Claims (12)

  1. Procédé pour déterminer la position d'une bande de papier imprimée 44 dans une machine à imprimer, notamment une machine à imprimer rotative,
    a) des valeurs de référence 3, 11 étant acquises pour déterminer la position à partir de données-images 1 de la phase préalable d'impression ;
    b) au moins une partie d'une image imprimée étant détectée sur la bande de papier par au moins un capteur 43 ;
    c) les valeurs de référence 3, 11 acquises à partir des données-images de la phase préalable d'impression étant comparées avec les valeurs mesurées 46 détectées par le au moins un capteur 43 ; et
    d) la position 8, 14, 51 de la bande imprimée 44 étant déterminée à partir du résultat de la comparaison.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, les valeurs de référence 3,11 pour déterminer la position étant déterminées à partir des contenus d'images d'une maquette d'impression, notamment des données-images d'une page de journal en plusieurs couleurs, ou à partir des données-images tramées et à couleurs séparées pour l'exposition de la plaque d'impression, ou à partir des données-images de plaques d'impression scannées ou de films scannés.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, un capteur optoélectronique, notamment une caméra CDD et/ou une caméra CMOS et/ou une caméra linéaire et/ou un balayeur de contraste étant utilisé en tant que capteur 43.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, au moins la une partie de l'image imprimée sur la bande de papier 44 étant détectée de façon synchrone au déplacement d'un élément de la machine, de préférence de façon synchrone à la rotation du cylindre de coupe 41.
  5. Procédé de réglage de la position d'une bande de papier imprimée dans une machine à imprimer, la position de la bande de papier imprimée déterminée avec le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 étant utilisée pour le réglage, notamment en tant que valeur réelle.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la position de la bande de papier et/ou la position de coupe de la bande de papier imprimée dans une machine à imprimer rotative étant mesurée et/ou réglée avec un repérage principal et/ou un repérage auxiliaire et/ou un repérage de paquets et/ou un repérage virtuel.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, pour l'identification des défauts d'occupation dans l'agencement de plaques d'impression sur les cylindres d'impression dans une machine à imprimer, un message de défaut étant automatiquement généré si lors de la comparaison des valeurs mesurées avec les valeurs de référence, la corrélation entre les valeurs mesurées et les valeurs de consigne est trop faible.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 pour déterminer et/ou pour régler la position relative des images imprimées au recto d'une bande de papier, par rapport aux images imprimées au verso de cette même bande de papier.
  9. Dispositif pour déterminer la position d'une bande de papier imprimée 44 dans une machine à imprimer, notamment dans une machine à imprimer rotative, comprenant:
    a) un dispositif de traitement de données 2, qui à partir de données-images 1, 50 d'une phase préalable d'impression détermine des valeurs de référence 3 pour déterminer la position ;
    b) au moins un capteur 43 pour détecter au moins une partie d'une image imprimée sur la bande de papier 44 ; et
    c) un dispositif de comparaison 7, 49 qui compare entre elles les valeurs de référence 3 et les valeurs mesurées 6 ; 46, 48 par le au moins un capteur 43, pour déterminer à partir de ces dernières la position 8, 14, 51 de la bande de papier imprimée.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, le capteur 43 étant un capteur optoélectronique, notamment une caméra CDD et/ou une caméra CMOS et/ou une caméra linéaire et/ou un balayeur de contraste.
  11. Dispositif pour régler la position ou la position de coupe d'une bande de papier imprimée dans une machine à imprimer, comprenant un dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10 et un dispositif de réglage pour régler la position d'une bande de papier, qui utilise la position déterminée de la bande de papier imprimée en tant que signal d'entrée.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque revendications 9 à 11, le dispositif de comparaison et/ou la dispositif de réglage réalisant au moins l'une des étapes de procédé définies dans les revendications 1 à 8.
