Claims (10)
- Betriebsmodi-Schalteinheit einer zumindest teilweise drehenden und schlagenden Handwerkzeugmaschine mit einer Rutschkupplung, welche zwischen einem hohlen, einen axial schlagenden Schlagkolben (2) beinhaltenden, abtreibenden Führungsrohr (3) und einem, auf dem Führungsrohr (3) drehbaren, antreibenden Zahnkranz (4) angeordnet ist, und über ein von Aussen manuell schaltbares, axial versetzbares Schaltglied in unterschiedliche Betriebsmodi schaltbar ist, wobei in wenigstens einem Betriebsmodus das Führungsrohr (3) drehangetrieben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das axial versetzbare Schaltglied drehformschlüssig in einen drehfrei zum Führungsrohr (3) gelagerten, antreibenden Kupplungsring (6) der Rutschkupplung eingreift.
- Betriebsmodi-Schalteinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rutschkupplung aus zwei gegeneinander mit einer Axialfeder (7) vorgespannten, axial reibkraftschlüssig ineinandergreifbaren Kupplungsringen (6, 8) besteht.
- Betriebsmodi-Schalteinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abtreibende Kupplungsring (8) mit der Axialfeder (7) zum Führungsrohr (3) vorgespannt sowie drehfest zum Führungsrohr (3) axial begrenzt beweglich gelagert ist.
- Betriebsmodi-Schalteinheit nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass axial versetzbare Schaltglied mit dem antreibenden Kupplungsring (6) über radiale Auskragungen (9) und zugeordnete radiale Nuten (10) drehformschlüssig verbunden ist.
- Betriebsmodi-Schalteinheit nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das axial versetzbare Schaltglied als Schiebehülse (5) ausgebildet ist.
- Betriebsmodi-Schalteinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axial versetzbare Schiebehülse (5) an einem ersten Stirnende (11) mit dem antreibenden Zahnkranz (4) über, optional radiale, Auskragungen (9') und zugeordnete Nuten (10') drehformschlüssig verbindbar ist.
- Betriebsmodi-Schalteinheit nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axial versetzbare Schiebehülse (5) an einem zweiten Stirnende (12) mit einem gehäusefesten Arretierkranz (13) über, optional radiale, Auskragungen (9") und zugeordnete Nuten (10") drehformschlüssig verbindbar ist.
- Betriebsmodi-Schalteinheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axial versetzbare Schiebehülse (5) kürzer als der eingreifende Abstand zwischen dem antreibenden Zahnkranz (4) und dem gehäusefesten Arretierkranz (13) ist.
- Betriebsmodi-Schalteinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axial versetzbare Schiebehülse (6) gegen den drehfreien Kupplungsring (6) über eine Schiebefeder (14) axial vorgespannt ist.
- Betriebsmodi-Schalteinheit nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axial versetzbare Schiebehülse (5) radial abgestuft ist.
