Claims (14)
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung (2) für ein Formwerkzeug (3), insbesondere Biegestempel, Biegegesenk an einem Druckbalken (4), insbesondere einer Abkantpresse (5), mit einem zur lösbaren Halterung des Formwerkzeuges (3) ausgebildeten, am Druckbalken (4) befestigbaren Werkzeugadapter (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einem Aufnahmebereich (15) des Werkzeugadapters (8) für das Formwerkzeug (3) und einem Verbindungsbereich (16) des Werkzeugadapters (8) mit dem Druckbalken (4) oder zwischen dem Druckbalken (4) und dem Werkzeugadapter (8) bzw. dem Formwerkzeug (3) zumindest ein einer Relativbewegung zwischen dem Werkzeugadapter (8) bzw. dem Formwerkzeug (3) und dem Druckbalken (4) in Richtung einer Längserstreckung entgegenwirkendes, federelastisches Rückstellmittel (34, 35, 36, 39) angeordnet ist.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückstellmittel (34, 35) durch zumindest einen zwischen dem Aufnahmebereich (15) und dem Verbindungsbereich (16) des Werkzeugadapters (8) angeordneten federelastischen Verbindungssteg (30, 31) gebildet ist.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungssteg (30, 31) einstückig mit dem Aufnahmebereich (15) und dem Verbindungsbereich (16) des Werkzeugadapters (8) verbunden ist und durch eine im Werkzeugadapter (8) angeordnete Materialdurchtrennung (23, 29), insbesondere eine bereichsweise verlaufende Trennfuge (24), gebildet ist.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugadapter (8) zwei längs Stirnseitenflächen (27, 28) verlaufende, den Aufnahmebereich (15) mit dem Verbindungsbereich (16) verbindende Verbindungsstege (30, 31) aufweist.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialdurchtrennung (23, 29) bzw. Trennfuge (24) im wesentlichen U-förmig verläuft, wobei eine eine Basis ausbildende Materialdurchtrennung (23) benachbart und in etwa parallel zum Verbindungsbereich (16) verläuft und anschließende Schenkel ausbildende Materialdurchtrennungen dazu rechtwinkelig und in etwa parallel zu den Stirnseitenflächen (27, 28) des Werkzeugadapters (8) verlaufen.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Endbereiche (33) der die Schenkel ausbildenden Materialdurchtrennungen (29) zueinander winkelig verlaufende Trennfugen ausbilden.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugadapter (8) an einer seitlichen Oberfläche (6) des Druckbalkens (4) mittels einer Klemmleiste (7) gehaltert ist.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Verbindungsbereich (16) des Werkzeugadapters (8) und des Druckbalkens (4) den Reibwert mindernde Gleit- oder Rollmittel (37) angeordnet sind.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einer Spannfläche der Klemmleiste (7) und dem Druckbalken (4) den Reibwert mindernde Gleit- oder Rollmittel (37) angeordnet sind.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleit- oder Rollmittel (37) durch eine Kunststoffschichte am Verbindungsbereich des Werkzeugadapters (8) und der Spannfläche der Klemmleiste (7) oder der Oberfläche (6) des Druckbalkens (4) gebildet sind.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleit- oder Rollmittel (37) durch im Verbindungsbereich (16) und der Spannfläche angeordnete Wälzkörper (37) gebildet sind.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die federelastischen Rückstellmittel (36) durch Befestigungselemente (17), insbesondere Spannschrauben 19, gebildet sind.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückstellmittel (38) durch zwischen dem Werkzeugadapter (8) und dem Druckbalken (4) angeordnete, als Stabfedem wirkende Stifte (40) gebildet sind.
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmebereich (15) mit dem Verbindungsbereich (16) einen meanderförmig in Richtung der Längserstreckung verlaufenden, durch Materialdurchtrennungen ausgebildeten Stegeverbund zwischen dem Aufnahmebereich (15) und dem Verbindungsbereich (16) aufweist.
