Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schwenkmechanik für ein Sofa mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
  • Aus der DE 195 34 837 A1 ist ein in Draufsicht in etwa L-förmiges Sofa mit einem feststehenden Sofateil und einem bewegbaren Sofateil bekannt. Das bewegbare Sofateil ist aus einer das feststehende Sofateil verlängernden Position in eine das feststehende Sofateil zu einer in Draufsicht in etwa quadratischen oder auch viertelkreisförmigen Liegefläche ergänzenden Position und zurück verschwenkbar. Zum schwenkbaren Verbinden ist ein Fuß des bewegbaren Sofateils schwenkbar mit einem Fuß des feststehenden Sofateils verbunden, wobei die beiden Füße an einer gemeinsamen Ecke der beiden Sofateile angeordnet sind. Die beiden Füße bilden ein Schwenkgelenk des bekannten Sofas. Beim Schwenken des bewegbaren Sofateils des bekannten Sofas streifen dessen Füße über einen Boden und verursachen mit der Zeit Schleifspuren.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schwenkmechanik für ein Sofa vorzuschlagen, die Schleifspuren auf dem Boden vermeidet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Schwenkmechanik weist ein Schwenkgelenk zum schwenkbaren Verbinden eines bewegbaren Sofateils mit einem feststehenden Sofateil auf. Des weiteren weist die erfindungsgemäße Schwenkmechanik eine Schiebeführung für das bewegbare Sofateil auf, mit der das bewegbare Sofateil in einen Abstand vom feststehenden Sofateil verschiebbar geführt ist. Der Abstand zwischen dem bewegbaren Sofateil und dem feststehenden Sofateil ermöglicht ein Schwenken des bewegbaren Sofateils um beispielsweise eine Ecke des feststehenden Sofateils herum. Zusätzlich ist die Schiebeführung der erfindungsgemäßen Schwenkmechanik so ausgebildet und angeordnet, dass sie das bewegbare Sofateil anhebt, wenn das bewegbare Sofateil in Abstand vom feststehenden Sofateil verschoben wird. Das bewegbare Sofateil wird dadurch in Schwebe gehalten, so dass es beim Verschwenken nicht auf einem Boden schleift. Dadurch werden Schleifspuren auf dem Boden vermieden. Außerdem kann das Verschwenken mit geringer Kraft erfolgen, da beim Verschwenken aufgrund des angehobenen bewegbaren Sofateils keine Reibungskraft zwischen dem Boden und dem bewegbaren Sofateil wirkt. Dabei bezieht sich das Anheben auf eine vorgesehene Gebrauchslage der Schwenkmechanik.
  • Eine Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht eine Schwenkwinkelbegrenzung vor, die einen Schwenkwinkel so begrenzt, dass das bewegbare Sofateil in die beiden vorgesehenen Positionen verschwenkbar ist.
  • Zum Anheben des bewegbaren Sofateils beim Verschieben in einen Abstand vom feststehenden Sofateil sieht eine Ausgestaltung der Erfindung eine Bogenführung als Schiebeführung vor. Die Bogenführung verläuft in einer vorgesehenen Gebrauchslage der Schwenkmechanik beispielsweise zunächst in etwa horizontal und mit zunehmendem Abstand vom feststehenden Sofateil gebogen nach oben.
  • Eine andere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht eine Stufenführung vor, die das bewegbare Sofateil beim Verschieben in einen Abstand vom feststehenden Sofateil in einer oder mehreren Stufen anhebt und vom Boden abhebt. Die Schiebeführung kann an den Stufen oder auch insgesamt schräg nach oben verlaufen und kann deswegen auch als Schrägführung bezeichnet werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Figuren 1, 3 und 6
    ein erfindungsgemäßes Sofa in Ansicht von vorn in verschiedenen Positionen;
    Figuren 2, 4 und 5
    das Sofa aus Figuren 1, 3 und 6 in Draufsicht und unterschiedlichen Positionen; und
    Figur 7
    eine abgewandelte Ausführungsform der Erfindung in einer Figur 3 entsprechenden Ansicht von vorn.
  • Zur klaren Darstellung der Erfindung zeigen die Figuren Sitzgestelle des Sofas ohne Polsterung und ohne Rückenlehne oder Armstützen.
