Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauelement zur Abdichtung und Dämmung von Dächern, insbesondere von Flachdächern, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- Moderne Flachdächer oder Dächer mit geringer Neigung werden derzeit nach einer üblichen Abdichtungsmethode in mehreren Arbeitsgängen hergestellt. So werden zunächst auf eine das Dach tragende Konstruktion aus Stahl oder Leichtmetall hergestellte Trapezbleche als Trägerstruktur verlegt und befestigt. Dann werden gegebenenfalls an den Trapezblechen ausgebildete Tiefsicken, die dazu dienen, der Trägerstruktur die notwendige statische Festigkeit zu verleihen und einander benachbarte Trapezbleche an ihren Längsseiten miteinander zu verbinden, mit Dämmstoffkeilen ausgefüllt. Darauf werden wärmedämmende Elemente in Form von Platten oder Bahnen lose verlegt und dann mechanisch mit Haltetellern und selbstbohrenden Schrauben an dem Trapezblech befestigt, wobei die Bohrspitzen der Schrauben das Trapezblech um zirka 20 bis 25 mm durchdringen, was in Bezug auf die bauphysikalischen Eigenschaften (Wärmebrücken), auf Korrosion und auf eine ansprechende Optik nachteilig ist. Abschließend erfolgt das Verlegen einer nach außen abdichtenden und wasserundurchlässigen sowie witterungsbeständigen Dachbahn. Zur Aufnahme der bei starkem Wind auftretenden Sogbelastung muss diese Dachbahn nun befestigt werden, was je nach Art der Herstellung auf unterschiedliche Weise erfolgen kann. Diese Befestigung erfolgt üblicherweise in Abständen, so dass bei sehr hohen Windgeschwindigkeiten ein mit unangenehmer Geräuschentwicklung, einem sogenannten "Klopfen" verbundenes Flattern der Dachbahn auftritt.
- Die
BE-A-884234 - Ein selbsttragendes, gegebenenfalls mehrschichtiges Dachdämmelement ist zudem aus der
DE-A-3516053 bekannt. Dieses Dachdämmelement besteht zumindest teilweise aus geschäumten anorganischen Materialien. DieFR-A-242252 - Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein hinsichtlich der Abdichtung und Dämmung sowie der Ausbreitung von Brandgasen verbessertes Bauelement bereitzustellen, das insbesondere zur Herstellung von Flachdächern dienen kann.
- Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
- Durch die Erfindung wird ein Bauelement geschaffen.
- Die Dämmschicht besteht aus einem Fasermaterial, bei dem es sich vorzugsweise um ein Mineralfasermaterial handelt.
- Das Bauelement besitzt rechteckige Abmessungen. An den Längsseiten dieses Bauelementes sind Tiefsicken vorgesehen, die von dem Fasermaterial ausgefüllt sind.
- Ein Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Bauelements ist es, dass durch die Verwendung desselben Dächer in einem Arbeitsgang herstellbar sind. Dies ist einerseits wirtschaftlich und andererseits sicher im Sinne einer Unfallverhütung bei der Montage, sowie mit einer geringeren Umweltbelastung bei der Verarbeitung der Dämmstoffe verbunden.
- Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind die einzelnen Schichten des Bauelements flächig miteinander bzw. mit der Trägerstruktur verbunden. Der Vorteil hiervon ist es, dass auf Schrauben als Befestigungsmittel verzichtet werden kann.
- Die erste Dämmschicht ist als hauptsächliche kälte-, wärme- und schalldämmende Schicht mit guten Dämmungseigenschaften vorgesehen und die zweite Dämmschicht ist als eine zusätzliche Dämmschicht mit hoher Druckfestigkeit und guten Druckverteilungseigenschaften vorgesehen.
- Die zweite Dämmschicht besteht vorzugsweise aus einem
- Hartschaummaterial.
