Description
Mit einer derartigen Ausgestaltung ist es möglich, die jeweiligen Elemente der Verbindungsvorrichtung durch Einstecken weiterer Vorsprünge in weitere Öffnungen der jeweiligen Wandungsabschnitte der miteinander zu verbindenden Bauteile an diesen Wandungsabschnitten festzulegen. Die Elemente können auch z.B. mit einer weiteren Schraube fest an diesen Wandungsabschnitten befestigt werden.

Claims (10)
- Verbindungsvorrichtung zweier elektrischer Bauteile, insbesondere für Stecker, Messer- und Federleisten sowie Steckkarten, Platinen oder dergleichen, mit einem am ersten Bauteil angeordneten Pin (1) und einer am zweiten Bauteil angeordneten Hülse (2) zur Aufnahme des Pins (1), wobei der Pin (1) eine Öffnung an einem Wandungsabschnitt (3) des ersten Bauteils durchgreift und mit einer an der Rückseite dieses Wandungsabschnitts (3) angeordneten, auf den Pin (1) aufschraubbaren Mutter (5) festgelegt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Pin (1) mit einem über den Pin (1) überstehenden Kragen (6) an seiner Umfangsfläche versehen ist,der Kragen (6) in eine komplementär zum Kragen (6) ausgebildete Aussparung einer Zwischenplatte (7) eingesetzt ist,die Zwischenplatte (7) an dem Wandungsabschnitt (3) des ersten Bauteils angeordnet ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Öffnung (2a) der Hülse (2) konisch erweitert und/oder die auf die Hülse (2) weisende Spitze (1a) des Pins (1) konisch zulaufend ausgebildet ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
an der Zwischenplatte (7) eine weitere Ausrichtvorrichtung (8) zum lagerichtigen Verbinden der beiden Bauteile vorgesehen ist und/oder an der Hülse (2) eine komplementär ausgebildete Vorrichtung (8a) vorgesehen ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Pin (1) aus Metall besteht und insbesondere Pin (1) und Hülse (2) elektrisch kontaktierbar und mit der Masse verbindbar sind. - Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Pin (1) über eine Querschnittsverringerung (9) in Form eines Rastvorsprungs verfügt, insbesondere die Querschnittsverringerung (9) durchgehend umlaufend um den Pin (1) ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Kragen (6) in Form zweier gegenüberliegender Vorsprünge ausgebildet ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Kragen (6) asymmetrisch ausgebildet ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Hülse (2) mit einer Verschraubung (10) an einem Wandungsabschnitt (4) des zweiten Bauteils und/oder die Zwischenplatte (7) mit einer Verschraubung (10) an einem Wandungsabschnitt (3) des ersten Bauteils festlegbar ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Hülse (2) an dem dem Pin (1) abgewandten Ende offen ausgebildet ist, zum Durchgriff des Pins (1), insbesondere der Pin (1) an seinem die Hülse (2) durchgreifenden Ende mit einer Rasterweiterung zur Festlegung an der offenen Hülse (2) versehen ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
an der Hülse (2) eine Feder (13) zur Kontaktierung des Pins (1) vorgesehen ist, insbesondere eine Feder (13) mit einer Rasteinrichtung.
