Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Warmlufthaarformgerät mit einem Warmluftgebläse und einem von dem Warmluftgebläse erzeugten Luftstrom beaufschlagten Haarpflegeteil. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Haarpflegeteil, das als Aufsatz für ein Warmluftgebläse ausgebildet ist.
Warmlufthaarformgeräte sind jeweils für unterschiedliche Haarformzwecke ausgelegt. Bekannt sind jeweils Warmlufthaarformgeräte, die als Lockenstab, als Haarglätter oder als Airbrush ausgebildet sind. Um Haar unter Einsatz derartiger Geräte zu formen, müssen einem Benutzer diese drei Geräte jeweils zur Verfügung stehen. Dies bedeutet auch, dass ausreichend Platz und eine ausreichende Anzahl elektrischer Anschlüsse vorhanden sein muss, um mit diesen und ggf. weiteren Haarpflegegeräten das Haar in die gewünschte Form bringen zu können.
Aus WO-A-9512996 ist ein Gerät mit einem Haarformspalt bekannt geworden.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Warmlufthaarformgerät mit einem Haarpflegeteil bzw. ein Haarpflegeteil, ausgebildet als Aufsatz für ein Warmluftgebläse dergestalt auszubilden, dass mit diesem mehrere haarformende Funktionen durchführbar sind.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch ein Warmlufthaarformgerät mit einem Haarpflegeteil sowie durch ein Haarpflegeteil, ausgebildet als Aufsatz für ein Warmluftgebläse, gelöst, wobei das Haarpflegeteil gekennzeichnet ist durch:
  • zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundene Arm, deren zueinander weisenden Oberflächen im Wesentlichen eine komplementäre äußere Oberflächenform zur Ausbildung eines ersten Haarformspaltes aufweisen,
  • zumindest einen Strömungskanal zum Transportieren des von dem Warmluftgebläse bereitgestellten Luftstroms innerhalb zumindest einer der beiden Arme des Haarpflegeteils sowie
  • mit dem zumindest einen Strömungskanal in Verbindung stehende in den ersten Haarformspalt mündende Luftaustrittsöffnungen in dem zumindest einen Arm und
  • eine gekrümmte äußere Oberfläche des zumindest einen Armes mit den Luftaustrittsöffnungen, welcher gekrümmten Oberfläche ein zu dieser Oberfläche komplementär gekrümmt ausgebildeter, schwenkbar gegenüber diesem Arm gelagerter und sich in Längsrichtung dieses Armes erstreckender Haarformfinger zugeordnet ist, so dass zwischen diesem Arm und dem Haarformfinger ein zweiter Haarformspalt gebildet ist.
Bei einem solchen Haarpflegeteil, welches entweder Teil eines Warmlufthaarformgerätes ist oder als Aufsatz für ein Warmluftgebläse ausgebildet sein kann, sind zwei gelenkig miteinander scherenartig verbundene Arme vorgesehen. Zwischen den beiden Armen ist ein erster Haarformspalt definiert, wobei eine Formgebung der zwischen den beiden Armen aufgenommenen Haare entsprechend der Oberflächenform der zueinander weisenden Seiten der Arme möglich ist. Die zur Haarumformung benötigte Wärme wird durch ein Warmluftgebläse bereitgestellt, dessen Luftstrom in zumindest einen Strömungskanal des Haarpflegeteils eintritt und aus Luftaustrittsöffnungen zumindest eines der beiden Arme austritt, um an die in dem ersten Haarformspalt eingelegten Haare zu gelangen. Zu diesem Zweck sind zumindest bereichsweise in den einen Arm Luftaustrittsöffnungen eingebracht, die in Verbindung mit dem einen Strömungskanal stehen. Zweckmäßigerweise sind die beiden Arme innen hohl und somit jeweils einen Strömungskanal aufweisend ausgebildet und durch Luftaustrittsöffnungen gekennzeichnet. Bei einer solchen Ausgestaltung erfolgt eine Erwärmung des in dem ersten Haarformspalt eingelegten Haares von beiden Seiten. Zumindest einer der beiden Arme umfasst eine abschnittsweise gekrümmt ausgebildete äußere Oberfläche, beispielsweise die dem anderen Arm gegenüberliegende äußere Oberfläche. Dieser gekrümmten Oberfläche zugeordnet ist ein schwenkbar gegenüber diesem Arm gelagerter Haarformfinger, dessen Längserstreckung der Längsrichtung dieses Armes folgt. Die zu dem Arm weisende Oberfläche des Haarformfingers ist komplementär ausgebildet zur