Definitions
- the invention relates to a tray shortage according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for draining laundry articles from a mangle roll of the Trough deficiency according to the preamble of claim 15.
- Trough mangles have at least one rotationally driven mangle roller. Each mangle roller is assigned a heatable mangle trough.
- the lack of Laundry items are from the rotating driven mangle roller by a Lack gap between the mangle roller and its associated lack of well transported through. At the end of the respective lack well indicates the mangle roll a discharge area on which the respective laundry items from the mangle roller is solved. The laundry then becomes either the subsequent mangle roller the same tray shortage or a subsequent processing device, for example, a folding machine, transported.
- ironer strips derived from the respective mangle roller become.
- These ironer tapes have several disadvantages: they are prone to failure because they are can easily tear and they leave marks on the mangled linen.
- the invention is based on the object, a Muldenbine and to provide a method whereby, in a simple and reliable way the garments gently derived from the mangle roller.
- a tray deficiency to solve this problem has the features of claim 1 on.
- a plurality of, in particular identically formed air nozzles over the Width of the mangle roller distributed Unless in the following of the width the lack roller is the speech, this does not refer exclusively to the full geometric width of the mangle roller; Rather, it can also affect something refer to narrower nominal working width of the mangle roller or the trough mangle.
- the entire working width of the mangle roller in preferably the same Distributed air nozzles arranged distributed intervals, the laundry over the entire Width applied in several places with air jets, the laundry over the entire width evenly from the mangle roller in the manner of a pneumatic Separate scraper.
- the air nozzles are so with Distance from the lateral surface of the mangle roller arranged that the air jets directed obliquely on the lateral surface, in the direction of the outlet area the mangle gap, ie slightly above the upper, rear edge of the mangle trough.
- the air jets of air nozzles "peel" the laundry from the Lackwalze downright.
- the mentioned orientation of the leads Air jets cause a front transverse edge of the respective item of laundry is reliably detached from the mangle roll by the air jets between the front end of the laundry item and the outer surface of the mangle roller occur and then the laundry under the air jets along the outer surface of the Lack roller slips off.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the trough mangle provides that the air nozzles are designed to deliver a focused air jet. That leads at least on the lateral surface of the mangle roller to a thin, sharp air jet, which at the Jacket surface of the mangle roller an intensive release effect for detaching the garment unfolded. By focusing the air jets is beyond the Compressed air consumption minimized.
- the air nozzles may be configured to undergo changes the air jets in terms of design and / or direction, but also the Allow air volume. In this way, the air jets to the local Conditions and requirements are adjusted. It will ensure that always a reliable detachment of the laundry items from the lateral surface by the jets of air, even with laundry, which is difficult from detach the lateral surface.
- the air nozzles at least assigned a deflector.
- the at least one deflector plate serves that of from the outer surface of the mangle roller detached laundry from the Defective roller further away.
- the mangle roller is the at least one deflector but not involved.
- the edge is slightly off the lateral surface spaced so that between the edge of the Abweisblechs and the lateral surface a narrow gap is created, which is continuous over at least a large part the mangle roller runs.
- the air nozzles are attached, in such a way that their air jets obliquely to the tangent of the lateral surface from above directed into the gap. In this way it is ensured that the air jets of the Air nozzles detach the laundry from the outer surface and the laundry reliably guide under the deflector, so that the laundry is not up can pass through the gap.
- the deflector and the air nozzles together to store a carrier.
- This carrier is so pivotable that the distance of Air nozzles and facing the mangle roll edge of the Abweisblechs and / or the Direction of the air nozzles and the Abweisblechs in the operating position of the tray shortage are changeable. This allows the air nozzles and the deflector plate so adjust that they provide a reliable drainage of the garment from the mangle roller guarantee.
- the carrier with the deflector and the air nozzles to be attached to a tiltable bracket.
- the tiltable Bracket serves to the carrier with the air nozzles and the deflector plate so far from wegzuschwenken the mangle roller, so this for maintenance from the lack of well can be lifted out without doing the deflector and the air nozzles to disturb.
- the bracket is tiltable between attacks, at least such that the stops a previously adjusted position of the air nozzles and the Abweisblechs fix. This will get the deflector and the air nozzles after the Swing back to the operating position near the mangle roller inevitably back to their exact starting position, as they had been adjusted sometime before is back.
- the swinging out of the Abweisblechs with the air nozzles from the Operating position and the pivoting back the same in the operating position thus done without any adjustments.
- At least one additional, elastic scraper is provided at least one additional, elastic scraper.
