Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de connexion résistant pour câbles de données, en particulier pour les câbles RJ-45, à monter sur un connecteur de câble, en particulier un connecteur RJ-45, auquel est raccordé un câble, comprenant :
    a) un boîtier (38) avec un filetage (42) sur l'une de ses faces ;
    b) un élément de serrage (18) radialement compressible qui coince le câble (14) ;
    c) un manchon (26) se rétrécissant et compressant radialement l'élément de serrage (18), et
    d) une douille (34) présentant un filetage (42) afin de former une liaison filetée (42) sur le boîtier (38), et
    caractérisé en ce que
    le boîtier (38) présente des moyens pour positionner le connecteur de câble (12) dans une position prédéfinie à l'intérieur du boîtier (38), et
    l'élément de serrage (18), radialement compressible, maintient le connecteur de câble (12) dans une position prédéfinie dans le boîtier (38), la douille (34) qui maintient le manchon (26) qui se rétrécit et le manchon (26), l'élément de serrage (18), le boîtier (38) et le connecteur de câble (12) étant serrés ensemble par blocage de cette liaison filetée.
  2. Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens de positionnement comportent une cloison transversale (40) du boîtier (38).
  3. Dispositif de connexion selon les revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le boîtier (38) est en métal coulé sous pression.
  4. Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le manchon (26) comporte un segment conique fendu (30) dépassant de la douille (34) pour la décharge en flexion du câble (14).
  5. Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le boîtier (38) a une rainure longitudinale (44) et l'élément de serrage (18) une contre-nervure longitudinale (46) correspondante pour empêcher le boîtier (38) et l'élément de serrage (18) de tourner en sens inverse.
  6. Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour former au moins une liaison électrique, on prévoit en outre un châssis (48) d'embase accueillant le dispositif de connexion.
  7. Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le boîtier (38) a une rainure longitudinale (51) et le châssis (48) d'embase une contre-nervure longitudinale correspondante pour garantir l'alignement du dispositif de connexion par rapport à l'embase lors de son introduction dans la douille.
  8. Dispositif de connexion selon les revendications 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé par
    un jack à déclic (56) complémentaire pour la liaison amovible du dispositif de connexion avec le châssis d'embase.
  9. Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un évidement (60) du boîtier (38) reçoit en outre un bras élastique (58) du connecteur de câble (12), ce bras élastique (58) étant pressé dans l'évidement (60).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'évidement (60) est sur une ouverture (41) de la cloison transversale du boîtier, cette ouverture (41) correspondant au profil de section du connecteur de câble (12).
  11. Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de serrage (18) présente sur sa longueur une fente longitudinale (24), et cet élément de serrage (18) peut être ouvert et clipsé sur le câble (14).
  12. Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    une fente longitudinale sur la longueur de la douille en traverse la gaine et le manchon (26) peut être ouvert et clipsé sur le câble (14).