gekrümmten Oberfläche des Armes. Somit ist ein zweiter Haarformspalt ausgebildet, der sich zwischen diesem Arm und dem Haarformfinger befindet. Durch die schwenkbare Anordnung des Haarformfingers, wobei dieser zu seiner Betätigung zweckmäßigerweise über einen Betätigungshebel verfügt, mit dem der zweite Haarformspalt gegen die Kraft eines Federelementes geöffnet werden kann, können Haare in den Haarformspalt eingelegt werden und der Krümmung des Armes sowie des Haarformfingers unter gleichzeitig Zufuhr von Warmluft geformt werden. Auf diese Weise ist das Haarpflegeteil als Lockenstab nutzbar. Für den Fall, dass die zueinander weisenden Oberflächen der beiden Arme eben oder im Wesentlichen eben ausgebildet sind, ist der erste Haarformspalt als Haarglätter nutzbar. Durch die schwenkbare Anordnung des einen Armes gegenüber dem anderen Arm kann auch in den ersten Haarformspalt ohne weiteres Haar eingelegt und aus diesem wieder herausgenommen werden. Die zueinander weisenden Oberflächen der beiden Arme können jedoch auch eine Topographie aufweisen, beispielsweise wellenförmig ausgebildet sein, so dass dann in dem ersten Haarformspalt ein Crimpen von Haaren vorgenommen werden kann. Eine Topographie kann beispielsweise auch nach Art eines Volumizers ausgebildet sein.
Als weiteres Bestandteil kann das Haarpflegeteil über einen Bürstenaufsatz verfügen, der auf die beiden Arme gemeinsam und somit diese einschließend aufsetzbar ist. Zweckmäßig ist, wenn durch den Bürstenaufsatz ebenfalls der Haarformfinger mit eingeschlossen wird. Der Bürstenaufsatz weist zwischen seinen Borsten oder Borstenbüscheln Luftaustrittsöffnungen auf, so dass die aus dem zumindest einen Arm durch die Luftaustrittsöffnungen austretende Warmluft ebenfalls zwischen den Borsten oder Borstenbüscheln austreten und an das zu formende Haar gelangen kann. Bei dieser Ausgestaltung ist das Haarpflegeteil einsetzbar als Airbrush oder Aircurler.
Bei diesem Haarpflegeteil ist somit eine Haarformung mit einem einzigen Gerät realisierbar, wozu früher mehrere einzelne Geräte notwendig waren. Das Formen von Haaren ist durch dieses Haarpflegeteil nicht nur bezüglich der Geräteanzahl vereinfacht, sondern ein Haarformen ist überdies rascher durchführbar, da ein Gerätewechsel nicht mehr notwendig ist.
Zweckmäßig ist die Ausbildung eines solchen Haarpflegeteils in einer solchen Art und Weise, dass einer der beiden Arme ein rohrförmiges Verbindungsstück umfasst, in das die von dem Warmluftgebläse bereitgestellte Warmluft einströmt. Für den Fall, dass das Haarpflegeteil als Aufsatz ausgebildet ist, dient das Verbindungsstück gleichzeitig als Kupplungsstück, mit dem das Haarpflegeteil an ein Warmluftgebläse, beispielsweise ausgebildet als Griffstück, aufsetzbar ist. Das Verbindungsstück weist dann zweckmäßigerweise Verriegelungsmittel zum Festsetzen des Haarpflegeteils an dem Griffstück auf, etwa einen Bajonettverschluss. Dieser Arm bildet sodann die Basis für die beiden weiteren Elemente zur Ausbildung der jeweiligen Haarformspalte. Bei diesen weiteren Elementen handelt es sich zur Ausbildung des ersten Haarformspaltes um den weiteren Arm und zur Ausbildung des zweiten Haarformspaltes um den Haarformfinger. Zum Öffnen und Schließen des sich zwischen den beiden Armen befindlichen Haarformfingers dient ein zweckmäßigerweise bügelartig ausgebildeter Betätigungshebel der Teil des schwenkbar an dem einen Arm angelenkten anderen Arm ist. Der Betätigungshebel erstreckt sich bevorzugt bis auf diejenige Seite des Haarpflegeteils, an der ein dem Haarformfinger zugeordneter Betätigungshebel zum Öffnen des zweiten Haarformspaltes vorgesehen ist. Somit sind beide scherenartigen Elementen des Haarpflegeteils von derselben Seite, beispielsweise mit dem Daumen bedienbar. Zweckmäßig ist eine Ausgestaltung, bei der Betätigungshebel zum Öffnen und Schließen des sich zwischen den beiden Armen befindlichen Haarformspaltes an dem anderen Arm oder an einem anderen diesbezüglich feststehenden Element festlegbar ist, etwa durch einen Riegel.
