Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and a device for adjustment and monitoring the warp thread tension on weaving machines between a warp beam controlled and / or controlled by means of a servomotor and an adjustable powered take-off, using a tensioning boom, which is guided by means of tensioning levers and is elastic is applied to the warp thread sheet, and using elastic, adjustable load elements for the spanning tree, being a Control computer the drive data for the actuator of the warp beam in Dependence on current weaving machine parameters, namely the speed the main shaft and the speed of the goods deduction, and depending determined by measuring pulses for the position of the spanning tree and the servomotor for the purpose of maintaining the warp thread tension.
- DE 34 35 049 A1 describes a method for generating one as possible constant tensile force of the warp threads on weaving machines is known become, in which from data of the current warp tension and the Pull-off speed of the fabric by multiplying a target value won for the torque of the drive motor for the warp beam becomes.
- the deduction movement is generated by a regulator, the different Differences in the absolute trigger size per shot entry can compensate.
- Warp beams should be changed at the same time if possible. However, especially on weaving machines where there are several Warp thread systems of different or the same incorporation of different Warp beams need to be fed on some warp beams still substantial amounts of thread material when the first Warp beam has expired. These residual quantities must then be disposed of as waste be eliminated.
- the extremely complicated control only affects the drive of the warp beam and the drive of the goods beam.
- the warp thread tension is set as the target value in the range of the basic level, the is still empirically estimated by the weaver. Any correction to the Warp thread tension is only achieved by correcting the speed of the warp beam. This corrects the fluctuation range of the Warp thread tension - but not the tension level.
- the level of warp thread tension, caused by weights or others Load devices are given is not in the control process the fuzzi logic included. It can be used by the weaver in any way be adjusted and corrected.
- the warp tension was proposed a tension lever and a loading element in the form of an air pressure adjustable spring.
- On a control valve can from An air pressure can be set by hand that corresponds to a desired warp thread tension equivalent.
- This pressure setting can be adjusted from the operator's station Webers can be realized and controlled and thus already brings considerable Advantages in operation compared to those loaded by weights Clamping levers.
- the weaver can immediately during the setting observe the formation of the tissue.
- warp thread systems have several Warp beams parallel to each other with different or the same tie lengths the warp beams are incorporated per repeat a calculated length can be changed.
- large repeat Pieces of fabric could be made with a uniform, absolute repeat length become.
- control computer prepares this via the actuators Process and automatically guides the warp thread tension in preparation normal operation to the programmed value. There is a risk that temporarily inferior quality goods will be produced eliminated with it.
- the warp thread tension remains in the starting phase, when working in the creeper as well as looking at the shot and within each weaving cycle on the optimal for these modes of operation, but possibly different mostly low level.
- Warp beams - also different warp threads e.g. binding warp threads or Filling warp threads
- warp beams can work evenly in the specified mode of operation are processed and will almost certainly become almost empty at the same time.
- the warp thread loss is reduced to a minimum.
- the controlled thread incorporation also ensures a low level Yarn consumption.
- the data for the continuously changing, current diameter of the warp beam can be made according to different, known per se Procedures are provided.
- the maximum and minimum winding diameter and the stored warp thread length in Connection with the operating data of the weaving machine to calculate the Control signals for the warp beam drive or to correct the load used by the elastic clamping element.
- the procedure for adjusting the load on the elastic Clamping element according to claim 7 has proven itself in a special way.
- the changes in thread tension within a weaving cycle will in this version only by the technical elements and determines the stroke of the sley. Especially in the phase of The warp thread tension remains at a predetermined entry low level.
- the warp threads tensioned on the vibration-free guided gripper heads of the gripper bars or belts can be trouble-free be moved to the thread transfer.
- the load on the elastic tensioning element according to claims 8, 9 and Figure 10 shows other ways on how to control the warp tension using actuators and control computers.
- the device according to claim 11 is particularly simple Realization of the method according to claim 1 suitable if the control computer for performing the control functions described in claim 1 is used.
- the device claims 14 to 16 show possible solutions, as using common load elements - weights, springs and magnets - the load designed according to claim 11 controllable can be.
- Such a machine shown schematically in FIG. 1 preferably has a warp beam 4 for the binding warp threads and one Warp beam 4 'for the fill warp threads.
- the predominantly stretched ones Filling warp threads have a shorter binding length than the binding warp threads, which fix the shots on both sides of the stretched filling chain.
- the warp thread sheet 1 drawn off from a warp beam 4 is first via a tensioning device 2 and from there to the shed 11. Starting at the fabric stop edge 12, the warp threads 1 set theirs Walk away in tissue 13. This fabric 13 - double carpet fabric - is cut, then over the take-off rollers 51, 52 of the goods take-off 5 deducted and finally fed to the layers (not shown).
- the drive of the warp beams 4, 4 '- in terms of the basic structure - is the same designed.
- the description is based on the warp beam 4 with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
- the warp beam 4 stored in the machine frame is known per se Driven by a servomotor 42 via a gear 41.
- the Servomotor 42 must be suitable for continuously driving the warp beam 4 and gradually increase the drive speed, so that the speed increases as the winding diameter decreases can always have a predefined one per weaving cycle or per weave repeat Thread length is supplied.
- the servomotor 42 receives via the control line 43 the control impulses from the control computer 7.
- the presence of Actuators and amplifiers for controlling the motor 42 is used as naturally assumed.
- the tensioning device 2 consists of one in all warp beams 4, 4 ' Guide shaft 21, about the axis of the clamping lever 23 pivotable is stored. On the upward arm of the tension lever 23 is the Spanning tree 22 rotatably mounted.
- the warp thread sheet 1 wraps around - from Coming circumference of the warp beam 4 - the S-shaped guide shaft 21 and then the tensioning tree 22 before the warp threads 1 to the shed 11th continue with the web zone.
