Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Versorgen eines Sprühgeräts einer Sprühanlage für ein pulverförmiges Beschichtungsprodukt mit einem solchen Produkt, wobei diese Versorgungsvorrichtung mindestens zwei Module (11 - 14; 211, 212) umfasst, die jeweils an eine Quelle (B1-B4) für Beschichtungsprodukt angeschlossen sind und jeweils einen Teil des Hauptkanals (112 - 142; 2112, 2122) einer gemeinsamen Sammelleitung (C) bilden, die für die Zirkulation (F2, F3) des Produkts (P1-P4) mit dem Sprühgerät (1; 201) verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Vorrichtung ein Reinigungsmodul (15; 215) umfasst, das an eine Quelle (S) für Reinigungsflüssigkeit angeschlossen ist und ein stromaufwärts liegendes Teil (152; 2152) der gemeinsamen Sammelleitung (C) bildet,
    - die Module (11-14; 211, 212) trennbar, identisch und in reversibler Weise zusammengesetzt sind, wobei ihre Anzahl an die Anzahl der Quellen (B1-B4) für Beschichtungsmaterial (P1-P4), an die das Sprühgerät (1; 201) angeschlossen werden muss, anpassbar ist,
    - die identischen Module (11-14; 211, 212), das Reinigungsmodul (15; 215) und ein Kopf (16, 216) in Form einer mechanischen Einheit gehalten sind und
    - die Module (11-15, 211, 212, 215) und der Kopf (16) gemäß einer Achse (X - X') aneinandergereiht sind, entlang der die Teile des Hauptkanals (112-142, 2112, 2122) ausgerichtet sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Modul (11 - 15; 211, 212, 215) mindestens ein Ventil (116, 126, 136, 146, 156, 2116, 2126, 2156) umfasst, das ausgebildet ist, um selektiv einen Eingang des Moduls, der an die Quelle (B1 - B4, 5) für Produkt (P1-P4) oder Reinigungsflüssigkeit angeschlossen ist, und die Sammelleitung (C) In Verbindung zu setzen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Modul (11- 15; 211, 212, 215) einen Kanal (114, 124, 134, 144, 154; 2114, 2124, 2154) umfasst, der einen Eingang des Moduls mit dem vom Modul gebildeten Teil (112, 122, 132, 142; 2112, 2122, 2152) der Sammelleitung (C) verbindet, wobei die von den Modulen gebildete Sammelleitung sich in eine erste Richtung (X - X') erstreckt, während sich der Kanal jedes Moduls in eine zweite Richtung (Y-Y') erstreckt, wobei der Winkel (α) zwischen den Richtungen, in Strömungsrichtung (F2, F3) des Produkts in dem Kanal und der Sammelleitung gesehen, ein spitzer Winkel ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Modul (11 - 15; 211, 212, 215) umfasst:
    - ein Basistell (111; 121, 131, 141; 2111, 2121, 2151), In dem das Teil (112, 122, 132, 142, 152; 2112, 2122, 2152) der Sammelleitung (C) und eine Verbindungszone (115) der Sammelleitung mit dem Kanal (114, 124, 134, 144; 2114, 2124, 2154) ausgebildet ist, der an eine Quelle (B1 - B4, S) für Beschichtungsmaterial (P1 - P4) oder für Reinigungsflüssigkeit im Falle eines Reinigungsmoduls angeschlossen ist,
    - ein Verbindungselement (113, 123, 133, 143; 2113), das den Eingang (113a; 2113a) des Kanals begrenzt und
    - ein Ventil (116, 126, 136, 146; 156; 2116, 2126, 2156) zur Steuerung der Strömung des Produkts in dem Kanal, wobei das Ventil zwischen dem Basiselement und dem Verbindungselement angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines (211, 212) der Module einen ersten Versorgungskanal (2114) für die Sammelleitung (C) und einen zweiten Versorgungskanal (2117) für einen Rezirkulationskanal (T'1, T'2) des Beschichtungsprodukts (P1, P2) bildet, wobei sich der erste und zweite Kanal von einem gemeinsamen Eingang (2113a) des Moduls erstreckt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und zweite Kanal (2114, 2117) jeweils mit einem gesteuerten Ventil (2116, 2118) ausgerüstet sind, das eine Strömung und/oder eine Unterbrechung der Strömung an Beschichtungsprodukt in dem betrachteten Kanal erlaubt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (116, 126, 136, 146, 156; 2116, 2118, 2126, 2156) ein Hülsenventil ist.
  8. Sprühanlage für pulverförmiges Beschichtungsprodukt mit mindestens einem Sprühgerät (1; 201) das von einer Vorrichtung (10, 210) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche versorgt wird.