Der Bürstenaufsatz kann beispielsweise einen offenen, zylindrischen Ringkörper umfassen, von dem die Borsten oder Borstenbüschel radial nach außen abragend angeordnet sind. Dieser Ringkörper ist zweckmäßigerweise materialelastisch, so dass ein Aufsetzen des Bürstenaufsatzes auf die beiden Arme mühelos möglich ist und ebenfalls ein ausreichend fester Sitz zum Bedienen des Haarpflegeteils als Airbrush oder Aircurler gewährleistet ist. Zum Erzielen einer Verdrehsicherung zwischen dem Bürstenaufsatz und den übrigen Bestandteilen des Haarpflegeteils kann der Haarformfinger dienen, der bei einer solchen Ausgestaltung in eine Nut des Bürstenaufsatzes eingreift, so dass formschlüssig ein Verdrehen des Bürstenaufsatzes gegenüber den beiden darin aufgenommenen Armen und dem darin aufgenommenen Haarformfinger verhindert ist. In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, dass der Bürstenaufsatz einen geschlossenen zylindrischen Ringkörper aufweist, von dem die Borsten oder Borstenbüschel radial nach außen abragend angeordnet sind. Dieser Bürstenaufsatz wird auf die beiden geschlossenen Arme des Haarpflegeteils aufgeschoben.
Nachfolgend ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Ein Haarpflegeteil 1 ist ausgebildet als Aufsatz, welches auf ein Warmluftgebläse, das in ein Griffstück integriert ist, aufsetzbar ist. Zu diesem Zweck umfasst das Haarpflegeteil 1 ein rohrförmiges Verbindungsstück 2, mit dem das Haarpflegeteil 1 auf ein solches Griffstück aufsteckbar ist. Eine gegenständliche Einheit mit dem Verbindungsstück 2 bildend ist ein erster Arm 3 vorgesehen. Der Arm 3 umfasst eine vorderseitig gerundete Spitze 4 und einen Abschnitt 5, in dem Luftaustrittsöffnungen L eingebracht sind. Insgesamt ist der Arm 3 innen hohl, einen Strömungskanal zusammen mit dem Verbindungsstück 2 ausbildend. Somit tritt der von dem Warmluftgebläse bereitgestellte Luftstrom in das Verbindungsstück 2 und in den Arm 3 ein und aus den Luftaustrittsöffnungen L aus. In den Figuren ist nur ein kleiner Bereich des Abschnittes 5 mit Luftaustrittsöffnungen L gekennzeichnet; tatsächlich erstrecken sich die Luftaustrittsöffnungen L über den gesamten Abschnitt 5 umfänglich.
Ein zweiter Arm 6 ist schwenkbar an dem Verbindungsstück 2 angelenkt. Die Schwenkachse ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 7 gekennzeichnet. Der Arm 6 ist grundsätzlich aufgebaut wie der Arm 3 und somit ebenfalls innen hohl, wobei der Hohlraum des Armes 6 gleichfalls ein Strömungskanal darstellt, in den in der in Figur 1 dargestellten Stellung des Armes 6 der von dem Verbindungsstück 2 empfangene Luftstrom ebenfalls anteilig einströmt. Durch die schwenkbare Anordnung des zweiten Armes 6 gegenüber dem ersten Arm 3 sind die beiden Arme 3, 6 scherenartig zueinander bewegbar. Zu diesem Zweck umfasst der zweite Arm 6 einen bügelartigen Betätigungshebel 8 der sich außenseitig beidseitig um das Verbindungsstück 2 und dieses somit einschließend in Richtung zu der Seite des Verbindungsstückes 2, an dem der erste Arm 3 angeordnet ist, erstreckt. In der in Figur 1 dargestellten Stellung des zweiten Armes 6 ist dieser durch nicht dargestellte Mittel mit dem Verbindungsstück 2 verriegelt. Gegen die Verriegelung wirkt ein Federelement, so dass beim Öffnen der Verriegelung der Arm 6 aufschwenkt. Zwischen den beiden Armen 3, 6 ist ein erster Haarformspalt 9 ausgebildet. In den Haarformspalt 9 sind Haare in der geöffneten Scherenstellung der beiden Arme 3, 6, wie in Figur 2 gezeigt, einlegbar. Die beiden zueinander weisenden Seiten der Arme 3, 6 sind im Wesentlichen eben - wie aus Figur 3 ersichtlich - ausgebildet, so dass in den Haarformspalt 9 eingelegte Haare geglättet werden können.
