Claims (7)
- Verschiebevorrichtung von Artikeln wie Plastiktöpfe oder ähnliches, ab einer ersten etwa geradlinigen Vorschubspur (23), auf der die Artikel miteinander ausgerichtet gemäss ihrer Verschieberichtung und mindestens jeweils zu zweit verbunden bis zu einer Vielzahl von Förderlinien verschoben werden, auf denen die Artikel einzeln verschoben werden, wobei die besagte Vorrichtung folgende Mittel umfasst:Gruppierungsmittel (26) der mindestens zu zweit verbundenen Artikel;Ergreifungsmittel (27) der so gruppierten Artikel;Antriebsmittel der besagten Ergreifungsmittel in einem geschlossenen Kreis (28) mit:einem Erfassungsposten (29) der von den Ergreifungsmitteln mindestens zu zweit verbundenen Artikel, der an der ersten Vorschubspur (23) angeordnet ist;einem Loslassposten (30) der von den Ergreifungsmitteln mindestens zu zweit verbundenen Artikel, der an einer zweiten Vorschubspur (24) angeordnet ist, die mit der ersten Vorschubspur einen rechten Winkel bildet;
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel der Ergreifungsmittel (27) ein Karussell (31) mit mehreren Satelliten (32) umfassen, wobei ein Ergreifungsmittel (27) von Artikellosen an jedem Satelliten (32) abnehmbar befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Karussell (31) eine Hauptantriebswelle umfasst, wobei diese Hauptantriebswelle über Zwischenritzel (33) mit den Satelliten (32) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Ergreifungsmittel (27) die folgenden Elemente umfasst:einen Schlitten (34), dessen eines erstes Ende (35) eine Greiferzange für das Artikel-Los bildet;einen Hebel (40), dessen eines erstes Ende (39) mit dem zweiten Ende (38) des Schlittens (34) verbunden ist, wobei das zweite Ende (41) dieses Hebels (40) eine auf einem festen Nocken (43) rollende Rolle (42) umfasst, wobei dieser Hebel (40) gemäss einer radialen Richtung des Karussells (31) angeordnet ist und gemäss einer tangentialen, von einem Achsenträger (44) definierten Richtung ausschwenken kann,
- Verpackungsmaschine von Plastiktöpfen oder ähnlichem, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 umfasst.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Umlenkorgane (19a, 19b) der vereinzelten Artikel zu Gruppierungs- und Teilungsvorrichtungen (15, 17) von Artikeln hin umfasst.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie folgende Elemente umfasst:eine Zuführungslinie eines Zuschnitts aus Pappe oder ähnlichem Material (4);einen Einsatzposten einer ersten, aus den Gruppierungs- und Teilungsmitteln (15) kommenden Artikelgruppe auf einem Teil (6) des Zuschnitts (4);einen Einsatzposten (11) eines Zwischenbogens (10) über der ersten Artikelgruppe, der die untere Schicht (2) des Endprodukts (1) bildet;einen Einsatzposten (12) einer zweiten, aus den Gruppierungs- und Teilungsmittel (17) kommenden Artikelgruppe, die obere Schicht (3) des Endprodukts (1) bildet;Falt- und Verbindungsposten (13, 14) der Seitenklappen (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b) des Zuschnitts (4), um das Pack des Endprodukts (1) zu bilden.