  • Das in der Zeichnung dargestellte, insgesamt mit 10 bezeichnete, erfindungsgemäße Sofa weist ein feststehendes Sofateil 12 und ein bewegbares Sofateil 14 auf. Die beiden Sofateile 12, 14 sind mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Schwenkmechanik 16 verbunden, die an Unterseiten der beiden Sofateile 12, 14 angeordnet ist. Die Schwenkmechanik 16 weist ein Schwenkgelenk 18 auf, das an einer Unterseite des feststehenden Sofateils 12 angebracht ist. Eine Schwenkachse 20 des Schwenkgelenks 18 verläuft vertikal und weist einen gleichen Abstand von einem vorderen Rand 22 wie von einem Seitenrand 24 des feststehenden Sofateils 12 auf. Des weiteren weist die Schwenkmechanik 16 eine Schiebeführung 26 auf, die in dem in Figuren 1 bis 6 dargestellten und beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung zwei Rundstangen 28 und vier Rollenblöcke 30 umfasst. Die Rundstangen 28 sind starr mit dem Schwenkgelenk 18 verbunden, sie stehen in einer Richtung zur Seite vom Schwenkgelenk 18 ab. Die Rundstangen 28 sind gebogen, sie verlaufen im Bereich des Schwenkgelenks 18 horizontal und mit zunehmendem Abstand vom Schwenkgelenk 18 bogenförmig nach oben. Wegen des gebogenen Verlaufs der Rundstangen 28 bildet die Schiebeführung 26 eine Bogenführung.
  • Die Rollenblöcke 30 weisen jeweils zwei Rollen auf, deren Umfang konkav beispielsweise als V-Nut ausgebildet ist. Die beiden Rollen eines Rollenblocks 30 umgreifen eine Rundstange 28 an gegenüberliegenden Stellen und führen den jeweiligen Rollenblock 30 in Längsrichtung der Rundstange 28 verschiebbar. Die Rundstangen 28 bilden somit Schienen für die Rollenblöcke 30. Die Rollenblöcke 30 sind an einer Unterseite des bewegbaren Sofateils 14 angebracht. Die vier Rollenblöcke 30 sind an Ecken eines gedachten Rechtecks angeordnet, es sind jeweils zwei Rollenblöcke 30 auf einer Rundstange 28 verschiebbar geführt. Auf diese Weise ist das bewegbare Sofateil 14 in Längsrichtung der Rundstangen 28 verschiebbar. Endanschläge 32 an dem Schwenkgelenk 18 fernen Enden der Rundstangen 18 begrenzen einen Verschiebeweg der Rollenblöcke 30 und verhindern, dass das bewegbare Sofateil 14 unbeabsichtigt von den Rundstangen 28 herunterverschoben werden kann.
  • Die Funktion der erfindungsgemäßen Schwenkmechanik 16 ist folgende: In der in Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellten Position befindet sich das bewegbare Sofateil 14 in Verlängerung des feststehenden Sofateils 12 an dessen Seitenrand 24. Um das bewegbare Sofateil 14 gegenüber dem feststehenden Sofateil 12 zu verschwenken wird das bewegbare Sofateil 14 in Längsrichtung der Schiebeführung 26 vom feststehenden Sofateil 12 weg verschoben. Bei dieser Verschiebung wird aufgrund des nach oben gebogenen Verlaufs der Rundstangen 28 der Schiebeführung 26 das bewegbare Sofateil 14 angehoben. Diese Position ist in Figur 3 dargestellt. Wie in Figur 3 zu sehen befindet sich das bewegbare Sofateil 14 in seiner vom feststehenden Sofateil 12 weg verschobenen Position in der Luft, Füße 34 des bewegbaren Sofateils 14 stehen nicht auf einem Boden 36 auf, der in Figur 3 mit einer Strichpunkt-Linie angedeutet ist.