Dem Arm 3 ist ein Haarformfinger 10 zugeordnet, dessen zu dem Arm 3 weisende Oberfläche komplementär zu der gekrümmten Außenseite des Armes 3 ausgebildet ist. Diese Anordnung ist insbesondere auch in der Figur 3 dargestellt. Der Haarformfinger 10 ist ebenso wie der zweite Arm 6 schwenkbar an der aus dem ersten Arm 3 und dem Verbindungsstück 2 gebildeten gegenständlichen Einheit angelenkt. Die Schwenkachse ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 11 gekennzeichnet. Zum Betätigen des Haarformfingers 10 dient ein Betätigungshebel 12, der gegen die Kraft eines in den Figuren nicht dargestellten Federelementes entsprechend der in Figur 2 gezeigten Richtung verschwenkbar ist, so dass durch eine solche Betätigung ein zweiter Haarformspalt 13 zwischen der Oberseite des ersten Armes 3 und dem Haarformfinger 10 gebildet ist. Durch die Konzeption der gekrümmten Oberfläche des ersten Armes 3 und die entsprechende komplementäre Ausgestaltung des Haarformfingers 10 dient der Haarformspalt 3 zum Ausbilden einzelner Locken.
Weiterer Teil des Haarpflegeteils 1 ist ein in Figur 3 gezeigter Bürstenaufsatz 14. Der Bürstenaufsatz 14 umfasst einen zylindrischen offenen Ringkörper 15, von dem radial nach außen abragend einzelne Borsten B angeordnet sind. Der Ringkörper 15 ist materialelastisch und mit einer gewissen Vorspannung in seiner in Figur 3 gezeigten Montagestellung auf den beiden Armen 3, 6 gehalten. Als Verdrehsicherung dient bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel eine in die Innenfläche des Ringkörpers 15 eingebrachte Nut 16, in die der Haarformfinger 10 eingreift. Zwischen einzelnen Borsten B bzw. einzelnen Borstensegmenten sind in den Ringkörper 15 Luftaustrittsöffnungen vorgesehen, so dass die aus den Luft-austrittsöffnungen L der Arme 3, 6 durch den Ringkörper 15 hindurch und an das Haar gelangen kann.
Die zueinander weisenden Oberflächen der Arme 3, 6 des dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels tragen jeweils eine Nut 17 bzw. 18, in die eine Kammleiste 19 einsetzbar ist. Die Kammleiste 19 ist bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel in der Nut 17 des Armes 6 gehalten, während die einzelnen Zinken der Kammleiste 19 in die Nut 18 des ersten Armes 3 eingreifen. Der Einsatz einer solchen Kammleiste 19 dient beim Glätten der Haare zur Führung derselben, so dass beim Glätten der Haare diese gleichzeitig gekämmt werden.

Claims (12)

  1. Warmlufthaarformgerät mit einem Warmluftgebläse und einem von dem von dem Warmluftgebläse erzeugten Luftstrom beaufschlagten Haarpflegeteil (1), wobei das Haarpflegeteil (1) gekennzeichnet ist durch:
    zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundene Arme (3, 6), deren zueinander weisenden Oberflächen im Wesentlichen eine komplementäre äußere Oberflächenform zur Ausbildung eines ersten Haarformspaltes (9) aufweisen,
    zumindest einen Strömungskanal zum Transportieren des von dem Warmluftgebläse bereitgestellten Luftstroms (S) innerhalb zumindest einer der beiden Arme (3, 6) des Haarpflegeteils (1),
    mit dem zumindest einen Strömungskanal in Verbindung stehende und in den ersten Haarformspalt (9) mündende Luftaustrittsöffnungen (L) in dem zumindest einen Arm (3, 6) und
    eine gekrümmte äußere Oberfläche des zumindest einen Armes (3) mit den Luftaustrittsöffnungen (L), welcher gekrümmten Oberfläche ein zu dieser Oberfläche komplementär gekrümmt ausgebildeter, schwenkbar gegenüber diesem Arm (3) gelagerter und sich in Längsrichtung dieses Armes (3) erstreckender Haarformfinger (10) zugeordnet ist, so dass zwischen diesem Arm (3) und dem Haarformfinger (10) ein zweiter Haarformspalt (13) gebildet ist.