- a single elastic scraper assigned which is continuous over the entire width of the mangle roller or the Nominal working width of the trough deficiency extends.
- the scraper supports the pneumatic pressure generated by the air nozzles Scraper. The mechanical wiper ensures that the leading edges of laundry items not completely or not at all from the air jets Lateral surface of the mangle roller are detachable, can be lifted. After that, that can Laundry then reliable only by the air jets from the mangle roller be derived.
- the mechanical scraper serves in this way only for detachment some, firmly adhering to the outer surface of the mangle roll laundry, and Although in particular only for the initial detachment of the leading edge of such laundry from the lateral surface. There are therefore only a few pieces of laundry with the mechanical wiper in contact and this only for a short time with a front Border area. The mechanical effects of such a scraper on the Laundry items are therefore very small. Due to the elastic design of the scraper In addition, the winding of the mangle roller is spared, as well as the laundry items.
- the trough deficiency is one with the laundry items and the lateral surface of the mangle roller coming into contact scraper edge of the mechanical scraper near a parallel to it (imaginary) line along which the air jets of the air nozzles on the Lateral surface impact.
- the wiper edge of the scraper overlaps in slight extent the line of air nozzles. This follows consequently close to the Scraper edge of the scraper.
- items of laundry reach only briefly in the Influence range of the mechanical scraper, if not from the air nozzles or not completely detached from the lateral surface of the mangle roll.
- the mechanical scrapers can only help in exceptional cases Use when the garments are not or not completely alone pneumatically detach from the lateral surface.
- a method for solving the above object has the measures of Claim 15. Accordingly, the laundry items are primarily pneumatic and derived only in case of need mechanically from the lateral surface of the mangle roller.
- the laundry items come in this way with the mechanical wiper only in Contact, if necessary, because in individual cases, especially the leading edge of the Laundry items, not sufficient by the pneumatic scraper alone Jacket surface of the mangle roller is removable.
- This way is the greatest possible Protection of the laundry and also the winding of the respective mangle roller guaranteed, because only when it is necessary, the mechanical wiper in the Enters the sphere of influence of the laundry items and supports the pneumatic wiper, where the allowable mechanical derivative usually only one Partial area, in particular a front edge area, some laundry items extends.
- the figures show different variants of a tray shortage for commercial Laundries.
- the trough deficiency has a cylindrical ironer 10, whose outer circumferential surface 11 is formed by a winding 12.
- the mangle roller 10 is a heatable and preferably flexible mangle trough 13 assigned.
- the lack gutter 13 surrounds slightly more than the lower half of the mangle roller 10, so that the Defective trough 13 is approximately semicircular in cross section.
- the mangle gap 14 is shown in FIG. 1 only for better clarity drawn larger (thicker). In practice, the mangle gap 14 is so small that where there are no laundry items 15, the winding 12 of the mangle roller 10th on the inside of the lacking well 13 rests (Fig. 2 to 4).
- the mangle roller 10 with a counter driven in the clockwise direction Defective direction 16. It is then on the left in Fig. 1 side of the mangle tray 13 an inlet region 17 for the lack of laundry items 15 and on the opposite (right) side in the Fig. 1, an outlet region 18 of the mangle trough 13, in which the mangled items of laundry 15 leave the mangle gap 14 and thus the trough deficiency.
- the mangle trough 13 is at opposite ends Longitudinal edges 19 and 20 preferably continuously on a fixed Rack 21 stored the dump.
- the left in Fig. 1 longitudinal edge 19 is in Inlet region 17 is firmly connected to the frame 21.
- the opposite (right) Longitudinal edge 20 at the outlet region 18 is over a preferably in the longitudinal direction of the Lackmulde 13 continuous, slightly inclined pendulum support 22 movable on Rack 21 stored.
- the air jets 26 of all air nozzles 23 are rectified.
- the air jets 26 meet at a contact point 27 on the winding 12 of the lateral surface 11 of the mangle roller 10 (Fig.2).
- the air jets 26 are obliquely directed, and although so that the air jets 26 in the direction of the outlet region 18 on the lateral surface 11 happen.
- the contact points 27 of all air jets 26 lie on a common (imaginary) line parallel to the axis of rotation 25 of the mangle roller 10 in the longitudinal direction the lateral surface 11 extends. This line with the contact points 27 of the air jets 26 is located slightly above the rear edge of the mangle trough 13, ie above the outlet area 18, and slightly above the axis of rotation 25 of the Mangle roller 10 (FIG. 1).
