Definitions
- the invention relates to a fitting for a window, a door or like.
- Usual fitting parts essentially consist of a so-called Forend rail, which, for example, firmly on a casement of a window or a door can be attached, and from a so-called Driving rod, for example, by means of a faceplate Rotary handle is slidable and carries locking pins with which the Window or the door opposite a window frame or door frame can be locked and / or unlocked.
- the Driving rod below the faceplate in one of the casement trained groove.
- Fitting usually consists of at least two partial fittings, whereby in Within the scope of the present application also so-called functional components such as twist grip gear, corner drives, etc. as Partial fittings are to be considered. Also become common Extension fittings needed, for example a corner drive connect with a twist grip gear.
- connecting rods of adjacent partial fittings be coupled together.
- DE 2 223 775 A separate coupling or adapter pieces known, by means of which two Adjacent connecting rods pinned together and thus indirectly can be coupled. The coupling takes place during assembly and requires a precise alignment of the two connecting rods to each other, especially alignment of the pin holes in the two drive rods.
- the invention is based on the problem, a generic Provide fitting that has the disadvantages of the prior art overcomes, especially inexpensive to manufacture and easy to assemble.
- the problem is with a fitting with at least two each having a connecting rod and in a longitudinal direction partial fittings arranged one behind the other on a wing of a Window, a door or the like can be set, the opposite the wing movable connecting rods of adjacent fittings direct positive locking of mutually assigned coupling sections the drive rods can be coupled to one another in the longitudinal direction, and wherein the coupling of the drive rods by a support on the wing force-storing element can be produced and secured, thereby solved, that the force-storing element on a first of the two drive rods can be determined and that the energy-storing element and the first Have driving rod corresponding fixing means through which the force-storing element in the longitudinal direction essentially is immovable relative to the first drive rod.
- the force-storing element is preferably latching and releasably attachable to the respective drive rod by means of fixing means, especially snap-fit, by snapping a predefinable position of the force-storing element in the longitudinal direction on the drive rod is guaranteed.
- the energy-storing element acts in particular between the associated drive rod and the wing and is preferably in contact with the bottom of a groove formed by the wing, which essentially accommodates the entire fitting.
- the assembly of the fitting according to the invention is still thereby simplified that the engagement of the two coupling sections into each other can already be done during assembly, but does not have to. Rather it is possible that the two coupling sections when installing the fitting not yet in active connection with each other, but in one position remain, the relative movement of the two drive rods to each other allowed.
- the two coupling sections are coupled due to the action of the force-storing element, for example an engagement of toothing elements which are formed by the coupling sections.
- the engagement movement of the coupling sections is preferably oblique, in particular transverse to the direction of movement of the drive rods.
- the coupling of the drive rods is preferably releasable, in particular by deflecting the first drive rod transversely to its longitudinal extent while overcoming the securing force applied by the energy-storing element.
- the fixing means preferably have an elongated hole and one in it engaging retaining projection.
- the elongated hole extends in particular transverse to the direction of movement of the drive rod and further preferably in substantially parallel to the direction in which the two coupling sections be brought into engagement with each other. This advantageously results a corresponding mobility of the energy-storing element in relation on the connecting rod to which it is attached.
- a first coupling section is as separate element formed and fixed with the associated drive rod connected.
- it can be one with the drive rod riveted or pinned and in cross section essentially U-shaped coupling shoe with a receptacle for the assigned act second coupling section of the adjacent drive rod.
- At least a second coupling section can be made in one piece from the associated drive rod, in particular without cutting, for example by rolling, rolling or forging, or machining, for example, by milling, sawing or nibbling. It when the drive rod including the Coupling section from a strip steel by punching or stamping is produced, preferably in several steps, but in one Punching device.