  2. Haarpflegeteil, ausgebildet als Aufsatz für ein Warmluftgebläse, wobei das Haarpflegeteil (1) gekennzeichnet ist durch:
    zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundene Arme (3, 6), deren zueinander weisenden Oberflächen im Wesentlichen eine komplementäre äußere Oberflächenform zur Ausbildung eines ersten Haarformspaltes (9) aufweisen,
    zumindest einen Strömungskanal zum Transportieren des von dem Warmluftgebläse bereitgestellten Luftstroms (S) innerhalb zumindest einer der beiden Arme (3, 6) des Haarpflegeteils (1),
    mit dem zumindest einen Strömungskanal in Verbindung stehende und in den ersten Haarformspalt (9) mündende Luftaustrittsöffnungen (L) in dem zumindest einen Arm (3, 6) und
    eine gekrümmte äußere Oberfläche des zumindest einen Armes (3) mit den Luftaustrittsöffnungen (L), welcher gekrümmten Oberfläche ein zu dieser Oberfläche komplementär gekrümmt ausgebildeter, schwenkbar gegenüber diesem Arm (3) gelagerter und sich in Längsrichtung dieses Armes (3) erstreckender Haarformfinger (10) zugeordnet ist, so dass zwischen diesem Arm (3) und dem Haarformfinger (10) ein zweiter Haarformspalt (13) gebildet ist.
  3. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zueinander weisenden Oberflächen der Arme (3, 6) des Haarpflegeteils (1) im Wesentlichen eben sind.
  4. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Arm (3) in seiner zu dem anderen Arm (6) weisenden Oberfläche eine Nut (17) zur Aufnahme einer Kammleiste (19) mit seiner Basis und die komplementäre Oberfläche des anderen Arms (6) eine Nut (18) zur Aufnahme der Kammzinken aufweist.
  5. Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Arm (3) des Haarpflegeteils (1) ein rohrförmiges Verbindungsstück (2) zur Aufnahme des Luftstroms zugeordnet ist und der Haarformfinger (10) sowie der andere Arm (6) schwenkbar an dieser Einheit aus Arm (3) und Verbindungsstück (2) angelenkt sind.
  6. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem gelenkig an dem Arm (3) mit dem Verbindungsstück (2) angelenkten Arm (6) ein bügelartig ausgebildeter Betätigungshebel (8) zugeordnet ist, der sich zu der Seite des anderen Arms (5) erstreckt, an der der Haarformfinger (10) angeordnet ist.
  7. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (8) zum Schließen des ersten Haarformteils (9) verriegelbar ist.
  8. Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Haarformfinger (10) ein Betätigungshebel (12) zum Öffnen des zweiten Haarformspaltes (13) gegen die Kraft eines Federelementes zugeordnet ist.
  9. Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Haarpflegeteil (1) ein auf die beiden Arme (3, 6) gemeinsam aufsetzbarer Bürstenaufsatz (14) mit zwischen seinen Borsten (B) oder Borstenbüscheln angeordneten Luftaustrittsöffnungen zugeordnet ist.
  10. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bürstenaufsatz (14) einen offenen zylindrischen Ringkörper (15) umfasst, von dem nach außen abragend die Borsten (B) oder Borstenbüschel angeordnet sind und dessen Innenraum zur Aufnahme der beiden geschlossenen Arme (3, 6) sowie des geschlossenen Haarformfingers (10) ausgebildet ist.
  11. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der offene Ringkörper (15) materialelastische Eigenschaften aufweist, durch die ein zur Benutzung des Gegenstandes mit aufgesetztem Bürstenaufsatz (B) ausreichend fester Sitz des Bürstenaufsatzes (14) auf den beiden geschlossenen Armen (3, 6) und dem Haarformfinger (10) gewährleistet ist.
  12. Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bürstenaufsatz einen geschlossenen zylindrischen Ringkörper umfasst, von dem nach außen abragend die Borsten oder Borstenbüschel angeordnet sind und dessen Innenraum zur Aufnahme der beiden geschlossenen Arme sowie des geschlossenen Haarformfingers ausgebildet ist.