- the air nozzles 23 are via a slot 28 on the holder 24 in the longitudinal direction of the air jet 26 adjustable, so that the distance of the air nozzles 23 to the lateral surface 11 of the Lack roller 10 is changeable to shorten or lengthen the air jet 26th
- the air nozzles 23 are designed so that they receive a targeted, clean air jet 26 produce.
- the air nozzles 23 generate one towards the mangle roll 10 converging air jet 26, wherein a not shown in the figures Focus point of the air jet 26 approximately on the contact point 27 of the air jet 26 with the Lateral surface 11 or shortly before lying.
- the air nozzles 23 can be adjusted in this way, that the focal point of the air jet 26 is located approximately at the contact point 27. It is further provided, the air nozzles 23 with respect to the beam cross-section and / or Adjust air flow rate per unit of time. That way, another one can Adaptation of the pneumatic scraper formed by the air nozzles 23 to the respective requirements.
- a deflecting plate is below the air nozzles 23 30 arranged.
- the deflector plate 30 preferably extends continuously across the entire width of the mangle roller 10, so is not limited to the field of Air nozzles 23 limited.
- Abweisblech 30 are the of the air jets 26th from the winding 12 of the lateral surface 11 of the ironer roller 10 detached laundry 15 purposefully derived from the mangle roller 10 under the air nozzles 23 away.
- the laundry items 15 slide under the shown in the embodiment the underside concave arched deflector 30 along and become that way derived from the mangle roller 10 purposefully arched, and without the risk passing the laundry items 15 or parts thereof through the jets of air 26 exists.
- the pneumatic scraper formed from the air nozzles 23 is at the here shown still a mechanical scraper 31 assigned.
- a mechanical scraper 31 assigned. In the present Trap extends the only mechanical wiper 31 through the entire width of the mangle roller 10. It is also conceivable, several, narrower To provide scraper 31, the juxtaposed across the width of the mangle roller 10 are distributed.
- the continuous scraper 31 has an elastic scraper tongue 32, the is preferably formed of thin spring steel sheet.
- the scraper tongue 32 is located with a lower, straight edge on the winding 12 of the lateral surface 11 of the Lack roller 10 at. This edge forms a scraper edge 33, the rectilinear parallel to the axis of rotation 25 of the ironer roller 10 runs.
- the wiper edge 33 is the Abstreiferzunge 32 of the scraper 31 permanently outside of the lateral surface 11 of Lack roller 10 at.
- a pointing away from the wiper edge 33, upper end portion the scraper blade 32 is provided with a preferably fixed support 34 connected.
- the carrier 34 may be about a parallel to the axis of rotation 25 of the mangle roller 10 extending axis to be pivoted to change the spring preload Abstreiferzunge 32. Accordingly, the pressing force of the wiper edge 33 at the winding 12 of the lateral surface 11 of the mangle roller 10 are changed.
- the front end portion of the laundry article 15 of the lateral surface 11 of the mangle roller 10 by the mechanical Scraper 31 and the air jets 26 of the pneumatic stripper detached namely has been "peeled off"
- the subsequent area of the Laundry item 15 is then only on the air jets 26 along by of the air nozzles 23 formed pneumatic scraper from the lateral surface 11 of the Mangle roller 10 detached.
- the invention in particular the method according to the invention, can also be used in Defective troughs are used, the several consecutive mangle rolls and lacking wells. Then, if necessary, at the outlet area everyone Mangle roller a pneumatic wiper from the air nozzles 23 and a mechanical scraper 31 with in particular an elastic scraper tongue 32nd be provided.
- Figs. 3 and 4 show a tray deficiency according to the second embodiment of the Invention.
- the trough deficiency is in principle the same as that in FIG. 1 schematically represented trough deficiency of the first embodiment of the Invention. Therefore, the same reference numbers are used for the same parts.
- the trough deficiency of which only one outlet area 18 is detailed in FIGS. 3 and 4 is shown has a different training the means of deriving the Garments from the mangle roller 10. These agents have in turn one Row of air nozzles 23.
- the air nozzles 23 is a continuous deflector plate 35th assigned. However, in the embodiment shown, no scraper 31 available. Consequently, here the laundry items exclusively by means of Air nozzles 23 detached from the lateral surface 11 of the mangle roller 10. The following Guiding the laundry items from the mangle roller 10 is done by the deflector 35. At the detachment process of the laundry items from the lateral surface 11 is the deflector 35 but not involved.
- the air nozzles 23 are principally like the air nozzles in the embodiment shown 23 of the first embodiment of the mangle roller 10 assigned, so that extent Reference is made to the above statements.