- Die zweite Dämmschicht besteht vorzugsweise aus Polyurethan-Hartschaum.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist es vorgesehen, dass die mindestens eine Dämmschicht auf der Trägerstruktur angeordnet ist, und dass die Dachbahn auf der mindestens einen Dämmschicht angeordnet ist, so dass die Trägerstruktur, die mindestens eine Dämmschicht und die Dachbahn eine integrale Verbundstruktur bilden, die an der Unterseite durch die Trägerstruktur und an der Oberseite durch die von der zweiten Dämmschicht getragene Dachbahn begrenzt ist. Ein derartiges Bauelement ist günstig herzustellen, einfach zu handhaben und zu verarbeiten, und sie ist optisch ansprechend, da die zum Gebäudeinneren gewandte Unterseite des Bauelements durch die Trägerstruktur gebildet ist, welche in Bezug auf Form, Struktur und Oberfläche entsprechend gestaltet werden kann.
- Die Ausführungsformen, bei denen mindestens eine erste Dämmschicht und eine zweite Dämmschicht vorgesehen ist, von denen die zweite Dämmschicht als druckfeste und druckverteilende Schicht ausgebildet ist, die die Dachbahn trägt und unterstützt, sind gemäß der Erfindung so ausgebildet, dass die erste Dämmschicht auf der Trägerstruktur angeordnet ist, und dass die die Dachbahn tragende zweite Dämmschicht auf der ersten Dämmschicht angeordnet ist, so dass die Trägerstruktur, die erste Dämmschicht, die zweite Dämmschicht und die Dachbahn eine integrale Verbundstruktur bilden, die an der Unterseite durch die Trägerstruktur und an der Oberseite durch die von der zweiten Dämmschicht getragene Dachbahn begrenzt ist. Diese Ausführungsform ist wiederum günstig herzustellen, einfach zu handhaben und zu verarbeiten und sie ist optisch ansprechend, da die zum Gebäudeinneren gewandte Unterseite des Bauelements durch die Trägerstruktur gebildet ist, welche in Bezug auf Form, Struktur und Oberfläche entsprechend gestaltet werden kann, und sie ist hervorragend in Bezug auf ihre Dämmungseigenschaften.
- Vorzugsweise ist die Trägerstruktur durch ein aus Stahlblech oder Leichtmetallblech hergestelltes Trapezprofil hoher Tragfähigkeit gebildet.
- Gemäß einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist es vorgesehen, dass unter der Dachbahn eine Zwischenschicht aus einem Vliesmaterial angeordnet ist.
- Ein derartiges Vlies ist vorzugsweise aus einem synthetischen oder einem mineralischen Material gebildet.
- Bei der Dachbahn kann es sich um eine hochpolymere thermoplastische oder elastomere Kunststoffbahn handeln.
- Erfindungsgemäß sind mehrere Bauelemente zu einer größeren Fläche zusammenfügbar.
- Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind an jeweils einer Längsseite und einer Querseite des Bauelementes verschweißbare oder verklebbare Überlappungsbereiche der Dachbahn vorgesehen sind, durch welche die Dachbahnen mehrerer Bauelemente zu einer geschlossenen Dachhaut verbindbar sind.
- Im folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Figur beschrieben.
- Die Figur zeigt in einer schematisierten seitlichen Ansicht den Querschnitt durch zwei zu einem Teil einer Dachhaut miteinander verbundene Bauelemente gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung.
- Das insgesamt mit dem Bezugszeichen 10 versehene Bauelement umfasst eine diesem die notwendige statische Festigkeit verleihende Trägerstruktur 1. Diese Trägerstruktur 1 ist durch ein Trapezprofil hoher Tragfähigkeit gebildet, das aus Stahlblech oder Leichtmetallblech hergestellt ist. Das die Trägerstruktur 1 bildende Trapezprofil kann von unterschiedlicher Profilierung und Materialstärke sein, sowie sich in Länge, Breite und Beschichtung mit unterschiedlichen Oberflächenstrukturen unterscheiden. Bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel besteht das Trapezprofil aus einem kaltgewalzten Stahlblech, welches beiderseits verzinkt ist, sowie je nach Einsatzzweck und Umweltbedingungen zusätzlich kunststoffbeschichtet sein kann, auch in Form von feuerhemmenden Beschichtungen.
