Claims (8)
- Brûleur à gaz pour appareil de cuisson, comprenant une tête de brûleur délimitée par une paroi latérale périphérique sensiblement tronconique à petite section située en haut et comportant une multiplicité de fentes réparties périphériquement et formant orifices de flammes, ladite tête de brûleur étant coiffée par un couvercle ou chapeau,
caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (2') présente une inclinaison (α), par rapport à la verticale, d'environ 10° à 20°et en ce que le fond (8') de chaque fente (3) formant orifice de flamme, s'étendant transversalement à ladite paroi latérale, présente une inclinaison (β) par rapport à l'horizontale d'environ 20° à 30°. - Brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'inclinaison (α) de la paroi latérale (2') par rapport à la verticale est d'environ 15°.
- Brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'inclinaison (β) du fond (8') de chaque fente (3) par rapport à l'horizontale est d'environ 25°.
- Brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le chapeau déborde radialement vers l'extérieur au-delà de la paroi latérale de la tête de brûleur, caractérisé en ce que la portion annulaire périphérique (9') de la face inférieure du chapeau (5") débordant radialement au-delà de la paroi latérale (2) de la tête de brûleur est inclinée (γ) par rapport à ladite paroi latérale (2') d'approximativement 90° à 110°.
- Brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite portion annulaire (9') de la face inférieure périphérique du chapeau (5") est inclinée, par rapport à ladite paroi latérale (2'), d'environ 100°.
- Brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le chapeau déborde radialement vers l'extérieur au-delà de la paroi latérale de la tête de brûleur, caractérisé en ce que la portion annulaire périphérique (9') de la face inférieure du chapeau (5") débordant radialement au-delà de la paroi latérale (2') de la tête de brûleur est surélevée (h) d'environ 2 mm à 6 mm par rapport à la portée d'appui du chapeau (5') sur le haut de la tête de brûleur (1').
- Brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la surélévation (h) est d'environ 3 mm.
- Brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure du chapeau (5') comporte un plateau (10) en saillie verticale vers le bas par rapport à la susdite portion annulaire qui l'entoure, ledit plateau constituant la portée d'appui du chapeau sur le haut de la tête de brûleur.
