Claims (8)

  1. Poinçonneuse ayant un bâti (7) de poinçonneuse, un plan de travail (4) pour des pièces (3) de fabrication, un ensemble de manutention porté par ledit bâti (7), une barre graduée (6) de vérification des pièces de fabrication, et une paire de pinces (2) de blocage des pièces de fabrication amenées par ledit ensemble de manutention, ladite barre graduée (6) étant mobile dans un plan de travail (4) et de niveau avec celui-ci, au moins une paire d'unités de serrage (11) pour chaque pince (2) et une unité (30) de commande de programme.
    caractérisée en ce qu' elle comprend un dispositif (1) pour positionner automatiquement chacune des pinces (2) de blocage des pièces de fabrication, comprenant un élément de glissière (9) pour chaque pince (2) monté de manière coulissante sur ladite barre graduée (6), des moyens de blocage et de retenue (13) portés par ledit élément de glissière (9) et des moyens de blocage (10) agencés pour verrouiller et déverrouiller ledit élément de glissière (9) par rapport à ladite barre graduée (6).
  2. Poinçonneuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de blocage et de retenue (13) comprennent au moins un élément de levier (16) qui est articulé par un pivot (17) avec ledit élément de glissière (9) et qui a une de ses extrémités faisant face à ladite barre graduée (6) et agencée pour s'engager avec celle-ci, et l'autre extrémité agencée pour être actionnée par une unité de serrage correspondante (11), et des moyens élastiques (20) conçus pour forcer ladite autre extrémité dudit élément de levier (16) en engagement avec ladite barre graduée (6).
  3. Poinçonneuse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite extrémité dudit élément de levier (16) faisant face à ladite barre graduée (6) est terminée par au moins un prolongement formant cliquet (18) prévu pour s'encliqueter avec ladite barre graduée (6).
  4. Poinçonneuse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de glissière (9) possède un évidement ou une ouverture d'accès à ladite barre graduée (6) par laquelle le ou chaque prolongement formant cliquet (18) vient s'encliqueter avec ladite barre graduée (6).
  5. Poinçonneuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens élastiques comprennent un ressort pré-armé (20) sur des moyens de support (21, 25) portés par ledit élément de glissière (9).
  6. Poinçonneuse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de support (21) comprennent des moyens de repérage (23) prévus pour ajuster la force réactionnelle du ressort pré-armé (20).
  7. Poinçonneuse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de repérage comprennent une tige filetée (24) ayant une tête de commande (23) et conçue pour pénétrer dans un trou fileté formé coaxialement à ladite tige filetée (24) dans un élément transversal (26) porté par ledit élément de glissière (9).
  8. Poinçonneuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de retenue (13) comprennent des moyens d'actionnement (12) ayant une extrémité fixée audit élément de glissière (9), au moins un bras de support (8) porté par, et s'étendant depuis, ledit élément de glissière (9), un élément de culbuteur (27) monté pivotant au niveau d'une portion intermédiaire sur lesdits bras de support (8) et ayant une extrémité (27a) conformée de manière à s'engager de manière coulissante et rotative avec un pivot (29) fixé à l'autre extrémité desdits moyens d'actionnement (12), alors que son autre extrémité (27b) abrite un élément de patin (31) faisant face au plan de travail (4) et conçu pour reposer sur, et s'engager avec, une pièce de fabrication (3) à bloquer en position sur le plan de travail (4).
