Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Estrichs mit folgenden Schritten:Stützen werden am Boden befestigt und auf gleiche Höhe justiert,Gipskartonplatten werden bündig angeordnet, um den Boden zu bedecken,die Gipskartonplatten werden mit einer undurchlässigen Schicht abgedeckt,eine Estrichmasse wird auf die undurchlässige Schicht aufgebracht,zwischen dem Gipskern und dem oberen und unteren Kartonschichten der Gipskartonplatten jeweils mindestens ein Glasgewebe/-gelege vorhanden ist,die Gipskartonplatten eine Dicke von 15 bis 30 mm aufweisen,die Gipskartonplatten bei Abmessung von 60 x 120 cm um 0,3 bis 3 mm nach oben gewölbt sind.
- Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Glasgewebe/-gelege an der Unterseite schwerer ausgebildet ist als das Glasgewebe/-gelege an der Oberseite der Gipskartonplatten.
- Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wölbung ca. 2 mm beträgt.
- Verfahren gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verwendeten Gipskartonplatten eine Eckbruchlast von mindestens 1000 N aufweisen.