- the coupling of the drive rods is preferably different Positions to each other in the longitudinal direction gradually possible. Thereby different total lengths of the two fittings during assembly of the fitting can be realized. Only one person can do this preferably both coupling sections have longitudinal teeth, the tooth pitch determines the length of a step. For many It is advantageous if the length of the step is less than a predeterminable dimension, for example one, two or five millimeters. In particular, the length of a step is smaller than the width of the drive rod.
- the longitudinal toothing is on one Narrow side of the coupling sections arranged. It is particularly advantageous if the longitudinal toothing in each case on the associated Coupling sections of the narrow sides of the two drive rods is arranged in particular each coupling section two essentially parallel has longitudinal splines. If the longitudinal toothing is a Has widening in the direction in which the two coupling sections be merged, at least for some tooth flanks in the corresponding area, this further simplifies the coupling, because the longitudinal toothing thus expanded has a catch area or a Self-adjustment of the two coupling sections forms each other.
- the force-storing element forms first spring element preferably in one piece, with one on the wing middle piece which can be brought into contact and at least one, preferably two, protruding from the center piece and in contact with the drive rod bringable spring tab.
- This first spring element carries out the coupling of the both coupling sections and / or secures the coupling by the first drive rod transverse to its longitudinal extension in the direction of second drive rod deflects.
- the force-storing element preferably also forms a second one Spring element in one piece with one opposite the center piece spring-elastic deflectable holding strap, through the interaction the force-storing element with a fixing means of the drive rod the drive rod can be snapped on.
- the second spring element is preferably essentially U-shaped formed with two retaining tabs on opposite sides of the Centerpiece, in particular at its distant from the centerpiece opposite section have an expansion through which the force-storing element particularly easy on the first drive rod is attachable, forms an insertion slope for the second drive rod, and / or centering the first drive rod in the groove of the wing guaranteed.
- the force-storing element is as Stamped / bent part formed, which makes it particularly inexpensive can be made.
- Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the first drive rod 2, at which the first coupling section as a separate element by a Tooth flank shoe 3 (Fig. 7 to 9) is formed, the second Coupling section of the associated second drive rod 13 (Fig. 2) receives and partially encompasses, in particular more than 90 ° in the circumferential direction embraces.
- the two coupling sections of the two drive rods 2, 13 are arranged above or next to each other and at least run in sections parallel to each other.
- the first drive rod 2 is an elongated body with a Longitudinal direction 5, which coincides with the direction of actuation of the first drive rod 2 coincides.
- the first drive rod 2 is in wide areas essentially strip-shaped and has an elongated hole 6 for reaching through Fixing screws 18, 25 for the associated first one arranged above Face plate 17 (Fig. 2).
- the first drive rod 2 has a substantially rectangular end portion 8 on the two cylindrical or conical Has holes 9, in the cylindrical or conical pin 10 of the Tooth flank shoe 3 can be inserted.
- the thickness of the end portion 8 is compared to the thickness of the adjoining section of the first Driving rod 2 reduced.
- Recesses 12 attached to the corresponding recesses 11 in Tooth flank shoe 3 correspond.
- Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of an inventive Fitting 1 with two each having a connecting rod 2, 13 and in the longitudinal direction 5 arranged first and second Partial fittings 14, 15 in the state immediately before assembly of the second Partial fitting 15 to a wing of a window, door or the like, of which only the substantially U-shaped in FIG. 2 Wing profile rail 16 is shown.
- the first partial fitting 14 has in addition the first drive rod 2 shown in Fig. 1 an elongated and in essentially strip-shaped or C-shaped first faceplate 17, the by means of the first fastening screw 18 with the wing profile rail 16 and screwed to the wing.
- the first partial fitting 14 can be, for example, a Act corner redirection for a window fitting.
- the first drive rod 2 protrudes beyond the end of the first faceplate 17 and is this opposite in the longitudinal direction 5 movable.
- a force-storing element 19 (FIG. 10 to 12), which is located at the bottom of the groove 24 Wing rail 16 supports and the end portion 8 of the first Push rod 2 together with the tooth flank shoe 3 upwards.
