- maintien en suspension des rails prémontés sur leurs selles définitives au-dessus de l'endroit où la dalle de béton doit être coulée, chaque selle définitives comportant une embase sous laquelle est disposée une selle provisoire assurant le guidage précis des éléments d'ancrage de la selle définitive,
- réglage de la position des rails de manière à amener précisément la face inférieure des selles provisoires à endroit où devront reposer les selles définitives supportant les rails,
- coulage de la dalle de béton jusqu'à hauteur des selles provisoires,
- soulèvement des rails et extraction des selles provisoires,
- positionnement précis des rails prémontés sur leurs selles sur la dalle de béton et fixation des selles définitives sur les éléments d'ancrage.
- la selle provisoire comporte un corps constitué d'une plaque présentant des ouvertures recevant les douilles de guidage ;
- les douilles de guidage comportent un épaulement qui vient s'insérer dans une cavité complémentaire réalisée dans la plaque en bordure des ouvertures, l'épaulement constituant une butée axiale ;
- les tiges comportent une partie supérieure filetée débordant des douilles de guidage et recevant des écrous assurant la retenue verticale de la tige sur la selle ;
- la tige comporte un pincement local sous la partie filetée, ce pincement local servant de butée de coulissement à la douille de guidage.

Claims (8)
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée sur une dalle de béton (3) dans lequel la dalle de béton (3) est coulée autour d'éléments d'ancrage (4) permettant la fixation de selles (5) supportant les rails (2) de la voie ferrée, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes:maintien en suspension des rails (2) prémontés sur leurs selles (5) au-dessus de l'endroit où la dalle de béton (3) doit être coulée, chaque selle (5) comportant une embase (51) sous laquelle est disposée une selle provisoire (1) comportant des douilles de guidages (13) s'engageant dans des ouvertures (52) adaptées de l'embase (51), les douilles de guidage (13) comportant un alésage ajusté recevant un élément d'ancrage constitué d'une tige filetée (4) dont une partie déborde de la face inférieure de la selle provisoire (1),réglage de la position des rails (2) de manière à amener précisément la face inférieure des selles provisoires (1) à l'endroit où devront reposer les selles (5) supportant les rails (2),coulage de la dalle de béton (3) jusqu'à hauteur des selles provisoires (1),soulèvement des rails (2) et extraction des selles provisoires (1),positionnement précis des rails (2) prémontés sur leurs selles (5) sur la dalle de béton (3) et fixation des selles (5) sur les éléments d'ancrage (4).
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, suite à l'extraction des selles provisoires (1), des entretoises (19) sont disposées à l'intérieur des ouvertures (52) des selles (5) ou bien autour des tiges filetées (4), ces entretoises (19) assurant le positionnement précis des selles (5) sur la dalle de béton (3) en comportant un corps présentant une partie cylindrique s'insérant dans les ouvertures (52) dont le diamètre extérieur est ajusté au diamètre de l'ouverture (52), ladite partie cylindrique comprenant un alésage intérieur ajusté au diamètre de la tige filetée (4).
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits rails (2) sont suspendus au-dessus de la dalle (3) à couler au moyen d'un portique (6), ce dernier permettant d'amener précisément les rails (2) dans une position désirée.
- Selle provisoire (1) destinée à être disposée sous une selle (5) supportant un rail (2) de voie ferrée lors de la construction d'une voie ferrée sur une dalle de béton (3) par un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, ladite selle provisoire (1) étant placée sous la selle (5) lors du coulage de la dalle de béton (3) puis retirée après durcissement de la dalle de béton (3), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des douilles de guidage (13) s'insérant dans des ouvertures (52) adaptées de la selle (5), lesdites douilles de guidage (13) comportant un alésage ajusté recevant un élément d'ancrage (4) de la selle (5) constitué d'une tige dont une partie déborde de la face inférieure de la selle provisoire (1) pour être noyée dans la dalle de béton (3).
- Selle provisoire selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un corps constitué d'une plaque (11) présentant des ouvertures (12) recevant les douilles de guidage (13).
- Selle provisoire selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les douilles de guidage (13) comportent un épaulement (20) qui vient s'insérer dans une cavité complémentaire réalisée dans la plaque (11) en bordure des ouvertures (12), ledit épaulement (20) constituant une butée axiale.
- Selle provisoire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 6, caractérisée en ce que lesdites tiges (4) comportent une partie supérieure filetée débordant des douilles de guidage (13) et recevant des écrous (18) assurant la retenue verticale de ladite tige (4) sur la selle (5).
- Selle provisoire selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que, sous la partie supérieure filetée, ladite tige (4) comporte un pincement local (41) servant de butée de coulissement à la douille de guidage (13).
