Claims (12)
- Anordnung zum zentrierten Aufbringen eines Etiketts auf einen Datenträger,
wobei sich die Anordnung (11; 12) in eine Etikettschicht sowie in eine Trägerschicht gliedert, wobei die auf der Trägerschicht lösbar angeordnete Etikettschicht auf der Unterseite mit einer selbstklebenden Haftschicht versehen
ist und eine die Kontur des Etiketts (110; 120) festlegende Umfangsstanzung (15; 23) aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch eine Etikettschicht mitwenigstens zwei Etikettschicht-Vereinzelungsstanzungen (16, 17; 24, 25), die jeweils von einem Rand (13) der Etikettschicht zu der Umfangsstanzung (15; 23) verlaufen,wenigstens einer Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzung (18, 19; 26, 27), die von einem Rand (13) der Etikettschicht wenigstens teilweise in Richtung zu der Umfangsstanzung (15; 23) hin verläuft,wenigstens zwei Trägerschicht-Vereinzelungsstanzungen (16, 17; 24, 25), die jeweils parallel zu je einer Etikettschicht-Vereinzelungsstanzung (16, 17; 24, 25) verlaufen,wenigstens eine Trägerschicht-Ausrichtestanzung (18, 19; 26, 27), die zumindest im Bereich eines Rands (13) der Trägerschicht parallel zu der Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzung (18, 19; 26, 27) verläuft,wenigstens eine Segmentierstanzung (21; 29), die sich zwischen den Trägerschicht-Vereinzelungsstanzungen (16, 17; 24, 25) ersteckt. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzung (18, 19; 26, 27) bzw. die Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzungen (18, 19; 26, 27) jeweils zwischen einem Rand (13) der Etikettschicht und der Umfangsstanzung (15; 23) erstreckt bzw. erstrecken. - Anordnung zum zentrierten Aufbringen eines Etiketts auf einen Datenträger nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Etikettschicht eine Etikettschicht-Abtrennstanzung (22; 30) aufweist, die von einem Rand (13) der Etikettschicht zum gegenüberliegenden Rand (13) verläuft, und die Trägerschicht eine Trägerschicht-Abtrennstanzung (22; 30) aufweist, die parallel zu der Etikettschicht-Abtrennstanzung (22; 30) verläuft. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
sich die Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzung (18, 19; 26, 27) bzw. die Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzungen (18, 19; 26, 27) jeweils zwischen einem Rand (13) der Etikettschicht-Abtrennstanzung (22; 29) und der Umfangsstanzung (15; 23) erstreckt bzw. erstrecken. - Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwei Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzungen (18, 19; 26, 27) und zwei zu diesen parallel verlaufende Trägerschicht-Ausrichtestanzungen (18, 19; 26, 27) vorgesehen sind. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Etikettschicht-Vereinzelungsstanzungen (16, 17; 24, 25) sowie die jeweils parallel verlaufenden Trägerschicht-Vereinzelungsstanzungen (16, 17; 24, 25) von jeweils gegenüberliegenden, den Rand (13) der Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzungen (18, 19; 26, 27) einschließenden Rändern (13) der Etikettschicht zu der Umfangsstanzung (15; 23) verlaufen. - Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine die mittige Aussparung des Etiketts (110; 120; 310; 530) festlegende Aussparungsstanzung (20; 28; 33; 54) auf der Etikettschicht vorgesehen ist. - Selbstklebendes Bedruckpapier, das sich in eine Etikettschicht, die auf ihrer Unterseite mit einer selbstklebenden Haftschicht versehen ist, sowie in eine Trägerschicht gliedert, auf der die Etikettschicht lösbar angeordnet ist, wobei Bereiche vorgesehen sind, die Anordnungen (11; 12; 31; 53) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweisen.