- the second partial fitting 15 is now attached to the first partial fitting 14 or supplied to the wing profile rail 16.
- the second partial fitting 15 also has an essentially elongated and strip-shaped second drive rod 13, which at least at its end portion on their narrow side surfaces has a longitudinal toothing 20 which with the Longitudinal teeth 21 on the inside of the tooth flank shoe 3 corresponds.
- the second partial fitting 15 also has one elongated and essentially strip-shaped or C-shaped second Forend rail 22 on, which corresponds to the first forend rail 17 with the wing profile rail 16 is connectable.
- FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the fitting 1 of FIG. 2 in a more advanced assembly state, especially at the Wing profile rail 16 by means of the second fastening screw 25 attached second faceplate 22.
- the insertion of the second Partial fitting 15 is through the paragraph 23 in the sash 16 simplified, in particular a prepositioning and correct alignment of the second faceplate 22 and also the second Drive rod 13 guaranteed.
- the breakthroughs shown by the second faceplate 22 and the wing profile rail 16 serve only the better representation of the coupling process between the first and second drive rod 2, 13.
- Fig. 4 shows a side view of the fitting 1 in the 3, in which the two drive rods 2, 13 are not yet are coupled to one another, in particular the longitudinal toothings 20, 21 are not yet engaged with each other. Rather, the second lies Drive rod 13 on the tooth flank shoe 3 of the first drive rod 2, in particular the teeth of the longitudinal toothings 20, 21 lie on top of one another, whereby the end portion 8 of the first drive rod 2 down into the groove 24 of the wing profile rail 16 is pressed.
- the energy-storing element described in more detail below 19 has in the position shown by a corresponding deformation absorbed mechanical energy and tries this through on the second drive rod 13 directed restoring force on the first To return driving rod 2 again.
- the energy-storing element 19 forms
- the force-storing element 19 forms a second spring element in one piece, which has two holding tabs 28, which are formed with respect to the center piece 26 and integrally with it and which can be deflected in a spring-elastic manner and which protrude from the center piece 26 essentially at right angles on opposite sides.
- Each retaining tab 28 has an elongated hole 29 into which a retaining projection 30, which is formed in one piece by the tooth flank shoe 3, engages. Due to the interaction of the elongated hole 29 and the holding projection 30, the force-storing element 19 is movable relative to the end section 8 of the first drive rod 2.
- the holding tabs 28 form guide means with which the first drive rod 2 undergoes self-adjustment in the groove 24.
- FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of the fitting 1 after the second drive rod 13, for example by means of a (not shown) Twist grip gear in relation to the first drive rod 2 in the longitudinal direction 5 has been moved and there is an engagement of the tooth flank shoe 3 with the end longitudinal toothing 20 of the second drive rod 13 comes.
- the first and second drive rods 2, 13 can also be operated manually be moved.
- the associated interventional movement becomes essentially caused by the restoring effect of the energy-storing Element 19, in particular the two spring tabs 27, which in the direction swivel back to their basic position, especially in the Side view of Fig. 6 can be seen.
- the assembled fitting 1 is now ready for operation, in particular remains without further engagement from the outside is the coupling of the two drive rods 2, 13 due to the securing effect of the energy-storing element 19 maintained.
- This coupling can basically be released, for example by the action of a tool on the first drive rod 2, if necessary through a corresponding passage opening in the end portion of the second faceplate 22 therethrough.
- This can for example, the end section 8 of the first drive rod 2 on the floor the groove 24 are pressed and thereby the second drive rod 13 except Be brought into engagement with the tooth flank shoe 3.
- the Tooth flank shoe 3 is essentially symmetrical to that through the Longitudinal direction 5 determined and perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in FIG. 7 running plane of symmetry.
- the longitudinal toothing 21 is along the both flanks through the opposite Cutouts 11 interrupted, each having a longitudinal extent of approximately have two tooth steps.
- the recess 11 serves for the passage of the Retaining tabs 28 of the energy-storing element 19.
