Claims (16)
- Gegenleiste für einen Gegenperforierzylinder (21) zum Querperforieren von blattförmigem Material (19), wobei die aus hartgummiartigem Material bestehende Gegenleiste (67) in längsaxialer Richtung eine durchgehende Bohrung (68) aufweist, in der Bohrung (68) eine dem Durchmesser (i) der Bohrung (68) angepaßte hohle Stützeinrichtung (69; 79; 83; 86) vorgesehen ist, die Stützeinrichtung (69; 79; 83; 86) eine Anzahl von Öffnungen (70; 81; 84; 87) aufweist, die beim Perforieren einer zum Einwirken der Einzelperforiermesser (8; 9; 36) eines Perforierzylinders (1) dienenden Arbeitsfläche (88) gegenüberliegen.
- Gegenleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (81; 84; 87) den Einzelperforiermessern (8; 9; 36) der Perforiermesserleiste (3) derart angepaßt sind, daß diese hinsichtlich ihrer Länge und Breite ein Eindringen in das Innere der Öffnungen (81; 84; 87) über einen Abstand (m) zwischen der Arbeitsfläche (88) und einem tiefsten Punkt des Querschnittes der Stützeinrichtung (79; 83; 86) hinaus ermöglichen
- Gegenleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtung aus einem Rohr (79) besteht, daß die Öffnungen aus einem durchgängigem Längsschlitz (81) bestehen.
- Gegenleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtung aus einem Rohr (79) besteht, daß die Öffnungen aus mehreren, voneinander beabstandeten Längsschlitzen bestehen.
- Gegenleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsschlitze des Rohres (79) über die in der Gegenleiste (67) befindlichen Einschnitte (82) mit den Einzelperforiermessern (8; 9; 43) der Perforiermesserleiste (3) in Verbindung stehen.
- Gegenleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtung aus einem Rohr (83) besteht, daß die Öffnungen aus mehreren sich in Umfangsrichtung des Rohres (83) erstreckenden Schlitzen (84) bestehen, die in axialer Richtung voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Gegenleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtung aus voneinander beabstandeten Ringen (86) besteht, deren Innendurchmesser (i) dem Durchmesser (i) der Axialbohrung (69) der Gegenleiste (67) entspricht.
- Gegenleiste nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringe (86) durch in axialer Richtung verlaufende Stege stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind.
- Gegenleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtung aus einer zylindrischen Schraubenfeder (69) besteht.
- Gegenleiste nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Länge der Schraubenfeder (69) größer ist als ein Produkt aus Windungsanzahl und Drahtdurchmesser der Schraubenfeder (69).
- Gegenleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Ende (71) der Axialbohrung (68) über eine durch einen Achszapfen (72) des Gegenperforierzylinders (21) sowie über eine drehbare Einführung (74) führende Blasluftleitung (73) mit einer Blasluftquelle (76) verbunden ist.
- Gegenleiste nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenleiste (67) aus einem Vierkant-Hohlprofil besteht, welches die Schraubenfeder (69) aufnimmt.
- Gegenleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenleiste (92) einen quadratischen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Gegenleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenleiste (92) am Umfang eine Mehrzahl von sich in axialer Richtung erstreckender Arbeitsflächen (88; 93; 94; 96) aufweist deren Perforiermesserwirklinie (91) jeweils in einem gleichen Abstand zu einer Längsachse (97) der Stützeinrichtung (69) angeordnet sind.
- Gegenleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenleiste (67; 92) aus Polyeser-Polyol mit einer Härte von 80 bis 100 Shore A besteht.
- Gegenleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Ende der Axialbohrung (68) über eine durch einen Achszapfen des Gegenperforierzylinders sowie über eine drehbare Einführung führende Saugluftleitung mit einer Saugluftquelle verbunden ist.
