Claims (6)
- Rostwanne als Teil eines Rostelementes (3) für einen Rost, der für eine Anlage zur thermischen Behandlung von Abfall vorgesehen ist und mehrere hintereinander angeordnete Rostelemente (3, 3') aufweist, wobei jedes Rostelement (3) mehrere ortsfeste und mehrere bewegliche, abwechselnd einander folgend angeordnete Rostblockreihen (4, 5) umfasst, welche jeweils aus mehreren nebeneinander an einem Blockhalteelement (7, 7') eingehängten und miteinander fest verbundenen Rostblöcken (6) gebildet sind, wobei die Rostwanne (30) ein Tragelement für die Blockhalteelemente (7) der ortsfesten Rostblockreihen (4) und eine Abstützung für einen die Blockhalteelemente (7') der beweglichen Rostblockreihen (5) tragenden, beweglichen Rostwagen (10) bildet und zwei sich in Längsrichtung des Rostes erstreckende Seitenwände (31) sowie eine vordere und eine hintere Frontwand (33, 34) aufweist, wobei die Frontwände (33, 34) rechtwinklig zu den Seitenwänden (31) angeordnet und mit diesen verschweisst sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (31) und die Frontwände (33, 34) an ihrem Zusammenstoss ineinandergreifende Vorsprünge (31V, 33V, 34V) und Ausnehmungen (31A, 33A, 34A) aufweisen.
- Rostwanne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (31V, 33V, 34V) und Ausnehmungen (31A, 33A, 34A) in der Wandkante jeder Wand (31, 33, 34) angefertigt sind, wobei jeweils Vorsprünge einer Wand (31 bzw. 33 bzw. 34) seitlich in die Ausnehmungen der anderen, rechtwinklig angeordneten Wand hineinragen und jeweils mit einer Seitenfläche (SV) an einer Grundfläche (GA) der entsprechenden Ausnehmung zur Anlage kommen.
- Rostwanne nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (31V, 33V, 34V) einer Wand quer zum Wandkantenverlauf angeordnete Flächen (OV, UV) aufweisen, mit denen sie an entsprechenden Flächen (OA, UA) der Ausnehmungen (31A, 33A, 34A) der anderen Wand zur Anlage kommen.
- Rostwanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (31) mit gleichmässig über ihre Länge verteilten, nutenförmigen Ausnehmungen (38) versehen sind, die für eine direkte Aufnahme von zu den Frontwänden (33, 34) parallelen Blockhalteelementen (7) für die ortsfesten Rostblockreihen (4) vorgesehen sind.
- Rostelement umfassend eine Rostwanne (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4.
- Rost aufgebaut aus Rostelementen nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Frontwände (33, 34) von Rostwannen (30) benachbarter Rostelemente (3, 3') miteinander fest verbunden sind.
