Claims (16)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Ausschneiden einer Reihe von Deckeln aus einem Deckelstreifen und zu deren Befestigung auf einer quer angeordneten Reihe gefüllter Behälter, die in einer Behälterfüllanlage schrittweise vorgeschoben werden, mit:
    - Mitteln zum schrittweisen Vorschieben eines Deckelstreifens (5) oberhalb der Vorschubbahn der Reihen (R2) aus Behältern (2),
    - Mitteln (25, 26) zum Ausschneiden einer Reihe von Deckeln (4) aus dem Deckelstreifen (5), wobei die Schneidemittel parallel zu der Reihe der zu verschließenden Behälter und oberhalb derselben angeordnet sind,
    - Mitteln (30) zum Transferieren einer Reihe von Deckeln von der Deckelschneidestation (22) zu einer Station (16) zur Ablage der Deckel auf den zu verschließenden Behältern (2) einer Reihe,
    - Mitteln zum wenigstens partiellen Befestigen der abgelegten Deckel auf den jeweiligen Rändern der Behälter, und
    - Mitteln zum Betätigen der Mittel zum schrittweisen Vorschieben des Deckelstreifens, der Deckelschneidemittel, der Transfermittel und der Befestigungsmittel im Gleichlauf mit den Mitteln zum Vorschieben der Reihen gefüllter Behälter,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittenabstand (E1) der Schneidemittel (25, 26) kleiner ist als der Mittenabstand (E2) der zu verschließenden Behälter (2), und dass die Transfermittel (30) mit Nockenbahnen (43) zusammenwirken, um ein Ändern ihres Mittenabstandes zwischen dem Wert E1 und dem Wert E2 zu ermöglichen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorschubbahn (G) des Deckelstreifens (5) bezüglich der Mittel (25, 26) zum Ausschneiden eines Deckelstreifens schräg ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorschubbahn des Deckelstreifens mit den Schneidemitteln (25, 26) einen Winkel von circa 60° bildet.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt (P1) zum Vorschieben des Deckelstreifens (5) im Wesentlichen dem Mittenabstand (E1) der Schneidemittel (25, 26) entspricht.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittenabstand (E1) der Nockenbahnen (43) in dem der Deckelschneidestation (22) gegenüberliegenden Bereich dem Mittenabstand (E1) der Schneidemittel (25, 26) entspricht, und ihr Mittenabstand (E2) in dem der Ablagestation (16) gegenüberliegenden Bereich dem Mittenabstand (E2) der zu verschließenden Behälter (2) entspricht.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (30) zum Transferieren einer Deckelreihe umfassen:
    - wenigstens eine Reihe paralleler Greifrohre (31a, 31b), die von einer Trommel (32) getragen sind, welche um eine Halteachse (33) herum drehbar montiert ist, die gegenüber der Deckelschneidestation (22) und oberhalb der Deckelablagestation (16) angeordnet ist, wobei die freien Enden (34a, 34b) der Rohre (31a, 31b) Deckel (4) durch Ansaugen zu halten vermögen,
    - Mittel zum schrittweisen Drehen der Trommel (32) zwischen einer Position zum Greifen der Deckel (4), in der die Rohre (31a) der Reihe zu den Schneidemitteln (22) zeigen, und einer Position zum Ablegen der Deckel (4), in der die Rohre (31b) nach unten weisen und ihre freien Enden (34b) sich in der Nähe der zu verschließenden Behälter (2) befinden, und

  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transfermittel (30) ferner Mittel umfassen zum Verlagern der Halteachse (33) zu den Schneidemitteln (22), wenn sich die Trommel (32) in der Position zum Greifen einer Deckelreihe befindet, und zum Verlagern nach unten, wenn sich die Trommel (32) in der Ablageposition befindet, um das Positionieren der Deckel (4) auf den Rändern der Behälter (2) zu ermöglichen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7,

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum wenigstens partiellen Befestigen der Deckel (4), die auf den jeweiligen Rändern (6) der zu verschließenden Behälter (2) einer Reihe abgelegt sind, einen Satz Arme (51) umfassen, die zur Vorschubrichtung der Reihen der zu verschließenden Behälter im Wesentlichen parallel sind und von einer über der Vorschubbahn der Behälterreihen (2) angeordneten Welle (52) gehalten sind, wobei die freien Enden (55) der mittleren Arme des Armsatzes zwischen den zu verschließenden Behältern und den freien Enden der äußeren Arme außerhalb der zu verschließenden äußeren Behälter angeordnet sind, wobei sich die Welle (52) zwischen einer oberen Position, in der die Arme (51) den Durchgang der Transfermittel (30) beim Transfer einer Deckelreihe freigeben, und einer unteren Position zu drehen vermag, in der die Enden (55) der Arme (51) auf den Seitenrändern der Deckel (4) aufliegen, die auf den Rändern (6) der zu verschließenden Behälter (2) abgelegt sind, wobei die Enden der Arme (51) Mittel (54) zum punktweisen Befestigen der Deckel (4) auf den Rändern (6) der entsprechenden Behälter (2) im Zusammenwirken mit Gegenwerkzeugen (53) umfassen, die unter den Seitenrändern der zu verschließenden Behälter (2) angeordnet sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenwerkzeuge (53) feststehend sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einer Anlage (1) zum Thermoformen und Füllen von Behältern (2) aus einem thermoplastischen Streifen (3) zugeordnet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlage (1) zum Thermoformen und Füllen von Behältern Behälter (2) mit Hinterschnitt erzeugt.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälter (2) einen Körper (8) und einen Rand (6) aufweisen, der mit dem Körper (8) durch einen Hals verbunden ist, wobei der Rand (6) einen Durchmesser (D2) hat, der kleiner als der Durchmesser (D1) des Körpers (8) ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einer Anlage zum Thermoformen von Behältern aus vorgeschnittenen Formen und zum Füllen thermogeformter Behältern zugeordnet ist.
