Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von 3-Siegelrandbeuteln (66) mit eingesiegeltem Verschlussprofil, wobei eine Verpackungsfolie (11) von einem ersten Vorrat (10) durch eine erste Vorschubeinheit (17) kontinuierlich abgezogen und um die zu verpackenden Produkte (15) gefaltet wird, wobei abgelängte Verschlussprofilstücke (43) mittels einer zweiten Vorschubeinheit (37) zwischen die beiden Längsränder der Folie (11) benachbart aber beabstandet von deren Längskanten (29) eingeschoben werden, wobei aufeinanderfolgende Verschlussprofilstücke (43) Abstand voneinander haben, wobei anschliessend die beiden Längsränder der Folie (11) benachbart ihren Kanten (29) zu einer Längssiegelnaht (49) versiegelt und die Folie (11) beidseitig auf die Verschlussprofilstücke (43) aufgesiegelt wird, und wobei mit einer Quersiegeleinrichtung (56) zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Verschlussprofilstücken (43) querversiegelt und die einzelnen Beutel (66) voneinander getrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei es eine Trenneinrichtung (44) zum Abtrennen der Verschlussprofilstücke (43) von einem kontinuierlichen zugeführten Verschlussprofil (13) aufweist, und wobei nach jedem Trennvorgang die zweite Vorschubeinheit (37) verlangsamt und anschliessend wieder auf die Abzugsgeschwindigkeit der Folie (11) beschleunigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Vorschubrichtung des Schlauches (16) horizontal ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von 3-Siegelrandbeuteln (66) mit eingesiegeltem Verschlussprofil, umfassendeinen ersten Vorrat (10) für eine Verpackungsfolie (11),eine erste Vorschubeinheit (17) zum Abziehen der Folie (11) mit einem kontinuierlich angetriebenen ersten Motor (27, 28),eine Faltstation (14) zur Bildung eines flachen, einseitig offenen Schlauches (16) zur Aufnahme der zu verpakkenden Produkte (15),eine zweite Vorschubeinheit (37) mit einem zweiten Motor (39) zur Zufuhr von abgelängten Verschlussprofilstücken (43) zwischen die beiden Längsränder der Folie (11),eine erste Siegelstation (51) mit zwei kontinuierlich zumindest beinahe aneinander anliegenden ersten Siegelbakken (53) zum Versiegeln der Verschlussprofilstücke (43) mit der Folie (11) benachbarten freien Kanten (29) der Folie (11),eine zweite Siegelstation (50) mit kontinuierlich zumindest beinahe aneinander anliegenden zweiten Siegelbacken (52) zum Längsversiegeln der beiden Folienränder benachbart den freien Kanten (29) aber ausserhalb der Verschlussprofilstücke (43),eine dritte Siegelstation (56) zum Bilden von Quernähten (65) zwischen den freien Enden aufeinanderfolgender Verschlussprofilstücke (43), undeine Trenneinrichtung (60) zum Querschneiden des Schlauches (16) annähernd in der Mitte der Quernähte (65),
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei eine Steuereinrichtung (32) zum Steuern der zweiten Vorschubeinheit (37) angeordnet ist, die zweite Vorschubeinheit (37) eine zweite Trenneinrichtung (44) mit einem dritten Motor (45) zum Abtrennen der Verschlussprofilstücke (43) von einem kontinuierlich zugeführten Verschlussprofil (13) aufweist, und wobei der erste und dritte Motor (27, 45) je mit einem Winkelfühler (31, 46) verbunden sind, die mit der Steuereinrichtung (32) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die erste Vorschubeinheit (17) zusätzlich ein Antriebsrollenpaar (18, 19) stromaufwärts der ersten und zweiten Siegeleinrichtung (50, 51) aufweist, und wobei zusätzlich ein mit der Steuereinrichtung (32) verbundender Fühler (62) angeordnet ist, der anspricht, wenn das vorlaufende Ende (63) des Verschlussprofilstücks (43) vom Antriebsrollenpaar (18, 19) erfasst wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei der dritte Motor (45) durch die Steuereinrichtung (32) taktweise angetrieben ist, wenn der Drehwinkel des ersten Motors (27) einen vorgegebenen Wert erreicht hat oder wenn der Fühler (62) anspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5-7, wobei der zweite Motor (39) kurzfristig verzögert wird, sobald ein Verschlussprofilstück (43) abgeschnitten ist und anschliessend wieder auf die Transportgeschwindigkeit des Schlauches (16) beschleunigt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5-8, wobei die zweite Trenneinrichtung (44) als ein um eine Achse rotierendes Messer ausgebildet ist, das mit einem Gegenhalter (47) kooperiert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4-9, wobei die ersten Siegelbacken (53) eine der Verschlussprofilstück-Geometrie entsprechende Vertiefung in der Siegelfläche aufweisen.
