Claims (11)
- Einrichtung zur elastischen Lagerung einer Rillenschiene mit einem Schienenfuß (1), einem eine Spurrille (4) aufweisenden Schienenkopf (3) und einem den Schienenfuß (1) und den Schienenkopf (3) verbindenden Schienensteg (2), wobei die Einrichtung eine unterhalb des Schienenfußes (1) angeordnete elastische Platte (6), beiderseits des Schienensteges (2) angeordnete Stützteile (8) und auf den vom Schienensteg (2) abgewandten Seiten der Stützteile (8) angeordnete elastische Lagen (9) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beidseitig des Schienenstegs (2) jeweils ein Lagerteil (7) vorgesehen ist, welches zumindest aus dem Stützteil (8) und der auf der vom Schienensteg (2) abgewandten Seite des Stützteils (8) angeordneten und mit dem Stützteil (8) fest verbundenen elastischen Lage (9) besteht und welches am Schienensteg (2) anliegt, und daß an der vom Schienensteg (2) abgewandten Seitenwand (22) eines jeweiligen Lagerteils (7) ein dreidimensionales Montagegitter (10) fest mit dem Lagerteil (7) verbunden ist, wobei das Montagegitter (10) zur Verankerung der Einrichtung im die Einrichtung umgebenden Beton (11) zumindest um einen Teil seiner Höhe (H) über die Seitenwand (22) des Lagerteils (7) vorsteht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beidseitig des Schienenstegs (2) an diesem anliegenden Lagerteile (7) am Schienensteg (2) angeklebt sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montagegitter (10) über einen Teil ihrer Höhe (H) im Material der Lagerteile (7) eingebettet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montagegitter (10) im Material der mit dem Stützteil (8) fest verbundenen elastischen Lagen (9) eingebettet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Lagen (9) aus einem elastischen Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus einem geschäumten PU-Elastomer bestehen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützteile (8) aus einem gegenüber dem Material der elastischen Lagen (9) härteren Kunststoff bestehen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützteile (9) aus einem geschäumten PU-Elastomer, vorzugsweise mit einer Dichte von mindestens 150 kg/m3, nochmals vorzugsweise mit einer Dichte im Bereich von 250 kg/m3 bestehen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Lagen (9) der Lagerteile (7) über die oberen Ränder der Stützteile (8) hinausragen und beidseitig am Schienenkopf (3) anliegen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Lagen (9) der Lagerteile (7) über die Unterseiten der Stützteile (8) hinausragen und an der elastischen Platte (6) anliegen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Platte (6) an der Unterseite des Schienenfußes (1) angeklebt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Lagen (9) gegenüber der Vertikalen in Richtung zum Schienenkopf (3) geneigt verlaufen.
