich einer Längsschneidvorrichtung (2) für eine Materialbahn (5), insbesondere Papierbahn.
- Anordnung zum Schneiden einer Materialbahn (5), insbesondere Papierbahn, mit wenigstens einer Schneidvorrichtung (2), insbesondere Längsschneidvorrichtung einer Maschine der papierverarbeitenden Industrie, und mit einer Stützeinrichtung (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14.