- the clamping lever 23 is within its working area by a high-resolution digital position sensor 24 monitors.
- the respective The current position is sent to the control computer 7 via an information line 241 fed.
- the loading device 3 for the tensioning lever 23 can be different be designed.
- the loading device 3 from an air spring 31, which is part of an actuating circuit 322, in which is also a control valve 32.
- the air spring 31 is a component of a variable pressure chamber and is provided with a membrane piston.
- the control valve 32 the function of which will be described in more detail later is designed as an electrically controllable proportional pressure control valve and able, according to the TARGET value specifications of the control computer 7 Air spring 31 to assign a precisely defined air pressure.
- the control valve 32 is via a pressure line 321 with a sufficiently high pressure fed and can also cause any excess pressure in the control circuit z. B. reduce by switching to the outside. (See also Fig. 6)
- the control computer 7 is usually equipped with a memory, of both textile technology control data and current machine data save and retrieve for arithmetic and control functions.
- a memory of both textile technology control data and current machine data save and retrieve for arithmetic and control functions.
- the memory of the control computer 7 can - based on what is to be manufactured
- Product also data about an optimal warp thread tension and Data on the incorporation of the different warp threads or warp thread systems filed per binding repeat. From this data the control computer 7 can, with appropriate specifications, the speed of the Main shaft 6 and the speed for the goods deduction 5 without separate determine variable arithmetic operations directly.
- the drive for the warp beams 4 is calculated in a similar manner. In however, this calculation takes into account the variable winding diameter of the respective warp beam and the size of the incorporation of the warp threads in the fabric, so that the warp beams form their warp thread array 1, 1 ' independent of a control process in an exactly predictable one Release relationship to goods deduction 5. This ratio is exact can be calculated on any type of control process for this drive parameter dispense.
- the defined warp thread length is defined according to the offer integrated into the fabric without the goods deduction would have to adjust per repeat.
- the control computer 7 gives the control valve 32 via the control line 323 TARGET values for the provision of an optimal pressure before and ensures that the actual value of the pressure in the air spring 31st remains adjusted to this predetermined pressure.
- the control valve 32 is as So-called proportional pressure control valve (see also Fig. 6).
- the control computer 7 To secure the predetermined position of the clamping lever 23 evaluates the Control computer 7 the information from the position sensor 24. By a appropriate correction of the warp beam drive 42 via the control line 43 and / or the pressure in the air spring 31 via the control line 323 the control computer 7 is capable of an exact position of the clamping lever 23 to secure.
- the Warp beam drive 42 is a suitable one via the control computer 7 Amount additionally accelerated so that the warp beam 4 over one if possible can be driven for a long period of time.
- the regulation via the position sensor 24 is then also regular effective if a warp beam change has taken place or if the weaving machine was rotated backwards to correct a broken shot.
- the clamping lever 23 can withstand short standstills Compensate for boom 22 automatically. Reached during long periods of inactivity the position encoder is a position at which a certain, predetermined Limit z. B. triggers the deceleration of the warp beam and then the further drive through the stored control programs becomes possible. Locations are avoided in this way.
- the current warp beam diameter is represented by a Sensor 44 determined.
- This sensor 44 is designed as a range finder. The accuracy of this sensor 44 is inexpensive in today's offered measuring devices sufficient to have as long as possible Period to provide the warp threads by means of control and the number of the correction processes - triggered by the position sensor 24 - on To limit minimum.
- a first variant is shown schematically in FIG. 3.
- the tensioning lever 23 is here with a loading arm 340, which is part of the adjusting device 34 is rigidly connected.
- the position transmitter 24 monitors the position of the loading arm 340.
- On the loading arm 340 there is a spindle 341 rotatably mounted. It is driven in a controlled manner by means of a gear motor 343.
- the nut 342, which is displaceable by the spindle 341, is inserted Weight 33.
- the weight 33 can consist of several disks. Preferably however, it should have a pre-calculated size and one Consist of pieces. A change in the warp thread tension should always be done only by changing the effective lever arm I. If relaxation is required, an extendable stop can be used Support load arm 34.
- the Tension arm 23 is loaded by means of tension spring 35, which is adjustable Support lever 36 supports.
- the support lever 36 is over its free End, the coupling 361, the nut 362 and the spindle 363 through the Geared motor 364 adjustable in such a way that the preload of the spring 35 can be varied.
- the gear motor 364 is over corresponding Amplifiers and actuators from the control computer 7 in the above Controllable way.
- Electromagnet or analog magnet 37 or a linear motor is the applies a loading force via an actuator 371, which is generated by the control computer 7 is specified.
- Fig. 7 are depending on a time grid Z over about four crankshaft revolutions the main shaft 6 of a double carpet weaving machine the measured and recorded courses of the thread tensions F (top), the warp threads 1 and the air pressure L in the air spring 31 (below) shown parallel to each other.
- the two middle cycles are considered.
- the most important advantage of the present invention is that the level of the warp thread tension in all phases of the operation of the weaving machine, in which it affects the quality of the fabric, controlled on kept at a uniform level with the lowest technological level can be. That means that on weaving machines, e.g. B. double carpet weaving machines, where several warp beams parallel to each other and are controlled independently, regularly so much warp thread that all wefts under the same conditions are integrated into the tissue. Every warp beam delivers in every weave repeat a thread length that complies with the specifications.
- the binding warp threads of the upper fabric and the binding warp threads of the lower fabric could be in a large repeat fabric, e.g. B. in a fitted Carpet to produce completely matching fabric lengths in which the same long binding warp threads fix the weft threads. This is the conclusion especially when you consider the possibly different thread courses of the respective warp threads in the calculation of the load to be set taken into account in all phases of processing a warp beam.