- the deflector plate 35 is associated with the air nozzles 23 in a special way. To the deflector plate 35 is below the air nozzles 23. A straight free edge 36 of the Abweisblechs 36 extends parallel to the axis of rotation 25 of the mangle roller 10, and Although with the same, parallel distance to the lateral surface 11. In this way arises between the free, elongated edge 36 of the Abweisblech 35 and the lateral surface eleventh the mangle roll 10 has a narrow gap 37. The gap 37 runs continuously over the total or almost entire length of the mangle roller, with the same width.
- the air nozzles 23 are assigned to the deflection plate 35 such that central axes 38 the emerging from the air nozzles 23 air jets 26 from above into the gap 37th are directed (Fig. 3). From this figure is also removable that shown in the Embodiment, the central axes 38 of the air nozzles 23 in the region of the gap 37th at an angle of 30 ° to 60 °, in particular about 45 °, to the tangent of the lateral surface 11 in the region of the gap 37 on the lateral surface 11 of the mangle roller 10th incident.
- the deflector plate 35 has an outgoing from the edge 36 narrow Edge region 39, which is compared to the remaining part of the Abweisblechs 35 something is angled.
- the deflector plate 35 is planar in the edge region 39.
- the flat edge region 39 runs parallel to the central axis 38 of the air nozzles 23.
- the central axes 38 of the air nozzles 23 extend at a slight distance above the edge portion 39 of the Abweisblechs 35. This distance is preferably formed so that the air jets emerging from the air nozzles 23 26 from above on Along edge region 39 of Abweisblechs 35 along, preferably without to touch the edge region 39 appreciably (FIG. 3).
- the deflector plate 35 and all air nozzles 33 are on a common carrier 40th attached.
- the carrier 40 extends in the longitudinal direction of the mangle roller 10
- Carrier 40 is further rotatably supported on an axle 41 which is parallel to Rotation axis 25 of the ironer roller 10 runs.
- the direction and / or the distance of the air nozzles 23 and the deflector plate 35 from the lateral surface 11 of the mangle roller 10 according to the needs be changed or adapted.
- the set position of the air nozzles 23 and the Abweisblechs 35 to the lateral surface 10 of the mangle roller is by adjusting screws 42 adjusted, so that the set position of the air nozzles 23 and the Abweisblechs 35th can not change unintentionally.
- the carrier 40 with the air nozzles 23 and the deflection plate 35 is with its axis 41st mounted on a holder 43.
- the holder 43 extends parallel to the carrier 40 in Lengthwise direction of the mangle roller 10.
- both the carrier extend 40 and the holder 43 over the entire length of the mangle roller 10 and slightly beyond that.
- the holder 43 is pivotable, and indeed to a tilting axis 44 which is parallel to both the axis 41 and the axis of rotation 25 of the Lack roller 10 runs (Fig. 3 and 4).
- coupling rods 45 which are fixed to the Mount 43 connected lever arms 46 attack, the holder 43 is on bearing arms 47 of the mangle roller 10 hinged.
- This linkage is done in such a way that when pivoting the bearing arms 47 for lifting the mangle roller 10 from the Lack well 13, the holder 43 with the carrier 40 and the air nozzles mounted thereon 23 and the deflector plate 35 can be pivoted away from the mangle roller 10 (Fig. 4).
- the mangle roller 10 by pivoting the bearing arms 47 back in the mangle trough 13 is retracted, there is an automatic pivoting back of the Holder 43 with the carrier 40, the deflector plate 35 and the air nozzles 23 in the in Fig. 3 shown operating position of the tray shortage. Not shown attacks ensure that the deflector plate 35 and the air nozzles 23 in the swung back Operating position again exactly the previously set position relative to Mangle roll 10, in particular the lateral surface 11 of the same, occupy.
- the method according to the invention runs in the case of the tray deficiency according to the Figs. 3 and 4 similar to the method from which in detail in connection with the first embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 has been described, to what extent Reference is made. Only occurs in the trough mangle shown in Figs. 3 and 4 a purely pneumatic detachment or discharge of the laundry from the Lackwalze 10. Only then does the laundry reach the sphere of influence of the Abweisblechs 25, of which the garment additionally mechanically from the mangle roll 10 is led away.
- the positions of the Abweisblechs 35 and the Air nozzles 23 are changed simultaneously, and in particular the direction of the Central axis 38 of the air nozzles 23.
- the respectively desired relative position of the air nozzles 23 and the Abweisblechs 35 to the lateral surface 11 of the mangle roller 10 can then be locked with the adjusting screws 42.