  • In der vom feststehenden Sofateil 12 beabstandeten Position lässt sich das angehobene, bewegbare Sofateil 14 mittels des Schwenkgelenks 18 frei schwenken. Das bewegbare Sofateil 14 wird über die in Figur 4 dargestellte Position hinweg bis vor den vorderen Rand 22 des feststehenden Sofateils 12 verschwenkt und anschließend wieder an das feststehende Sofateil 12 heranverschoben. Beim Verschieben an das feststehende Sofateil 12 heran senkt sich das bewegbare Sofateil 14 aufgrund des gebogenen Verlaufs der Rundstangen 28 wieder ab, so dass es mit seinen Füssen 34 auf einem Boden aufsteht. In dieser, in Figuren 5 und 6 dargestellten Position ergänzt das bewegbare Sofateil 14 das feststehende Sofateil 12 zu einem in Draufsicht L-förmigen Winkelsofa. Ein Zurückverschwenken in die Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellte Position erfolgt in umgekehrter Weise. Der Schwenkwinkel der Schwenkmechanik 26 und damit des bewegbaren Sofateils 14 beträgt im dargestellten und beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung 90 Grad. Der Schwenkwinkel kann bei anderen Sofakonstruktionen anders gewählt sein. Das Schwenkgelenk 18 der Schwenkmechanik 16 weist eine in der Zeichnung nicht sichtbare Schwenkwinkelbegrenzung auf, die den Schwenkwinkel auf den genannten Wert begrenzt.
  • Das in Figur 7 dargestellte, erfindungsgemäße Sofa 10 weist ebenso wie das in Figuren 1 bis 6 dargestellte und vorstehend beschriebene Sofa 10 eine Schwenkmechanik 16 mit einem Schwenkgelenk 18 auf, das ein bewegbares Sofateil 14 mit einem feststehenden Sofateil 12 verbindet. Auch weist die Schwenkmechanik 16 eine Schiebeführung 26 auf, die allerdings in Figur 7 nicht als Bogenführung, sondern als Stufen- und/oder Schrägführung ausgebildet ist. Die Schiebeführung 26 des in Figur 7 dargestellten Sofas 10 weist zwei Stufen 38 auf, an denen die Schiebeführung 26 vom feststehenden Sofateil 12 weg schräg in einem spitzen Winkel zu einer gedachten Horizontalen nach oben führt.
  • Zwischen den und außerhalb der Stufen 38 verläuft die Schiebeführung 26 horizontal bzw. parallel zum Boden 36.
  • Führungsstangen 40 der Schiebeführung 16 sind bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel als L- oder T-Profile ausgebildet, die Rollen der Rollenblöcke 30 sind zylindrisch. Mit Ausnahme der genannten Unterschiede ist das Sofa 10 aus Figur 7 gleich wie dasjenige aus Figuren 1 bis 6 ausgebildet und es wird zur Vermeidung von Wiederholungen insoweit hinsichtlich Figur 7 auf die entsprechenden Ausführungen zu Figuren 1 bis 6 verwiesen. Für gleiche Bauteile werden gleiche Bezugszahlen verwendet.
  • Die Funktion des in Figur 7 dargestellten Sofas 10 ist gleich wie diejenige des in Figuren 1 bis 6 dargestellten Sofas 10: Wird das bewegliche Sofateil 14 an der Schiebeführung 26 vom feststehenden Sofateil 12 weg verschoben, hebt die Schiebeführung 26 das bewegliche Sofateil 14 vom Boden 36 ab, so dass das bewegliche Sofateil 14 frei um die Ecke des feststehenden Sofateils 12 herum geschwenkt werden kann. Anschließend wird das bewegliche Sofateil 14 wieder an das feststehenden Sofateil 12 heran geschoben und senkt sich dabei auf den Boden 36 ab.

Claims (4)

  1. Schwenkmechanik für ein Sofa, wobei das Sofa ein feststehendes Sofateil und ein bewegbares Sofateil, das zwischen einer das feststehende Sofateil verlängernden und einer das feststehende Sofateil zu einem Winkelsofa ergänzenden Position hin- und her bewegbar ist, aufweist, wobei die Schwenkmechanik ein Schwenkgelenk zum schwenkbaren Verbinden der beiden Sofateile aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkmechanik (16) eine Schiebeführung (26) für das bewegbare Sofateil (14) aufweist, mit der das bewegbare Sofateil (14) in einen Abstand vom feststehenden Sofateil (12) verschiebbar geführt ist, und dass die Schiebeführung (26) as bewegbarer Sofateil (14) anhebt, wenn das bewegbare Sofateil (14) in Abstand vom feststehenden Sofateil (12) verschoben wird.
  2. Schwenkmechanik nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkmechanik (16) eine Schwenkwinkelbegrenzung aufweist.
  3. Schwenkmechanik nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiebeführung (16) eine Bogenführung aufweist.
  4. Schwenkmechanik nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiebeführung (16) eine Stufenführung aufweist.
