Abstract
本实用新型实施例涉及一种火盖及应用该火盖的灶头,所述火盖由耐热材料围成空心结构。采用本实用新型实施例的火盖及灶头,可保证较快的热传导速度,提高了灶头的热效率,节约了能源,并可在停止加温时迅速散热,避免了使用者误碰而烫伤,且质量较轻又节约了材料。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种火盖及灶头。
背景技术
目前,大多数灶头由分火器和一个常规角度的火盖组成,火盖的直径略大于分火器周圈的直径,而火盖为一种实心的扩散式结构,由下至上其直径和角度逐渐变大。
但是,这种实心的扩散式火盖质量重,吸热量大,导致热传导速度低,严重影响了灶头的热效率;在吸收并存储了大量热能后,这种火盖散热速度慢,容易造成使用者误碰而烫伤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种火盖及灶头,其吸热量小,可保证较快的热传导速度,提高了灶头的热效率,节约了能源,并可在停止加温时迅速散热,避免了使用者误碰而烫伤,且质量较轻又节约了材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型实施例采用如下技术方案:
一种火盖,所述火盖由耐热材料围成空心结构。
进一步地,所述火盖为分体组合式结构,所述火盖包括有上盖,以及与所述上盖配合的下盖,所述上盖设置有第一凹部,所述下盖设置有第二凹部,所述第一凹部与所述第二凹部配合形成所述空心结构。
进一步地,所述上盖上表面为圆弧面。
进一步地,所述火盖为单体结构,所述火盖中设置有空腔以形成所述空心结构。
一种灶头,包括分火器,以及置于所述分火器上方的火盖,所述火盖由耐热材料围成空心结构。
进一步地,所述火盖为分体组合式结构,所述火盖包括有上盖,以及与所述上盖配合的下盖,所述上盖设置有第一凹部,所述下盖设置有第二凹部,所述第一凹部与所述第二凹部配合形成所述空心结构。
进一步地,所述上盖上表面为圆弧面。
进一步地,所述火盖为单体结构,所述火盖中设置有空腔以形成所述空心结构。
进一步地,所述火盖上表面为平面。
本实用新型实施例的有益效果是:
通过提供一种火盖及应用该火盖的灶头,所述火盖由耐热材料围成空心结构,采用这种火盖及灶头,可保证较快的热传导速度,提高了灶头的热效率,节约了能源,并可在停止加温时迅速散热,避免了使用者误碰而烫伤,且质量较轻又节约了材料。

具体实施方式
本实用新型实施例提供了一种火盖及应用该火盖的灶头,所述火盖由耐热材料围成空心结构,采用这种火盖及灶头,空心结构相对比较隔热,可保证较快的热传导速度,提高了灶头的热效率,节约了能源,并空心结构可在停止加温时迅速散热,避免了使用者误碰而烫伤,且质量较轻又节约了材料;另外,现有技术的火盖的表面一般选择黑色的搪瓷或高温漆,以避免附着浅色搪瓷或高温漆的火盖在长期高温环境下变色污浊,相对应火盖的材料也会因为表面处理工艺而受限,缩小了其应用范围,但是本实用新型实施例的火盖的材料可不受限,只要是耐热材料即可,例如,耐热材料可以是金属(如铸铁、粉末冶金、不锈钢等),或其他金属复合材料,也可以是非金属(如陶瓷等),或其他非金属复合材料等。
下面通过多个实施例对本实用新型的灶头进行说明,同时也对其中的火盖进行说明。
图1是本实用新型的灶头的第一实施例的立体图,图2是本实用新型的灶头的第一实施例的剖面图,参照图1及图2,本实用新型第一实施例的灶头主要包括分火器1,以及置于分火器1上方的火盖2,火盖2由耐热材料围成空心结构,火盖2为分体组合式结构,即火盖2包括有上盖3,以及与上盖3配合的下盖4,上盖3设置有第一凹部5,下盖4设置有第二凹部6,第一凹部5与第二凹部6配合形成上述空心结构,上盖3上表面7为半径较小的圆弧面,空心结构围成的空腔较大。
图3是本实用新型的灶头的第二实施例的立体图,图4是本实用新型的灶头的第二实施例的剖面图,参照图3及图4,与上述第一实施例不同之处在于,上盖3上表面7为半径较第一实施例大的圆弧面,且空心结构围成的空腔较第一实施例小。
图5是本实用新型的灶头的第三实施例的立体图,图6是本实用新型的灶头的第三实施例的剖面图,参照图5及图6,与上述第一实施例、第二实施例不同之处在于,火盖2为单体结构,火盖2中设置有空腔8以形成空心结构,火盖2上表面7为平面。
作为一种实施方式,上盖3与下盖4可通过铆接或螺接等方式进行组合。
作为一种实施方式,火盖2可设计为如各图中所示的逐渐上升向外扩散的角度,且该角度和分火器1的出火角度一致以提高加热效率,当然,也可以设计成其他的造型。
作为一种实施方式,下盖4可采用金属材质或采用其他耐高温导热材质。
作为一种实施方式,由于分体组合式结构的火盖2,其上盖3的耐热要求低,上盖3的表面可使用比较丰富的色彩,丰富灶头的多样性。
作为一种实施方式,分火器1的喷火结构可采用30度到45度的喷火角度以提高煮食效率。
以上所述是本实用新型的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种火盖,其特征在于,所述火盖由耐热材料围成空心结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的火盖,其特征在于,所述火盖为分体组合式结构,所述火盖包括有上盖,以及与所述上盖配合的下盖,所述上盖设置有第一凹部,所述下盖设置有第二凹部,所述第一凹部与所述第二凹部配合形成所述空心结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的火盖,其特征在于,所述上盖上表面为圆弧面。
4.如权利要求1所述的火盖,其特征在于,所述火盖为单体结构,所述火盖中设置有空腔以形成所述空心结构。
5.如权利要求3所述的火盖,其特征在于,所述火盖上表面为平面。
6.一种灶头,包括分火器,以及置于所述分火器上方的火盖,其特征在于,所述火盖由耐热材料围成空心结构。
7.如权利要求6所述的灶头,其特征在于,所述火盖为分体组合式结构,所述火盖包括有上盖,以及与所述上盖配合的下盖,所述上盖设置有第一凹部,所述下盖设置有第二凹部,所述第一凹部与所述第二凹部配合形成所述空心结构。
8.如权利要求7所述的灶头,其特征在于,所述上盖上表面为圆弧面。
9.如权利要求6所述的灶头,其特征在于,所述火盖为单体结构,所述火盖中设置有空腔以形成所述空心结构。
10.如权利要求9所述的灶头,其特征在于,所述火盖上表面为平面。
