Claims (14)
- Schneideinrichtung für eine geförderte Flachmaterialbahn, insbesondere zur Herstellung von Etiketten, wobei die Schneideinrichtung einen Eingabeabschnitt (12), einen Schneidabschnitt (14), einen Ausgabeabschnitt (16), sowie eine dem Eingabeabschnitt (12) zugeordnete, der Flachmaterialbahn zugewandte Dämpfungsvorrichtung (24) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsvorrichtung (24) zur Aufnahme und Dämpfung infolge des Schneidvorgangs auftretender Stoßwellen bei der Flachmaterialbahn von einer Dämpfungsplatte oder einem Dämpfungsblech (26) gebildet ist.
- Schneideinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsplatte oder das -blech (26) gebogen ausgebildet ist.
- Schneideinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsplatte oder das -blech (26) schwenkbar angeordnet und von bei der Flachmaterialbahn auftretenden Stoßwellen auslenkbar ist.
- Schneideinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsvorrichtung (24) in Richtung auf die Flachmaterialbahn vorgespannt ist.
- Schneideinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorspannkraft der Dämpfungsvorrichtung (24) einstellbar ist.
- Schneideinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellbarkeit der Vorspannkraft der Dämpfungsvorrichtung (24) durch verschiedene Positionierungen eines Schenkels (36) einer Feder (32) erreicht wird.
- Schneideinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsvorrichtung (24) zugleich als Leitmittel dient.
- Schneideinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eingabeabschnitt (12) einen in Transportrichtung sich verjüngenden Einführschlitz (30) aufweist, der zumindest einerseits von der Dämpfungsplatte oder dem -blech (26) begrenzt ist.
- Schneideinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einführschlitz (30) auf der der Dämpfungsplatte oder dem -blech (26) gegenüberliegenden Seite von einer Führungsfläche (28) begrenzt ist.
- Schneideinrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsplatte oder das -blech (26) auf der Führungsfläche (28) aufliegt.
- Schneideinrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsplatte oder das -blech (26) über seitliche Abstandshalter (38) auf der Führungsfläche (28) aufliegt.
- Schneideinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der lichte Querschnitt des Einführschlitzes (30) eine geringste Erstreckung quer zur Bahnebene aufweist, die geringfügig größer ist als die Dicke der Bahn.
- Schneideinrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsplatte oder das -blech (26) einen kleinsten Abstand von der Führungsfläche von 0,35 bis 2mm, vorzugsweise von 0,5 bis 1mm aufweist.
- Schneideinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie an eine Druckeinheit ankoppelbar ist.
