Beim Absenken oder Auffahren der Stapeltragplatte 14 mittels einer Stapelhubeinrichtung ist jede Kantenführungseinrichtung 16 zur vertikalen Bewegung der Stapeltragplatte 14 in ihrer Länge veränderbar. Bevorzugt ist die Längenänderung jeder Kantenführungseinrichtung 16 synchron zur vertikalen Bewegung der Stapeltragplatte 14 realisierbar.
Bevorzugt weist jede Kantenführungseinrichtung 16 eine an der Stapeltragplatte 14 angeordnete Aufwickelvorrichtung 17 auf. Alternativ kann die Aufwickelvorrichtung 17 auch an der Traverse 15 angeordnet sein. Die Aufwickelvorrichtung 17 ist dabei derart ausgebildet, dass das Bandmaterial ebenso abwickelbar ist.
Beim Ablegen der Traverse 15 auf der Stapeltragplatte 14 wickelt die Aufwickeleinrichtung 17 das Bandmaterial, vorzugsweise mittels Federkraft, auf. Dies gilt auch in der Ausbildung in der die Kantenführungseinrichtung 16 bzw. das Bandmaterial lösbar von der gestellfest verbleibenden Traverse 15 trennbar ist.
In einer weiteren Ausbildung ist auf der Stapeltragplatte 14 im Bereich der Hinterkante des Auslegerstapels 5 (vor der Stapelbildung) wenigstens ein Keil ablegbar, welcher unter die Palette 19 greift und somit die Palette 19 in Förderrichtung 9 neigt. Dadurch ist der Auslegerstapel 5 gegen die Kantenführungseinrichtung 16 an der Vorderkante geringfügig geneigt.
In einer weiteren Ausbildung ist an der Stapeltragplatte 14 im Bereich der Hinterkante des Auslegerstapels 5 eine Kippeinrichtung angeordnet, die mittels einer Betätigungseinrichtung, beispielsweise pneumatisch oder hydraulisch, auf die Palette 19 im Bereich der Hinterkante wirkt und den Auslegerstapel 5 gegen die Kantenführungseinrichtung 16 neigt.
Die Neigung des Auslegerstapels 5 ist derart zu realisieren, dass die Kantenführung möglichst berührungslos erfolgt und eine mögliche Auslenkung der Kantenführungseinrichtung 16 aus der Vertikalen durch Kontakt mit dem Bogenmaterial 2 vermieden wird.

Claims (10)
- Ausleger für eine Bogen verarbeitende Druckmaschine mit einem endlos umlaufenden, das bedruckte Bogenmaterial zumindest zu einem ersten Auslegerstapel (5) zuführende Fördersystem (4), einer Vorrichtung (12) zum Trennen des Auslegerstapels in einen Hilfs- und einen Hauptstapel und einer Stapelhubeinrichtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer den Auslegerstapel (5) aufnehmenden, vertikal bewegbaren Stapeltragplatte (14) und an einer mit einem Auslegergestell lösbar befestigten Traverse (15) wenigstens eine längenveränderbare Kantenführungseinrichtung (16) lösbar angeordnet ist, und
dass die Kantenführungseinrichtung (16) wenigstens einer Kante des durch übereinander gestapelte Bogenmaterialien (2) gebildeten Hauptstapels parallel benachbart zugeordnet ist. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kantenführungseinrichtung (16) einer Vorderkante (21) des durch übereinander gestapelte Bogenmaterialien (2) gebildeten Hauptstapels parallel benachbart zugeordnet ist. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kantenführungseinrichtung (16) einer Seitenkante des durch übereinander gestapelte Bogenmaterialien (2) gebildeten Hauptstapels parallel benachbart zugeordnet ist. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kantenführungseinrichtung (16) einer Hinterkante des durch übereinander gestapelte Bogenmaterialien (2) gebildeten Hauptstapels parallel benachbart zugeordnet ist. - Ausleger nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längenveränderung der Kantenführungseinrichtung (16) und die vertikale Bewegung der Stapeltragplatte (14) synchron realisierbar sind. - Ausleger nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kantenführungseinrichtung (16) in einem geringfügigen Abstand (20) zur Kante des Hauptstapels angeordnet ist. - Ausleger nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kantenführungseinrichtung (16) aus einem unter Zugspannung stehenden, aufwickelbaren Bandmaterial gebildet ist. - Ausleger nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kantenführungseinrichtung (16) eine an der Stapeltragplatte (14) lösbar angeordnete Aufwickelvorrichtung (17) aufweist. - Ausleger nach wenigstens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Traverse (15) vom Auslegergestell trennbar und auf die Stapeltragplatte (14) lagefixiert ablegbar ist. - Ausleger nach wenigstens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die übereinander gestapelten Bogenmaterialien (2) des Hauptstapels aus der im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene in Förderrichtung (9), einer benachbarten Kantenführungseinrichtung (16) zugewandt, geneigt schwenkbar ist.
