Claims (11)
- Beleimstation zum Klebebinden von Blattblöcken mit Klemmmitteln zum Fixieren eines Blattblockes sowie mit einer Klebstoffauftragvorrichtung, die wenigstens eine mittels eines Schlittens relativ zu einem Blockrücken verfahrbare Klebstoffauftragswalze aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bewegliche Spannmittel (5, 6) zum Schrägrichten des Blockrückens (2, 2a) vorgesehen sind und dass der Schlitten (14) auf einer linearen Schlittenführung (15) angeordnet ist, die zumindest nahezu parallel zur schrägen Ausrichtung des Blockrückens (2, 2a) geneigt ist.
- Beleimstation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmmittel (4, 7) den Blattblock (1, 1a) derart fixieren, dass ein mit dem zu beleimenden Blockrücken (2, 2a) versehener Blockabschnitt (3, 3a) um eine definierte Länge von vorzugsweise wenigstens 50mm frei fächerbar aus den Klemmmitteln (4, 7) herausragt.
- Beleimstation nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmittel (5, 6) auf gegenüberliegenden Aussenseiten des herausragenden Blockabschnittes (3, 3a) des Blattblockes (1, 1a) mit Hilfe von Fixierbacken (5) angreifen, die die jeweilige Aussenseite des Blattblockes (1, 1a) druckbelasten.
- Beleimstation nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmittel mit Linearstellgliedern (6) versehen sind, die in ihrem vorderen Stirnbereich jeweils mit den zugeordneten Fixierbacken (5) verbunden sind.
- Beleimstation nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Linearstellglied (6) relativ zu einer Aussenseite des Blattblockes (1, 1a) in Richtung des Blockrückens (2) in einem spitzen Winkel ausgerichtet ist.
- Beleimstation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmittel (5, 6) derart beweglich sind, dass der Blockrücken (2, 2a) in zwei gegensinnig zueinander geneigte Schrägrichtungspositionen umsetzbar ist.
- Beleimstation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlittenführung (15) auf einer Wippe (16) derart kippbeweglich gehalten ist, dass die Schlittenführung (15) an die unterschiedlichen Schrägrichtungspositionen des Blockrückens (2, 2a) angleichbar ist.
- Beleimstation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens einen Klebstoffauftragswalze (11) ein Walzenantrieb (13) zugeordnet ist, mittels dessen die Klebstoffauftragswalze (11) in unterschiedlichen Drehrichtungen antreibbar ist.
- Beleimstation nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Schlittenführung (15) tragende Wippe (16) auf einem horizontal verfahrbaren Ausgleichstisch (18) angeordnet ist.
- Beleimstation nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Ausgleichstisch (18) eine Nachstelleinrichtung (26, 27) zugeordnet ist, die den horizontalen Verfahrweg des Ausgleichstisches (18) auf Differenzen in der Dicke unterschiedlicher Blattblöcke (1, 1a) abstimmt.
- Beleimstation nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nachstelleinrichtung beidseitig des Blattblockes jeweils einen fest mit dem Ausgleichstisch (18) verbundenen Stützanschlag (27) aufweist, der auf Höhe des Blattblockes (1, 1a) positioniert ist und an dem Blattblock (1, 1a) oder an einem an dem Blattblock (1, 1a) anliegenden Bauteil (7) zur Anlage bringbar ist.