- a holding projection 30 is arranged in each case the slot 29 engages in the retaining tabs 28, whereby the force-storing element 19 cannot be lost, but if necessary can be released, and especially easy to attach to the tooth flank shoe 3.
- the width of a tooth of the longitudinal toothing 21 determines the length of a step with which the second drive rod 13 can be coupled to the first drive rod 2. in the illustrated embodiment, the length of this stage is about 20 to 25% of the width of the second to be taken up by the tooth flank shoe 3 Drive rod 13.
- the pin 10 by means of which the tooth flank shoe 3 on the End section 8 of the first drive rod 2 can be fixed, in particular cannot be released riveted is essentially cylindrical, in particular circular cylindrical, and rounded or conical at its end portion educated.
- the height of the tooth flank shoe 3 Receptacle 31 for the second drive rod 13 corresponds essentially to that Height of the second drive rod 13 or is slightly larger.
- a schematically illustrated tool 32 for example a milling cutter, widened.
- the diameter 33 of the tool 32 is thereby about two to three times the inside width 34 of the Tooth flank shoe 3.
- Fig. 9 shows a section IX-IX through the tooth flank shoe 3 of the 7.
- the tooth flank shoe 3 is preferably formed in one piece, including the two pins 10, and has one on its surface in particular to increase the corrosion resistance Surface treatment and / or surface coating.
- FIG. 10 shows a plan view of the energy-storing element 19, the is designed as a stamped / bent part and has a center piece 26 which in is substantially rectangular. From the long sides of the middle piece 26 extend essentially also rectangular spring tabs 27. The length of the spring tabs 27 is preferably equal to or greater than that Width of the middle piece 26. The spacing from the middle piece 26 are Spring tabs 27 angled at an angle between preferably 5 ° and 45 °, in particular about 20 °, compared to the planned extension of the Middle piece 26. This allows permanent use with common materials achieve sufficiently high spring forces.
- retaining tabs 28 project essentially at right angles from the middle piece 26 and perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in FIG. 10.
- the retaining tabs 28 At its area distant from the center piece 26, in particular at the opposite end, the retaining tabs 28 have a widening 36, through which the energy-storing element 19 can be simply plugged onto the tooth flank shoe 3 on the one hand, and the tooth flank shoe 3 itself within the groove 24 of the wing profile rail 16 centered.
- the end section of the retaining tab 28 which forms the widening 36 extends at an angle between 20 ° and 60 ° with respect to the normal to the central piece 26 or to the connecting rods 2, 13, in the exemplary embodiment shown approximately 35 °.
- the longitudinal extent of the retaining tab 28 or the height of the energy-storing element 19 essentially corresponds to the height of the groove 24 in the wing profile rail 16 or is somewhat less.
- the length of the parallel section of the retaining tabs 28 shown in the front view of FIG. 11 essentially corresponds to the common thickness of the tooth flank shoe 3 with an inserted second drive rod 13.
- FIG 12 shows a side view of the energy-storing element 19 of FIG 10.
- the longitudinal extent 37 of the elongated hole 29 in the retaining tab 28 is matched to the travel of the spring tabs 27 and is in typical applications between 1 and 10 mm, for example about 5 mm.
- the width of the slot 29 is slightly larger than the width of the corresponding retaining projection 30 on the tooth flank shoe 3, so that a smooth movement of the energy-storing element 19 compared to the tooth flank shoe 3 is guaranteed.
- the spring tabs 27 With respect to the center piece 26 while forming a Bending radius, for example 3 to 30 times the sheet thickness corresponds, for example between 1 to 10 mm, in particular about 5 mm.
- the entire energy-storing element 19 can be simple and be produced inexpensively as a stamped / bent part, for example are punched out of a chrome / nickel sheet, whereby preferably the elongated holes 29 already formed during the punching process become. The raw boards thus produced are then through one or more successive bending processes in the in the Figures 10 to 12 brought shape.
