- der um eine zweite Schwenkachse, die parallel zur ersten Schwenkachse angeordnet ist, zwischen einer ersten Stellung und einer zweiten Stellung schwenkbar mit dem ersten Arm verbunden ist,
- wobei in der ersten Position der erste Arm einen kleinsten Winkel zur Befestigungsfläche und in der zweiten Position einen größten Winkel zur Befestigungsfläche einschließt und
- wobei in der ersten Stellung der erste Arm und der zweite Arm den kleinsten Winkel und in der zweiten Stellung den größten Winkel zueinander einschließen,

Claims (11)
- Scharnier zum Verbinden eines ersten Faltelements (30) mit einem zweiten Faltelement (22) einer Faltklappe oder einer Falttür, gekennzeichnet durchein Befestigungselement (1, 101, 201) , das eine erste Befestigungsfläche (7, 107, 207) aufweist, mit der es an dem ersten Faltelement (30) anliegend befestigbar ist,einen ersten Arm (2, 102, 202),der um eine erste Schwenkachse (3, 103, 203) zwischen einer ersten Position und einer zweiten Position schwenkbar mit dem Befestigungselement (1, 101, 201) verbunden ist,einen zweiten Arm (4, 104, 204),der Befestigungsmittel (27, 127, 227) aufweist, mit denen der zweite Arm (4, 104, 204) an dem zweiten Faltelement (31) befestigbar ist, undder um eine zweite Schwenkachse (5, 105, 205), die parallel zur ersten Schwenkachse (3, 103, 203) angeordnet ist, zwischen einer ersten Stellung und einer zweiten Stellung schwenkbar mit dem ersten Arm (2, 102, 202) verbunden ist,wobei in der ersten Position der erste Arm (2, 102, 202) einen kleinsten Winkel zur Befestigungsfläche (7, 107, 207) und in der zweiten Position einen größten Winkel zur Befestigungsfläche einschließt undwobei in der ersten Stellung der erste Arm (2, 102, 202) und der zweite Arm (4, 104, 204) den kleinsten Winkel und in der zweiten Stellung den größten Winkel zueinander einschließen.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Arm (2) mittels Federmittel (17, 217) zu seiner ersten Position hin beaufschlagt ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem ersten Arm (2) ausgehend von der ersten Schwenkachse (3) ein Hebel (16) angeformt ist, der mittels eines Federelements (17) gegen das Befestigungselement (1) abgestützt ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (16) als Anschlag zum Begrenzen des Schwenkweges des ersten Arms (2) gegenüber dem Befestigungselement (1) dient. - Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Arm (102) mittels eines Filmscharniers (36) mit dem Befestigungselement (101) verbunden ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filmscharnier (36) federnd ausgebildet ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (201) eine Stellkontur (44) aufweist,
daß dem ersten Arm (202) ein Stellschieber (40) zugeordnet ist, der einerseits federnd gegen den ersten Arm (202) und
andererseits mit einer Stellfläche (43) gleitend gegen die Stellkontur (44) abgestützt ist und
daß der Stellschieber (40) in der ersten Position des ersten Arms (202) in eine Rastvertiefung (45) der Stellkontur (44) eingreift. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellkontur (44) ausgehend von der Rastvertiefung (45) bis zu derjenigen Kontaktstelle, die der Stellschieber (44) mit der Stellkontur (45) erreicht, wenn der erste Arm (202) in seine zweite Position überführt ist, einen konstanten Abstand zur ersten Schwenkachse (203) aufweist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellschieber (40) in der zweiten Position des ersten Arms (202) in Anlage zu einem Endanschlag (46) der Stellkontur (44) ist. - Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel durch eine zweite Befestigungsfläche (27, 127, 227) dargestellt sind, mit denen der zweite Arm (4, 104, 204) an dem zweiten Faltelement (31) befestigbar ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der ersten Position des ersten Arms (2, 102, 202) und in der ersten Stellung des zweiten Arms (4, 104, 204) die erste Befestigungsfläche (7, 107, 207) und die zweite Befestigungsfläche (27, 127, 227) auf einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnet sind.
