Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif d'épandage de matériau d'épandage, comprenant un distributeur de matériau d'épandage (7), un réservoir à matériau d'épandage (1) comportant une ouverture de répartition de matériau d'épandage (3), et un convoyeur de matériau d'épandage (4) sous forme d'un ruban convoyeur sur lequel un tapis de matériau d'épandage (11) déversé du réservoir à matériau d'épandage (1) à travers l'ouverture de répartition de matériau d'épandage (3) est acheminé au distributeur de matériau d'épandage (7), un broyeur de tapis de matériau d'épandage (5) comprenant un rouleau de broyage étant prévu à l'extérieur du réservoir à matériau d'épandage (1) et avant la fin de convoi du ruban convoyeur (4), caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de broyage (5) possède des barres de broyage (6) disposées dans sa surface d'enveloppe qui s'enfouissent dans le tapis de matériau d'épandage et rompent ce dernier quand le rouleau de broyage tourne.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, le broyeur de tapis de matériau d'épandage (5) étant agencé à la fin de convoi du ruban convoyeur (4).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, les barres de broyage (6) étant disposées en hélice dans la surface d'enveloppe.
  4. Dispositif selon une des revendications de 1 à 3, le rouleau de broyage (5) tournant sur des roues porteuses (10) qui appuient sur le ruban convoyeur (4) ou sur un rouleau de renvoi (12) du ruban convoyeur (4) à côté du tapis de matériau d'épandage (11).
  5. Dispositif selon une des revendications de 1 à 4, le rouleau de broyage (5) étant actionné de manière forcée par le ruban convoyeur (4) ou par un rouleau de renvoi (12) du ruban convoyeur (4).
  6. Dispositif selon une des revendications de 1 à 5, caractérisé par un racleur (16) agencé dans la direction de transport du ruban convoyeur (4) derrière le broyeur de tapis de matériau d'épandage (5) et destiné à expulser du ruban convoyeur (4), par mouvement de raclage, le tapis de matériau d'épandage (11) broyé.
  7. Véhicule de service d'hiver comprenant un dispositif selon une des revendications de 1 à 6.
