Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de support pour contenants présentant une forme de type bouteille, tels que des extincteurs, en particulier pour une utilisation dans des véhicules du genie militaire/défense, et ayant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) une pièce support (5) s'étendant dans la direction axiale du récipient (1) du genre d'une bouteille, depuis la zone du fond de bouteille (7) jusqu'à la zone du col de bouteille (3) ;
    b) des consoles (17) fixées respectivement sur chaque zone d'extrémité axiale de la pièce support (5) et munies de surfaces de butée (33) en saillie par rapport au plan de la pièce support (5) pour empêcher un déplacement axial du récipient (1), du fait de la coopération des surfaces de butée (33) avec des surfaces d'appui au niveau du fond de bouteille (7) et au niveau du col de bouteille (3) du récipient (1) ;
    c) au moins un corps d'enveloppe (35) fixé à la pièce support (5), entre les consoles (17), et ayant une surface d'enveloppe (37) qui borde un tronçon de périphérie du corps du récipient (1), afin d'en empêcher un déplacement transversalement par rapport à la direction axiale, et
    d) un dispositif de serrage, pour bloquer de façon désolidarisable le récipient (1) sur la pièce support (5) et en appui sur les consoles (17) et sur le corps d'enveloppe (35).
  2. Dispositif de support selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce support (5) est formée par un rail profilé en U dont l'âme profilée (13), reliant les branches du U (11), sert, par ses deux tronçons d'extrémité axiaux, de surface de support (15) pour chacune des consoles (17).
  3. Dispositif de support selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque console (17) a une plaque de fixation (19) plane, susceptible d'être reliée à la surface d'appui (15) de la pièce support (5), une plaque d'extrémité (21) s'étendant perpendiculairement au plan de la plaque de fixation, ainsi que des plaques latérales (23) se touchant par leurs bords latéraux, et en ce que la plaque d'extrémité (21) présente une découpure (29) adaptée au contour du tronçon de périphérie, associé, du récipient (1), les surfaces de butée (33) coopérant avec les surfaces d'appui du récipient (1) étant prévues le long du bord de la découpure.
  4. Dispositif de support selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de fixation (19) des consoles (17) est susceptible d'être fixée sur la surface d'appui (15) de la pièce support (5) au moyen de vissages permettant un réglage de position en direction axiale de la console (17) sur la pièce support (5).
  5. Dispositif de support selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la découpure (29) des consoles (17) est de forme semi-circulaire et en ce que les surfaces d'arrêt (33) sont formées par des corps semi-annulaires (31) en matériau élastomère, fixés sur le bord de la découpure (29).
  6. Dispositif de support selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'à proximité de chaque console (17) est prévu respectivement un corps d'enveloppe (35) sur la pièce support (5).
  7. Dispositif de support selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque corps d'enveloppe (35) est formé d'un seul tenant à partir d'une bande de tôle, corps d'enveloppe dont le tronçon central est incurvé en arc de cercle pour former la surface d'enveloppe (37) en contact avec la périphérie du récipient (1) et dont les tronçons d'extrémité (39) sont repliés dans la direction de courbure opposée à la direction de courbure de l'incurvation et repliés de manière à s'étendre parallèlement l'un à l'autre.

  9. Dispositif de support selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage a au moins une bande de serrage (47) entourant le récipient (1), de préférence sous la forme d'une bride de fixation à charnière.
  10. Dispositif de support selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque corps d'enveloppe (35) est associée une bande de serrage (47) passant dans des évidements (45) réalisés dans chaque corps d'enveloppe (35) dans la zone située entre le tronçon central incurvé et les tronçons d'extrémité (39) repliés.
  11. Dispositif de support selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une bande de feutre (55) est insérée entre la bande de serrage (47) et le récipient (1).