- Mehrere der dargestellten Bauelemente 10 sind zu einer größeren Fläche zusammenfügbar, wobei jedes Bauelement 10 rechteckige Abmessungen aufweist. An den Längsseiten ist das die Trägerstruktur 1 bildende Trapezprofil des Bauelements 10 mit Tiefsicken 9a, 9b versehen, wobei die Tiefsicken 9a, 9b einander benachbarter Bauelemente 10 zur seitlichen Verbindung derselben einander überlappen, wie es die Figur zeigt. Die Verbindung der einzelnen Bauelemente 10 und deren Befestigung an der das Dach tragenden Konstruktion erfolgt in die sich überlappenden Tiefsicken 9a, 9b hindurch, vorzugsweise mit selbstbohrenden, korrosionsgeschützten Stahlschrauben.
- Auf der durch das Trapezprofil gebildeten Trägerstruktur 1 ist eine erste Dämmschicht 4 angeordnet, die bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem Mineralfasermaterial besteht. Dieses Mineralfasermaterial füllt auch die Tiefsicke 9a aus, so dass zwischen der Trägerstruktur 1 und der ersten Dämmschicht 4 keine Hohlräume verbleiben, was insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Ausbreitung von Brandgasen im Brandfalle vorteilhaft ist. Auf der ersten Dämmschicht 4 ist eine zweite Dämmschicht 5 angeordnet, welche bei dem beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel aus Polyurethan-Hartschaum besteht. Die zweite Dämmschicht 5 ist mit der ersten Dämmschicht 4 bindungsmittelfrei flächig verbunden, wie auch die erste Dämmschicht 4 flächig mit der Trägerstruktur 1 verbunden ist.
- Auf der zweiten Dämmschicht 5 ist unter Zwischenschaltung eines Vliesmaterials 6 eine Dachbahn 2 angeordnet, welche das Bauelement 10 nach außen abdichtet und einen wasserundurchlässigen und witterungsbeständigen Abschluss desselben bildet. Das Vliesmaterial 6 ist einerseits flächig mit der zweiten Dämmschicht 5 verbunden, andererseits ist die Dachbahn 2 flächig mit der Vliesschicht 6 verbunden. Somit bilden als wesentliche Bestandteile die beiden Dämmschichten 4, 5 und die Dachbahn 2 zusammen mit der Trägerstruktur 1 ein Verbundelement in Form einer Einheit.
- Die aus dem Mineralfasermaterial hergestellte erste Dämmschicht 4 ist die hauptsächliche kälte-, wärme- und schalldämmende Schicht, welche besonders gute Dämmungseigenschaften aufweist, während die aus dem Polyurethan-Hartschaum hergestellte zweite Dämmschicht 5 eine zusätzliche Dämmschicht bildet, in erster Linie aber eine druckfeste und druckverteilende Schicht bildet, durch welche die Dachbahn 2 getragen ist. Somit ist das Dachelement 10 ohne weiteres begehbar und gegen die üblichen an Dächern auftretenden Belastungen ohne Verformung und Verletzung der Dachbahn 2 widerstandsfähig.
- Die besondere materialspezifische Eigenschaft der verwendeten Mineralfaser nach DIN 18165 ist die Nichtbrennbarkeit des Materials im Sinne des vorbeugenden Brandschutzes und entspricht der DIN 4102 Teil 1 (Brennbarkeitsklasse Al).
- Die Dachbahn 2 besteht bei dem beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem flexiblen, thermoplastischen hochpolymeren Material mit einer Dicke von 1,2 mm oder mehr, das darunter zwischen der Dachbahn 2 und der zweiten Dämmschicht 5 angeordnete Vliesmaterial 6, das fakultativ vorgesehen sein kann, aber nicht vorgesehen sein muss, besteht aus einem synthetischen oder mineralischen Vliesmaterial. Die Dachbahn 2 kann als solche aus einem herkömmlichen Material hergestellt sein, das, je nach Erfordernis, einlaminierte Einlagen aus synthetischen oder mineralischen reißfesten Werkstoffen aufweisen kann und den herkömmlichen Anforderungen in Bezug auf UV-Stabilität, Witterungsbeständigkeit, Wurzelfestigkeit, Maßstabilität und mechanische Festigkeit, sowie den Erfordernissen in Bezug auf Flugfeuer und Strahlungswärme erfüllt.
