Claims (12)
- Strapazierfähige Steckeranordnung für Datenkabel, insbesondere RJ-45-Kabel, zur Montage auf einem Kabelstecker, insbesondere RJ-45-Stecker, mit daran angeschlossenem Kabel, umfassend:a) ein Gehäuse (38) mit Positionierungsmitteln zur Positionierung des Kabelsteckers (12) in einer vorgegebenen Position innerhalb des Gehäuses (38) und mit einem an einer seiner Flächen angeordneten Gewinde (42);b) ein radial zusammendrückbares Spannteil (18), das den Kabelstecker (12) in seiner vorgegebenen Position im Gehäuse (38) hält und das das Kabel (14) klemmt;c) eine sich verjüngende Tülle (26), welche das Spannteil (18) radial zusammenpresst; undd) eine ein Gewinde aufweisende Buchse (34) zur Halterung der sich verjüngenden Tülle (26) und zur Ausbildung einer Gewindeverbindung mit dem Gewinde (42) am Gehäuse (38), wobei durch Festziehen dieser Gewindeverbindung die Buchse (34), die Tülle (26), das Spannteil (18), das Gehäuse (38) und der Kabelstecker (12) miteinander verspannt werden.
- Steckeranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierungsmittel eine querverlaufende Trennwand (40) im Gehäuse (38) umfassen.
- Steckeranordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (38) aus Druckgussmetall gebildet ist.
- Steckeranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tülle (26) einen geschlitzten, konischen Abschnitt (30) umfasst, der durch die Buchse (34) vorsteht, um eine Biegeentlastung für das Kabel (14) zu bilden.
- Steckeranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (38) mit einer Längsnut (44) versehen ist und das Spannteil (18) mit einer entsprechenden Gegenlängsrippe (46) versehen ist, um ein gegenseitiges Verdrehen des Gehäuses und des Spannteils (18) zu verhindern.
- Steckeranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Ausbildung mindestens einer elektrischen Verbindung weiters eine Chassis-Steckerbuchse (48) für die entsprechende Aufnahme der Steckeranordnung vorgesehen ist.
- Steckeranordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (38) mit einer Längsnut (51) versehen ist und die Steckerbuchse (48) mit einer entsprechenden Gegenlängsrippe versehen ist, um die Ausrichtung der Steckeranordnung in Bezug auf die Steckerbuchse beim Einschieben der Steckeranordnung in die Buchse zu gewährleisten.
- Steckeranordnung nach Anspruch 6 oder Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich eine Schnappklinke (56) zur lösbaren Verbindung der Steckeranordnung mit der Chassis-Steckerbuchse vorgesehen ist.
- Steckeranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass weiters eine Ausnehmung (60) im Gehäuse (38) zur Aufnahme eines federnden Arms (58) des Kabelsteckers (12) vorgesehen ist, wobei der federnde Arm (58) in gedrückter Stellung in der Ausnehmung (60) gehalten ist.
- Steckeranordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (60) an einer Öffnung (41) in der querverlaufenden Trennwand im Gehäuse vorgesehen ist, wobei die Öffnung (14) dem Querschnittsprofil des Kabelsteckers (12) entspricht.
- Steckeranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannteil (18) einen über die Länge des Spannteils durchgehenden Längsschlitz (24) aufweist, wobei das Spannteil auseinandergezogen und auf das Kabel (14) aufgeklipst werden kann.
- Steckeranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein den Mantel der Tülle durchsetzender, über die Länge der Tülle durchgehender Längsschlitz vorgesehen ist, wobei die Tülle (26) auseinandergezogen und auf das Kabel (14) aufgeklipst werden kann.
