Claims (7)
- Tür, insbesondere Brandschutztür mit zumindest einer Profilnut zur Aufnahme eines Dichtelements, die miteinander verbundene, einen Hohlraum umschließende Profilschalen aus einem biegbaren Material umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine der Profilschalen (61, 67) eine, insbesondere in Tür-Längsrichtung verlaufende, Biegeprägung (59) aufweist.
- Tür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Biegeprägung (59) aus einer Vielzahl von in Längsrichtung aneinandergereihten Längsschlitzen (30) gebildet ist.
- Tür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Biegeprägung (59) im Bereich einer, in der zumindest einen Profilschale (61) ausgebildeten und in der Türebene über die türschloßseitige Längsstirnseite (51) vorragenden Türüberschlagkante angeordnet ist.
- Tür nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilnut zur Aufnahme eines Dichtelements an der Anschlagseite (14) der Türüberschlagkante als eine in Tür-Längsrichtung verlaufende U-förmige Nut (10, 12, 13) ausgebildet ist.
- Tür nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe der U-förmigen Nut (10, 12, 13) ungefähr der Dicke der Türüberschlagkante entspricht.
- Tür nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Biegeprägung (59) am Übergangsbereich zwischen dem stirnseitigen Abschnitt (50) der Türüberschlagkante und dem einen Schenkel (10) der U-förmigen Nut (10, 12, 13) erstreckt, wobei beide Schenkel (10, 13) der U-förmigen Nut (10, 12, 13) parallel zum stirnseitigen Abschnitt (50) der Türüberschlagkante und der Steg (12) der U-förmigen Nut (10, 12, 13) parallel zur Anschlagseite (14) verlaufen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Tür, insbesondere einer Brandschutztür, mit zumindest einer Profilnut zur Aufnahme eines Dichtelements, wobei Profilschalen zu einem Profil gebogen und zusammengesetzt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Profilschale (61) mit einer Biegeprägung (59) versehen und das Profil der Profilschale (61) mit Ausnahme der Biegeprägung (59) gebogen wird, und daß in einem abschließenden Schritt die Profilschale (61), vorzugsweise händisch, um die Biegeprägung (59) gebogen wird.