- Verfahren zum zentrierten Aufbringen eines Etiketts auf einen in ein Datenträgerbehältnis eingelegten Datenträger mit einer Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
wobei das Datenträgerbehältnis (1) eine Aufnahmeaussparung (2) zur Aufnahme eines Datenträgers, wenigstens eine Positionierkante (8; 9) und eine Anlegekante (10) aufweist,
wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:a) Einlegen eines Datenträgers in die Aufnahmeaussparung (2),b) Auftrennen der Etikettschicht-Vereinzelungsstanzungen (16, 17; 24, 25) und der Trägerschicht-Vereinzelungsstanzungen (16, 17; 24, 25),c) Auftrennen der Segmentierstanzung (21; 29) und des zwischen den Etikettschicht-Vereinzelungsstanzungen (16, 17; 24, 25) angeordneten Teils der Umfangsstanzung (15; 23) und Abziehen des zwischen der Segmentierstanzung (21; 29) und der Umfangsstanzung (15; 23) angeordneten Bereichs der Trägerschicht,d) Auftrennen einer Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzung (18; 27) sowie der parallelen Trägerschicht-Ausrichtestanzung (18; 27),e) Ausrichten der in Schritt d) aufgetrennten Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzung (18; 27) an einer Positionierkante (8) des Datenträgerbehältnisses (1), wobei der an die Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzung (18; 27) angrenzende gerade Rand an eine Anlegekante (10) des Datenträgerbehältnisses (1) angelegt wird und wobei die Unterseite der Etikettschicht in Richtung der Oberseite des Datenträgers gerichtet ist,f) Aufkleben der Unterseite der zwischen der Segmentierstanzung (21; 29) und der Umfangsstanzung (15; 23) angeordneten, keine Trägerschicht aufweisenden Teils der Etikettschicht auf die Oberseite des Datenträgers,g) Auftrennen des verbleibenden Teils der Umfangsstanzung (15; 23) und Abziehen des verbleibenden, zwischen der Segmentierstanzung (21; 29) und der Umfangsstanzung (15; 23) angeordneten Bereichs der Trägerschicht,h) Aufkleben der Unterseite des zwischen der Segmentierstanzung (21; 29) und der Umfangsstanzung (15; 23) angeordneten, noch nicht auf die Oberseite des Datenträgers aufgeklebten Bereichs der Etikettschicht auf die Oberseite des Datenträgers. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
falls zwei Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzungen (18, 19) sowie zwei parallel verlaufende Trägerschicht-Ausrichtestanzungen (18, 19) vorgesehen sind, anstelle der Schritte d) und e) die folgenden Schritte durchgeführt werden:d') Auftrennen der zwei Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzungen (18, 19) sowie der zwei Trägerschicht-Ausrichtestanzungen (18, 19),e') Ausrichten der ersten Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzung (18; 27) an der ersten Positionierkante (8) und der zweiten Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzung (19; 26) an der zweiten Positionierkante (9) des Datenträgerbehältnisses (1), wobei der von den beiden Etikettschicht-Ausrichtestanzungen (18, 19; 26, 27) eingeschlossene gerade Rand an eine Anlegekante (10) des Datenträgerbehältnisses (1) angelegt wird und wobei die Unterseite der Etikettschicht in Richtung der Oberseite des Datenträgers gerichtet ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß falls eine Etikettschicht-Abtrennstanzung (22; 30) sowie eine Trägerschicht-Abtrennstanzung (22; 30) vorgesehen ist,
nach Schritt a) der folgende Schritt durchgeführt wird:a') Auftrennen der Etikettschicht-Abtrennstanzung (22; 30) sowie der Trägerschicht-Abtrennstanzung (22; 30). - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
falls eine Aussparungsstanzung (20, 28; 33; 54) auf der Etikettschicht vorgesehen ist, zusätzlich der folgende Schritt durchgeführt wird:Auftrennen der Aussparungsstanzung (20, 28; 33; 54) und Entfernen des innerhalb der Aussparungsstanzung (20, 28; 33; 54) liegenden Bereichs der Etikettschicht.
