Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Abschneiden von Etikettenhülsen von einem flachliegenden Etikettenschlauchband, Auffalten und Anbringen der rohrförmigen Etikettenhülsen auf Gegenstände, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine flachliegende Etikettenhülse spätestens unmittelbar nach dem Abschneiden vom Etikettenschlauchband an einer Seite erfasst, kontinuierlich gleichförmig von einer Schneidvorrichtung abtransportiert, währenddessen an der gegenüberliegenden Seite ebenfalls erfasst, kurzzeitig ungleichförmig relativ zur anderen Seite in gleicher Richtung transportiert und nachfolgend durch eine seitliche Abstandserweiterung der beiden flachliegenden Seiten geöffnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Etikettenhülse nach dem Abschneiden vom Etikettenschlauchband bis zum vollständigen Auffalten auf einer linearen, insbesondere vertikalen Bahn transportiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Seite der Etikettenhülse relativ zur anderen Seite zunächst beschleunigt und anschließend verzögert oder umgekehrt kontinuierlich bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Seiten einer flachliegenden Etikettenhülse eine vorauslaufende Schnittkante aufweisen, die unmittelbar nach dem Schneiden parallel verlaufen, während der kontinuierlich ungleichförmigen Bewegung der einen Seite der Etikettenhülse in Förderrichtung gegenseitig versetzt und noch vor dem Auffalten wieder parallel ausgerichtet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Versatz der Schnittkanten während der kontinuierlich ungleichförmigen Bewegung veränderbar ist, insbesondere in Abhängigkeit vom Durchmesser und/oder der Länge der Etikettenhülse.
- Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden von Etikettenhülsen (E) von einem flachliegenden Etikettenschlauchband (S), Auffalten und Anbringen der rohrförmigen Etikettenhülsen auf Gegenstände, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine flachliegende Etikettenhülse (E) im Bereich nach einem Schneidwerk (4) durch einen Gurtförderer (12a) zunächst an einer Seite erfasst, von diesem kontinuierlich gleichförmig vom Schneidwerk (4) abtransportiert, währenddessen durch einen weiteren, periodisch ungleichförmig antreibbaren Förderer (6) die gegenüberliegende Seite erfasst, relativ zur anderen Seite in gleicher Richtung transportiert und nachfolgend durch eine seitliche Abstandserweiterung des wenigstens einen Gurtförderers (12a, 12b) geöffnet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gurtförderer (12a) bis unmittelbar an das Schneidwerk (4) heranreicht und der periodisch ungleichförmig antreibbare Förderer (6) dem Gurtförderer (12a) gegenüberliegend, insbesondere mit Abstand zum Schneidwerk (4), zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gurtförderer (12a) als Vakuumförderer und der Förderer (6) als Friktionsförderer ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderer (6) eine annähernd der Länge einer Etikettenhülse (E) entsprechende Länge aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderer (6) als ein annähernd spaltfrei parallel zum Gurtförderer (12a) ausgerichteter Riemen ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an das stromabwärtige Ende des Förderers (6) ein zweiter Gurtförderer (12b) anschließt, der zum ersten Gurtförderer (12a) zunächst parallel verlaufend und nachfolgend mit einem längs zur Förderrichtung zunehmenden seitlichen Zwischenabstand verlaufend ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderer (6) durch einen elektromotorischen Servoantrieb (16) mit einer zugeordneten Programmsteuerung (14) kontinuierlich periodisch ungleichförmig antreibbar ist, insbesondere geschwindigkeits- und stellungssynchron zu einer Etikettiermaschine.