- An jeweils einer Längsseite und einer Querseite des Bauelements 10 sind verschweißbare oder verklebbare Überlappungsbereiche 8 der Dachbahn 2 vorgesehen, durch welche die Dachbahnen 2 einander benachbarter Bauelemente 10 zu einer geschlossenen Dachhaut verbindbar sind. Bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Dachbahnen 2 der beiden gezeigten Bauelemente 10 an diesen Überlappungsbereichen 8 durch Schweißbereiche 7 miteinander verbunden. Das Vliesmaterial 6 ist ebenfalls so konfektioniert, das es im Bereich des Stoßes zwischen den beiden benachbarten Bauelementen 10 überlappt, so dass die Stoßstelle zwischen dem Vliesmaterial 6 gegen die Stoßstelle der Bauelemente 10 versetzt ist.
- Durch die vorliegende Erfindung wird ein vorteilhaftes Bauelement zur Abdichtung und Dämmung von Dächern, insbesondere von Flachdächern geschaffen, bei dem die Dämmschichten 4, 5 und die Dachbahn 2 zusammen mit der Trägerstruktur 1 eine integrale Verbundstruktur bilden, wobei diese gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung an der Unterseite durch die Trägerstruktur 1 und an der Oberseite durch die von der Dämmschicht getragene Dachbahn begrenzt und abgeschlossen ist.
Claims (11)
- Bauelement mit rechteckigen Abmessungen zur Abdichtung und Dämmung von Dächern, insbesondere von Flachdächern, mit einer dem Bauelement (10) statische Festigkeit verleihenden Trägerstruktur (1), die an den Längsseiten des Bauelements (10) mit Tiefsicken (9a,9b) versehen ist wobei die Tiefsicken (9a,9b) einander benachbarter Bauelemente (10) zur seitlichen Verbindung der einzelnen Bauelemente (10) einander überlappen, mit mindestens einer durch die Trägerstruktur (1) gehaltenen ersten Dämmschicht (4) zur Kälte-, Wärme- und Schalldämmung sowie mit einer das Bauelement (10) nach außen abdichtenden, wasserundurchlässigen und witterungsbeständigen Dachbahn (2), wobei die erste Dämmschicht (4) und die Dachbahn (2) zusammen mit der Trägerstruktur (1) ein eine Einheit ausmachendes Verbundelement bilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die erste Dämmschicht (4) aus einem Fasermaterial besteht,
dass das Fasermaterial auch die Tiefsicke (9a) ausfüllt und dass neben der ersten Dämmschicht (4) eine zweite Dämmschicht (5) vorgesehen ist, die als druckfeste und druckverteilende Schicht ausgebildet ist und die Dachbahn (2) trägt und unterstützt. - Bauelement nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Fasermaterial ein Mineralfasermaterial darstellt. - Bauelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die erste Dämmschicht (4) als hauptsächliche kälte-, wärme- und schalldämmende Schicht mit guten Dämmungseigenschaften ausgebildet ist. - Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die zweite Dämmschicht (5) aus einem Hartschaummaterial besteht. - Bauelement nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die zweite Dämmschicht (5) aus Polyurethan-Hartschaum besteht. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die einzelnen Schichten (2,4,5) des Bauelements (10) flächig miteinander bzw. mit der Trägerstruktur (1) verbunden sind. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Trägerstruktur (1) durch ein aus Stahlblech oder Leichtmetallblech hergestelltes Trapezprofil hoher Tragfähigkeit gebildet ist. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass unter der Dachbahn (2) eine Zwischenschicht aus einem Vliesmaterial (6) angeordnet ist. - Bauelement nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Vlies (6) aus einem synthetischen oder einem mineralischen Material gebildet ist. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass mehrere Bauelemente (10) zu einer größeren Fläche zusammenfügbar sind. - Bauelement nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass an jeweils einer Längsseite und einer Querseite des Bauelementes (10) verschweißbare oder verklebbare Überlappungsbereiche (8) der Dachbahn (2) vorgesehen sind, durch welche die Dachbahn (2) mehrerer Bauelemente (10) zu einer geschlossenen Dachhaut verbindbar sind.
