Claims (13)

1. Maschine zum Verpacken von im wesentlichen zylinderförmigen Gegenständen in Blättern, die jeweils längs einer geschlossenen, vorzugsweise kreisförmigen Kontur von einem Band (85) aus weichem Verpackungsmaterial herausgeschnitten sind, und zwar mit einem festen Verpackungskopf (25) und einem beweglichen Verpackungskopf (22), die die Form zweier Kronen mit gemeinsamer Achse aufweisen und zwischen denen ein Verpackungsblatt verklemmbar ist, wenn der bewegliche Kopf (22) gegen den festen Kopf (25) verfahren wird, wobei deren zentrale Öffnungen (26, 27) koaxial verlaufen und zumindest eine Buchse (29, 30) in der Verlängerung der zentralen Öffnung (26) des festen Verpackungskopfes (25) angeordnet und an derjenigen Seite des Letzteren angesetzt ist, die nicht dem beweglichen Verpackungskopf (22) zugewandt ist, wobei des weiteren ein beweglicher Stößel (80) es gestattet, einen zu verpackenden Gegenstand und das Blatt, auf dem er liegt, in das Innere der Buchse (29, 30) zu schieben, bis zu einer Druckplatte (52), die sich senkrecht zur Achse der Buchse (29, 30) erstreckt, wobei des weiteren eine Blendenvorrichtung (51) vorgesehen ist, die es durch teilweisen Verschluß der Buchse (29, 30) gestattet, das Verpackungsblatt auf eine der Seiten des auf der Druckplatte (52) ruhenden Gegenstandes umzuschlagen, wobei ein Verschlußorgan (52) in die Buchse (29, 30) einführbar und durch die Blende (51) hindurch gegen denjenigen Teil des Verpackungsblattes heranführbar ist, der um den auf der Druckplatte (52) ruhenden Gegenstand herumgeschlagen ist, nachdem der bewegliche Stößel (80) aus der Buchse (29, 30) zurückgefahren worden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschine außerdem folgende Teile aufweist : Einerseits zum Zusammendrücken des Bandes (85) aus weichem Verpackungsmaterial eine feste Platte (1), die eine zentrale Öffnung (2) mit einer Form aufweist, die der Blattkontur entspricht und deren Querschnitt etwas größer als die der zu schneidenden Blätter ist, sowie eine bewegliche Druckplatte (5), die parallel zur festen Platte (1) verläuft und an der ihr zugewandten Seite eine Nut (14) mit der Form der Blattkontur aufweist, wobei diese Nut der zentralen Öffnung (2) der festen Platte (1) zugewandt ist, wenn die Druckplatte (5) gegen Letztere verfahren wird, wobei die Druckplatte (5) innerhalb der Nut (14) gleichermaßen eine zentrale Öffnung (13) aufweist, die dem beweglichen Verpackungskopf (22) die Passage gestattet, und andererseits zum Abschneiden eines Blattes aus einem zwischen der festen Platte (1) und der Druckplatte (5) eingespannten Band (85) eine Baugruppe (31, 39), die längs der Blattkontur um den festen Verpackungskopf (25) bewegbar ist, wobei sie in das Innere der zentralen Bohrung (2) der festen Platte (1) eingreift, und ein Schnittwerkzeug (46), das von der beweglichen Baugruppe (31, 39) getragen wird und senkrecht zur festen Platte (1) und zur Druckplatte (5) verfahrbar ist, und zwar zwischen einer Schnittposition, bei der das Werkzeug (46) die zentrale Öffnung (2) der festen Platte (1) durchquert und in die Nut (14) der Druckplatte (5) hineinragt und einer Ruhestellung, bei der das Werkzeug (46) sich zumindest außerhalb der Nut (14) der Druckplatte (5) befindet.

Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (14) kreisförmig ist und daß die bewegliche Baugruppe einen Drehring (31) aufweist, der drehbar um die Buchse (29, 30) gelagert ist und einen sich radial erstreckenden Arm (39) aufweist, an dessen äußerem Ende das Schnittwerkzeug (46) montiert ist.

Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schnittwerkzeug (46) mit einem Gelenk (42) verbunden ist, das um eine radiale Achse (43) senkrecht zur Rotationsachse des Drehringes (31) drehbar am äußeren Ende des radialen Armes (39) montiert ist und daß eine um eine zweite radiale Achse (45) senkrecht zur Rotationsachse des Drehringes (31) drehbar am Gelenk (42) montierte Rolle (44) auf einem Ring (47) abläuft, mit Spiel den Drehring (31) umgreift und translatorisch längs der Rotationsachse des Drehringes (31) verstellbar ist, um die Position des Schnittwerkzeuges (46) zu steuern.

Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (47) an zumindest drei Stützstellen auf ebenso vielen Kugelkalotten (48) ruht, die ihrerseits von den Stangen von Hubvorrichtungen (49) zur Steuerung der axialen Translationsbewegungen des Ringes (47) getragen werden, der seinerseits elastisch gegenüber den Hubvorrichtungen (49) verspannt ist.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckplatte (5) an ihrer der festen Platte (1) zugewandten Seite und zwischen ihrer Nut (14) und ihrer zentralen Öffnung (13) mehrere Blasdüsen (16) aufweist, die zumindest in einen Ringkanal (17) münden, der mit einer Unterdruckquelle in Verbindung steht, um einen Teil des Bandes (85) aus weichem Verpackungsmaterial, der die zentrale Öffnung (2) der festen Platte (1) verschließt, gegen die Druckplatte (5) plattzudrücken, während der Ausschnitt eines Blattes erfolgt.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (85) aus nachgiebigem Material schrittweise mittels einer Vorschubeinrichtung gehalten und verfahren wird, und zwar zwischen der festen Platte (1) und der Druckplatte (5), wobei die Vorschubvorrichtung zumindest ein Paar Spannbacken (68) aufweist, die auf Führungen (70) entlang der festen Platte (1) verfahrbar sind mittels zumindest einer Gabel (63), die schwenkbar um eine Querachse (64) in Richtung des Bandvorschubes auf der festen Platte (1) gelagert und durch ein ZylinderKolben-Aggregat (66) zu betätigen ist.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einander zuge-' wandten Seiten der Verpackungsköpfe (22, 25) mit komplementären Radialverzahnungen (23, 28) versehen sind, um in dem von ihnen eingespannten Blatt eine Faltung einzuprägen, derart, daß der Gegenstand mit einem an seinem außeren Rand gefalteten Blatt verpackt wird, wobei die gemeinsame Achse der Verpackungsköpfe (22, 25) und der Buchse (29, 30) vertikal ist und sich der bewegliche Kopf (22) oberhalb des festen Kopfes (25) befindet, ebenso wie die Druckplatte (5) oberhalb der festen Platte (1) angeordnet ist.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Verpackungskopf (22) fliehend an den Stangen von Hubvorrichtungen (19) aufgehängt ist, die ihrerseits an Armen (18) montiert sind, die mit der Druckplatte (5) verbunden sind, wobei die Verbindung zwischen dem Kopf (22) und den Hubvorrichtungen (19) über einander entgegengerichtete Arme (20) erfolgt, wobei Öffnungen gebildet werden, die von den Stangen der Hubvorrichtungen (19) durchquert werden und wobei deren Enden Mitnehmer (21) für die Arme (20) aufweisen, die ihrerseits gegenwinklig mit einem Versatz (24) nach unten abgebogen sind, un mit derjenigen Seite des beweglichen Kopfes (22) verbunden zu sein, die dem festen Kopf (25) abgewandt ist.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckplatte (5) entlang von Führungen (4) verschiebbar montiert ist, wobei diese die feste Platte (1) mit festen Traversen (8) verbinden, die Hubvorrichtungen (11) tragen zur Steuerung der Verschiebungen der Druckplatte (5) gegen die feste Platte (1) mittels ihrer Stangen, die an ihrem freien Ende mit Kugelkalotten (12) versehen sind, die mit entsprechenden Einprägungen der Druckplatte (5) zusammenwirken, die ihrerseits elastisch durch Federn (10) gegen die festen Traversen (8) verspannt ist, wobei einerseits Druck auf die feste Platte (1), andererseits auf den Boden der Büchsen (7) ausgeübt wird, die von seitlichen Armen (6) der Druckplatte (5) gehalten werden und in einer Gleitführung von den Säulen (4) durchquert werden.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am Ende einer Stange der Hubvorrichtung (53) montierte Druckplatte (52) durch Letztere in die Buchse (29, 30) eingeführt werden kann, bis seine Druckfläche in der Höhe der zentralen Öffnung (26) des festen Verpackungskopfes (25) liegt, daß sie dann durch den beweglichen Stößel (80) mit dem Gegenstand weiter verschoben werden kann und die Verschiebebewegung dadurch begrenzt wird, daß der Gegenstand in die Büchse (29, 30) eingeführt wird bis zur Blendenvorrichtung (51), wobei die Stützplatte (52) in dieser Stellung durch ein Blockiersystem (56, 57) festgehalten wird, solange die Blendenvorrichtung (51) und das Verbindungs- bzw. Versiegelungsorgan (82) in Betrieb sind und daß sie sodann verschoben wird, um das verpackte Objekt aus der Buchse (29, 30) herauszuschieben und es auf der Bahn eines Auswurforganes (60, 61) abzulegen, die es zu einer Abführstation (59) befördert.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Stößel (80) die Form eines ringförmigen Kolbens aufweist, der von einer Hubvorrichtung (79) verfahren wird, die ihrerseits exzentrisch zur Achse der Verpackungsköpfe (22 bis 25) angeordnet ist, wobei das Verbindungs- bzw. Versiegelungsorgan (82) axial durch den ringförmigen Kolben (80) hindurch verschiebbar ist, und zwar mittels einer axialen Hubvorrichtung (81), die parallel zur exzentrisch angeordneten Hubvorrichtung (79) verläuft.
12. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungs- bzw. Versiegelungsorgan (82) ein Schweißkopf für thermoplastische Materialien ist.
13. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Etikettierkopf aufweist, der durch eine axiale Hubvorrichtung (81) betätigt wird und den verpackten Gegenstand verschließt.
