Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de verrouillage et de déverrouillage du compartiment à bagages d'un véhicule à moteur comprenant :
    - une structure (1) munie d'un évidement de logement (2) de type boîte qui est muni à son tour, sur une partie d'extrémité de côté de celui-ci, d'un premier trou (6)
    - un élément (7) en forme de boîte logé dans ledit évidement (2) et logeant lui même la poignée (14) pour ouvrir ledit compartiment à bagages,
    - une unité de verrouillage (15) adaptée pour être disposée dans ladite structure (1) à côté dudit évidement de type boîte (2), ladite unité de verrouillage (15) étant munie d'un bras (20) oscillant s'étendant en direction dudit évidement (2) de type boîte et muni, au niveau de sa partie d'extrémité libre, d'un troisième trou traversant (21) capable d'être agencé de manière coaxiale avec ledit premier trou (6),
    - un moyen de fixation (22) pour interconnecter ladite unité de verrouillage (15) à ladite structure (1),

    caractérisé en ce que ledit élément en forme de boîte (7) est muni d'un second trou (13) capable d'être agencé de manière coaxiale avec lesdits premier et troisième trous (6, 21), ledit moyen de fixation (22) passant à travers ledit premier et ledit troisième trou et engageant des moyens de rétention correspondants disposés dans ledit second trou (13).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit évidement (2) de logement de type boîte est muni, sur la paroi (4) orientée vers l'intérieur dans ledit compartiment à bagages et à proximité d'une partie d'extrémité de côté de celui-ci, d'une protubérance (5) dans laquelle est disposé ledit premier trou (6) et sur laquelle repose ledit bras oscillant (20) de ladite unité de verrouillage (15).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier trou (6) est un trou traversant non fileté.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément (7) en forme de boîte a une section de coupe avec un contour externe sensiblement en forme de U renversé et un contour interne de forme approximativement trapézoïdale de sorte à définir une paroi latérale (10) ayant une plus grande épaisseur que la paroi latérale opposée (11).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit second trou (13) est prévu en correspondance de ladite paroi latérale (10) de grande épaisseur.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite unité de verrouillage (15) est constituée par un bloc (16) de forme essentiellement cylindrique adapté pour être disposé en correspondance d'une ouverture (17) formé dans ladite structure (1).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture (17) comprend des parois de retenue circulaires (18) s'étendant vers l'intérieur dans le compartiment à bagages.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de fixation est constitué par une vis (22)
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de rétention sont constitués par un filetage réalisé dans ledit second trou (13).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes ou des combinaisons de celles-ci, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément (7) en forme de boîte est réalisé avec au moins une paire de dents (23, 24) s'étendant vers l'extérieur dudit élément (7) en forme de boîte et interagissant par butée, avec des réceptacles courbés correspondants (25, 26) réalisés à l'intérieur dudit évidement (2) de type boîte.
