Claims (5)
- Ölauffangvorrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einem unterhalb eines Kurbelgehäuses angeordneten Ölauffanggehäuse, das mindestens zwei Ölsammelräume aufweist, wobei in einem ersten Ölsammelraum eine Ölpumpe mit zwei Pumpenstufen angeordnet ist, an deren beiden Absaugstufen jeweils eine Ölabsaugleitung angeschlossen ist, wobei die erste Ölabsaugleitung in den ersten Ölsammelraum eingreift, um das Schmieröl über die Druckseite der ersten Pumpenstufe zu den Verbrauchern zu fördern und dass die zweite mit der zweiten Absaugstufe verbundene Ölabsaugleitung zu einem zweiten Ölsammelraum führt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (10a) der Ölpumpe (10) auf seiner Oberseite eine mit der Druckseite (46) der zweiten Pumpenstufe (26) verbundene Öffnung (48) aufweist, über die das aus dem zweiten Ölsammelraum (20) abgesaugte Öl in den ersten Ölsammelraum (12) überführt wird, wobei die Öffnung (48) von einer wannenartigen Umrandung (50) umschlossen ist.
- Ölauffangvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Gehäuse (10a) der Ölpumpe (10) ein der Druckseite (36) der ersten Pumpenstufe (18) nachgeschaltetes Druckbegrenzungsventil (54) vorgesehen ist, dessen Ventilkörper (56) eine Öffnung (52) überwacht, die ebenfalls innerhalb der wannenförmigen Umrandung (50) einmündet.
- Ölpumpe für eine Brennkraftmaschine zur Absaugung des in einer Ölauffangvorrichtung befindlichen Schmieröls, mit einem Ölpumpengehäuse, in dem mindestens zwei Paare von Zahnrädern oder zwei Paare von Rotoren angeordnet sind, durch deren Rotation mindestens zwei Pumpenstufen mit jeweils einer Saugseite und einer Druckseite ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine einen druckseitigen Ausgang bildende Öffnung (48) in eine aus dem Ölpumpengehäuse (10a) herausgebildete wannenartige Umrandung (50) einmündet.
- Ölpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Gehäuse (10a) der Ölpumpe (10) ein der Druckseite (36) der ersten Pumpenstufe (18) nachgeschaltetes Druckbegrenzungsventil (54) vorgesehen ist, dessen Ventilkörper (56) eine Öffnung (52) überwacht, die ebenfalls innerhalb der wannenförmigen Umrandung (50) einmündet.
- Ölpumpe nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ölpumpe (10) zwei Zahnradpaare (30, 32 bzw. 40, 42) aufweist.
